Living in San Francisco has allowed me to appreciate cold weather. It was outrageously hot out here. I've been to many outlet malls and this place was a lot smaller in comparison. There wasn't a huge selection of stores but the outdoor outlet mall was beautiful. It was a nice place to just relax. There wasn't many people - that i liked. I dislike having to shop with a ton of sweaty people next to me. The employees at this outlet were amazing. So patient and so helpful. If i am ever in this area again - i will come back to this outlet. they have this one store that totally just knocked the pants off me. SCHEELS ! why dont we have one in SF?! this store is like sports authority or sports basement on crack!!!!! crack i tell you! i seriously felt like i was in a mall IN THAT ONE STORE ALONE. amazeballs. read more

These outlets are okay, theres really not much outlets here, they have a lot of regular stores so you wont find much of outlets here at all. I heard they are building stores like H&m and so on so we will see how it ends up once they are done with construction. Overall its a beautiful layout, with nice metal structures and fountains for children to play with. Always clean here. And nicely lit in the evening, and quiet too, so if you need a place to chat on a date at night, its a nice place, and they usually have a fireplace on too! read more

I like Legends at Sparks Marina. Nice layout with good selection of stores and interesting eye catching decor. Better access to restaurants relatively close to the stores unlike the upscale outdoor mall on the south end of Reno where the stores are basically on one long straight line with the restaurants all the way across the enormous parking lot. Also, when you are in the turn circle, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY! Don't stop in the round-about. Move along, nothing to see here. read more

Nice little outdoor outlet mall with lots of different stores. Here's my thoughts on the few I visited. There's a lot of other stores that Legends offers, but they didn't peak my interest (Banana Republic, Michael Kohrs, Best Buy, Nike, Vans, Volcom, Carters, etc.). Adidas had a tent sale. Everything was under $40!! Didn't find any shoes for us but got a duffle bag and 2 jackets. Not too shabby! This Forever21 has a pretty big selection ... nice selection of sale/clearance too! Overall a pretty organized Forever21 ... that's usually not typical of their stores. Almanac store is interesting. No picture taking though! It has ancient artifacts worth millions and can never be found anywhere else on Earth! These cannot be duplicated! Bahaha. Its a store full of dust collectors, kitchen items, baking mix and jam. Scheels had all the sports equipment you need! They also have 2 biiig fish tank archways (one with salt water, the other fresh water). There was a guy in scuba gear in the fresh water one petting all of the fish! The fish were actually swimming to him for some love. So cute! Oh and not to forget their full size working ferris wheel inside as well!! Seriously, full size! Ann Taylor had a sale while we went. 40% off everything in the store! I ended up getting a black blazer in their clearance section for $28!! You can't even find a decent blazer under $30 at Forever21! This store had a LOT of every size and a good selection. Kudos to the store clerk who was nice and even let a crazy lady tie her shoes on the checkout counter. Typical outdooor outlet mall, but the plus side is that it wasn't busy at all! No crazy lines, no crazy kids running around, just good ol; shopping and good deals! There's also a lot of construction going on around the parking lots here. I'd be interested to see what other stores they are building. I'll be back on my next trip. Side note: Why is it that the hottest/coldest places here in Cali and Nevada have OUTDOOR shopping/outlet malls?! read more

The Outlets At Legends - Shopping Centers Near Me - Sparks, Nevada

I like this mall, and it keeps getting better and better. We like the maple candy and pickled garlic from the Old Farmers Almanac General Store, the outdoor fireplaces, the summertime water play area, and the general entertainment value of walking around. The Target, Best Buy, and Home Depot are all new/fresh. As a neighbor to the mall, we like that they allow us to walk and play on the vacant land. Though it will soon be built up with a Walmart. We'll enjoy that too. We also like the security team. They keep things safe and even drive on our street in their duties. Though their enforcement of the no skateboards rule once seemed a bit over the top, for an outlying area near the parking lot. We are looking foward to the multiplex theater with IMAX. We just wish there were a restaurant that would accommodate gluten-free paleo. read more

We frequent the movies almost weekly and love the Galaxy theater! They have the best and most comfortable seats and theaters. We love the adult beverage assortment, ginormous pretzels, sausage bar and their popcorn is amazing! It definitely keeps us coming back to this theater over others. Spacious seats and aisles, reserved seating and in a great location so you can shop before or after the movies. This area is well lit and there is always plenty of parking right next to the marina. We love what this whole area has to offer and the Imax theater is a great anchor for all the shopping and activities around it! Plenty of shopping for everyone and you can't beat the outlet pricing. I love that Stretchers always has BOGO deals and you can't go wrong with Grimaldis! read more

I have been excited about this place as soon as I heard this was being built. And I am still excited for what is to come. The family went to check out the grand opening of this shopping center and thought it was impressive. I was a little disappointed that most shops were still closed, but it looks hopeful. The decor on the outside was very nice. I am a Native from this area and we nicely represented here. With Dot-so-la-lee basket weaver statue, and Sara Winnamucca. Very nice. There are also lots more eye pleasing things to look at, there is so much you will just have to go and check it out. Something new for the Reno/Sparks to enjoy! read more

Just a few things....I really appreciate the public art installations and the acknowledgments of our local history found throughout the property. The collection of stores is strong but I feel like it's lacking a hip store, maybe something like an Urban Outfitters?? I really have no complaints about the layout and access though the roundabout to enter from the east should not have been one lane. read more

I'm a guy, so there really wasn't much for me in here to begin with. Over the last year, they have taken out the Farmer's Almanac store, the VF Outlet store, and the coffee shop. Luckily, the yogurt shop and Scheel's are still there, but if they ever take those out, I will likely not come again, at least not to the mall itself. So minus three stars for dropping each of the three stores I like, then minus another star for the horrendous layout of the car park. But then plus a star for the pads on the periphery: I am in either Target, TJ Maxx, Best Buy, or Lowe's (and sometimes all four) at least once in any given week. So that makes the total two stars. read more

Roundabouts? Boo. Minus one star for that. Northern Nevada seems to be in love with these roundabouts, and they are f-ing annoying. No overhangs on the buildings? Boo. Minus another star for that. We'll see how business fares come winter time. If they keep on top of the snowfall, the lack of overhangs won't really be an issue. Naming your little shopping mall after a sports bar? Not worth deducting a star for, but worth mentioning just cuz it's weird. (Everyone around here knows that 'Legends' is a sports bar on South Virginia...) Hopefully this place is well managed. It would be terrible to see it end up a ghost-town like so many other places have. read more

Nice place to shop. Has wide variety of places to shop. Also just a nice place to hang out to people watch during the summer. There is a fountain for the kids to play in to keep cool. During the winter, there are gas fireplaces to sit by and warm up. read more

We love coming here. There used to be a small restaurant called Jazz that was located here. It was my favorite place to go eat. On the weekends they had a live jazz band that was killer. Now we go for schools and the outlets. There is a great little bookstore there that has really good deals. read more

I'm a woman that requires things when frequenting another domain. Some decent nightlife for the evenings, some type of physical activity that gives my adrenaline a boost in the day (uh, file that under evenings as well..jus sayin) and for in between...shopping! Alas, we all know Reno is no Vegas, but curses, where can luck be a lady and get in some good ol' spending?! Legends is meh. This is the place that intro'd me to Scheels though which is one of the few reasons I would come here. Saks Off 5th brought a sparkle to my eyes but then...bamboozled. They closing up shop here which frankly is disturbing as they just built this outlet. If Saks is even still open, don't bother going in as they have been completely raided. The only thing I spotted was a pair of Lamb heels that were so fierce and so cheap (seriously marked down to practically nothing) that I still dream about them. Ladies, I'm talking the kind of beauty that will make you disregard the simple fact that they are an entire size too small and will have you believing you can squeeze your foot in them and laugh at the pain (I'm an optimist and I'm training my feet to feel nothing). Ultimately, this place tore my heart out (because that damn realist slapped the optimist right out of me). I did find a couple of other deals around but nothing "legendary" enough to make my wallet go down in history. As for the roundabouts...the jokesters who concocted this layout have quite the sense of humor. I don't even know if you could call that monstrosity a roundabout (I'm going with road rage) because I don't normally have issues with them but this, I don't know what the hell this (sick joke maybe) is. Proceed with caution and do like I do...laugh at the comedy ensuing before your eyes or you may succumb to the rage that Legends are indeed made of! read more

Outlets is a unique shopping center for the Reno/Sparks area! My family and I refer to it as the most "Californianized" mall in this area. I am not a huge fan of outlet-shopping, but I love Legends. It is a beautiful and well orchestrated mall. During the summer, it is a hit spot for shoppers and non-shoppers, alike! You see people browsing around in and out of stores, families posted up at the "splash pad" letting their kids cool off in the falling water, and people dining at the delicious eateries Legends has to offer. And surprisingly, it keeps pretty busy during the cold months, as well! I think the Outlets at Legends was a great addition to the area! And I look forward to seeing what they add next to their already amazing shopping center! read more

I came here with my husband last week, and we were let down to be honest. The area is set up really nice and we love the art/sculptures everywhere, but the store options were lackluster. Express, Banana Republic, Oakley, Adidas, are some you will find here but I'm coming from Northern California where we have Coach, Gucci, Saks off Fifth, etc as options at nearly every outlet set up near us. Overall, it was okay but nothing to rant and rave about. read more

Ok, so this may not be the best way to do this, but I really wanted to write a review for the Coach Outlet in the Outlets at Legends, but they did not have one for me to do it under, or I just could not find it. I absolutely am way impressed with the coach outlet. I came in on a Saturday and they were having a 50% off everything sale plus an additional 20% off clearance. Now I thought the 50% off was great, but I did not get at first that the items that were on clearance were 50% off plus, 20%!!! WHOA!!! CAN WE SAY AWESOME!!! I got the cutest clutch for only $20! That is right $20. I have never owned a coach item because I just could not justify spending hundreds of dollars on a purse. But for that kind of a deal, I am sucked in!! Also, I never knew the quality of Coach was so awesome! My friend was telling me she has had one forever. I can see just from my purses the quality difference between the ones I typically buy. I also got a yellow purse for super cheap too! I am so excited about my new stuff! The atmosphere was great, easy to navigate and tons of stuff in the store. All of the staff are super nice and go out of their way to make sure you are doing well. They all have smiles on their face and it does not bother them if you want to total up your purchase to make sure you have enough to buy what you want! LOL, yep that is definitely me! I am that person! This store is only a pilot and I highly recommend that people get out there and see the awesome deals they have! The more people the higher probability they will keep the store! Every time we come up to Reno, i always stop by this outlet to browse a few stores to catch a deal. Nike, Adidas, Vans, Scheels and Forever are the main stops. I haven't walked out of Adidas and not bought a single item. Fuddruckers is also a must. Legends, check it out some time. read more

I love Legends for work clothes. I'm in education and get the majority of my wardrobe from Ann Taylor or Banana Republic. I'm super glad that these outlet stores exists, it allows me to have decent clothes at affordable prices. Sometimes the deals are beyond amazing and other times it's not that exciting. Admittedly, I spent $45 on a pair of stretchy work pants this week--which is more than I would normally. But when you need pants, you need pants. The staff at Ann Taylor is always perfect (takes clothes back to a fitting room, tells you about promotions, helps when you have a question) at Banana Republic there's a lot of variability between staff (once in a while someone great will be there, but usually the staff do not interact with you and you may be loitering for a while or have to track someone down to get into a fitting room).Both stores provide coupons if you sign up for their emailing lists. I do on occasion go into the Gap outlet but am never really impressed with their merchandise except in the beginning of the summer they usually have cute dresses. So, for work clothes on a budget I love Legends. Prices could be better for an outlet--but I guess I can't have my cake and eat it to. read more

From mega-sports store Scheel's to the home loving Farmer's Old Almanac Store, there are stores here for every age and budget. Tons of parking and a lot of history spread throughout the center. It's a fun place to go see and be seen. read more

Reno was in a despearate need of outlet mall and now we have one. woohoot! Although, they could have some more selections but I'm pretty satisfied with what they have here. Went there the other day to go to the Coach outlet. Wow! The Coach outlet is closed! Guess I wasn't staying tuned into the mall. Think it lost a major anchor. The mall has other nice stores and a great movie theatre plus Scheels but it needs more and high-end factory outlets to make the drive worthwhile. read more

The stores = Great I am truly thankful that there is another Olive garden in town. Too many people were always going to the one in reno and wait times were generally outrageous. Fuddruckers is good. Target is...well...Target. My favorite stores there are Scheels and Best buy because I am not too into the designer and specialty stores as much as the significant other and my friends (lots of shoe, girl and teen shops). There are two bars on top of the nike store, and I suppose that only in America can you find a bar that has a small bowling alley in it, and then go next door and ride a mechanical bull in your bowling shoes. The parking lot is by far the worst thing known to man. Whatever person decided to have a hybrid 2-1 lane roundabout in any large lot should be fired..if these were 2 lane with 2 lane exits/entry, then life would be good, alas, I find myself waiting behind idiots that do not yield, and then idiots that think they have to yield... I dont blame them though, this is entirely the fault of the confusing and ridiculous layout. Again, the designer of this logistics mess should be fired and re-hired, only to be fired again. note: sorry for the frustration. Please do not let the lot stop you from checking the place out, just be mindful and careful. read more

Perfect stop for out of towners. Lots to do without even shopping. We were in town for a volleyball tournament. After a long day of tough competition, I brought the girls here to decompress. They had a great time running around Scheel's, checked out the aquarium, animal displays and ferris wheel. They stopped by the Scheels cafe and got 98 cent ice cream cones. We walked around and they hammed it up, taking pics with their teammates and statues for their facebook postings. By the time we made it down to Forever 21, it was close to 6 pm on a Sunday and they were closing. The girls had a great time and spent hardly any $$$. read more

This outlet is huge!!! I love it not only for the very reasonable prices, but the tax... hmmmm certainly not like the good old SF!!! Tons of great stores to select from, Park near the Olive Garden so you can get a little power salad to start the shopping day and hit up all the faves like BR, Gap, Saks, etc... This outlet mall was clean and it had lots of stores to choose from. We went primarily for shoes for my daughter for school. We didn't go through any other stores but just the brands she was into. Famous Foot Ware was where she chose to get her shoes. I recommend going there if you want a variety of brands to choose from in one place. read more

The way they designed the entry into the mall is a bit idiotic and confusing, but the shopping center is clean and well advertised with billboards along the freeway so you know you're on the right track. They have enough big name stores to make the trek from Reno worthwhile. read more

This place is "meh." We were really excited when we heard that an Outlet was going to open here and in the beginning it wasn't too shabby. Now it's "blah." Every time we come here, my wife just visit the same ol' stores. There's not enough big name brands and every time they lose a tenant, it's replaced with something worst. I'll never understand why giant corporations don't work with tenants to keep them there considering all the empty shops still available. read more

The outlet is outside and they have ample sitting, but overall, not impressed. There are very limited shops here and i don't feel like the deals are really "deals". For instance, when I went into Guess, you have to buy 2 of anything to get any type of discount - or else it's full price. read more
