The good: They have an outdoor area with coin operated kids rides that my daughter enjoyed. There are a lot of kiosk stands that sell things like snacks, kids' toys and cell phone cases. There are some fast food options and a couple of restaurants. What I like most about outlets other than discounted prices is that they are typically outdoors. It is nice to enjoy the nice weather here. The bad: The outlet felt a little bit dated. The guy at the kiosk gave my toddler a toy to hold/play with and then said "but you need to pay." It was awkward. He smelled of body odor. Some outlets have cool visual points of interests like fountains, plants, trees, or statues. This one has one or two art pieces but overall it's visually uninteresting. The interesting: They have an ESPRIT store. I haven't seen one of these since I was in middle school. read more

Decided to stop by the Nike outlet here after discovering the one closer to me had apparently closed... Got here early and there was plenty of parking, which was nice... walked straight into Nike and picked up a perfect pair of shoes that I had been looking for at a great price. Place was busy, but the line moved quickly. Walked around a bunch of other stores as well and picked up a few things... ended up having a quick lunch at Rubio's and it was tasty. The BBQ place smelled amazing, wished we could've tried it as well. I used to frequent this mall quite a bit back in the day when it was called The Block at Orange...that was back in the early 2000s. Apparently now it's an outlet mall. It's still a beautiful mall and was festooned with pretty holiday lights and ornaments. Some of our favorite stores include Nike, Nordie's Rack and Adidas. We did a bit of damage their a few weeks ago on our last trip up to Anaheim. Parking was a bit of a nightmare but expected considering how close Christmas is. They also have an AMC theater to rest your tired toes after a day of shopping til you drop. Which is what we ended up doing after a few hours. Great little place to shop for yourself or friends and family. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area. read more

This outlet has a reasonable amount of stores. Parking can be rough if it's crowded. It's also completely outdoors so be prepared with sunscreen if it's hot or umbrella if it's raining. It's an alrite outlet at best. Some decent deals. read more

My favorite outlets in all of So Cal. Every outlet store you would ever want is located here and prices are generally very affordable. Parking lot is HUGE but this place is very popular which can make locating a parking spot a challenge. You will definitely not leave here empty handed. read more

Wide and spacious store with a variety of clothing following seasonal trends. Clothing is cute and trendy, but expensive for what the quality is. I shopped Today and the Manager or Stylist was kind enough to let me take the jacket off the mannequin and even offered if I wanted to take the pants as well. I checked out at the register with Jadalyn and she explained to me the offers they provided for Black Friday as well as any final sell items. She provided me information for the cut off window for exchanging any items. Store was clean and organized. So much better than the Tenshoppe at Mission Viejo. The newer stores that were built as an extension to the mall make for a decent shopping experience but the older part of the mall near the movie theatre is terrible. Closed store fronts and collection of junk shops selling things you would find in a swap meet. The whole thing needs an overhaul. read more

Visited on Saturday, 05/28/22 for the first time. GREAT shopping place (hence OUTLET!). There were a ton of sales going on (especially due to the Memorial Day Weekend). Old Navy had a huge sale - $2 for sandals (YES please!). I would suggest bringing a hat just in case it gets sunny/super hot. The parking was a bit tricky in my opinion - there was valet parking but it was jam packed. Luckily we found a spot outside of the valet area but took a while to circle around. Perhaps we were not familiar where to park/parking options? Overall 5/5. I would like to go back and eat there! read more

This place is awesome. I sure do like a bargain. The Outlets at Orange delivers a ton of them. Me and my crew dropped on by after vacationing in Anaheim visiting Disneyland, it's a super close drive... minutes away. If you're interested in designer brands, check out these shops... Saks Off 5th, Nieman Marcus Last Call, Calvin Klein, DKNY, Tommy Hilfiger, and Lucky Brand Jeans. If you like your sportswear and athletic shoes, they have Adidas, Nike, Puma, and Vans. They have a ton more shops so pace yourself. Besides the retail shops, there is an AMC movie theater and tons of dining options from sit down service, casual dining, fast food, entertainment center, and snacks. The weekend I was there, local artist and jewelry designers were selling their wares in the open area in front of the movie theater. Parking is free and it's all self park. The area looked and seemed safe, I had no issues. But like always, please stay alert and watch out for each other. read more

Place brought back so many memories. Everything is pretty much the same. I wish they still had the papaya store.

Purchased the Basic Flat Iron from the Soleil kiosk it is a really great hair tool to own, the only issue I have is the plates will collect buildup therefore keep plates clean, the other issue is that the outer material once it gets a buildup on it your hair can burn because this material is no longer smooth therefore not allowing the hair to move freely around the iron for curling. This issue can't be fix and you may be out a couple hundreds if you do not clean after each use. read more

Honestly this place is always pretty full but that's par for the course when it comes to outlet malls. The parking lot is the worst part but there's plenty of it. Lots of great store with good stuff at a discounted price. Movie theater and food options too. Good place to do the Christmas shopping. read more

The best thing about this mall is that they have 4 off-price division of the largest department stores along with a nice mix of restaurants for dining. On one end of the mall, there is Nieman Marcus Last Call and Saks Off 5th, which should probably be considered the higher end of the 4. On the other side of the mall, there is Bloomingdale Outlet (generic name) and Nordstrom Rack. Of course, there are many other stores filling in the gap....but would recommend these 4 if in the mood for bargain hunting at different price ranges (especially for clothes and shoes). From what I could tell, each store has their own distinct set of product (i.e. a particular brand would most likely be in one of the stores). Dining ranges from mall ones like Wetzel Pretzel and Cinnabon, to a sit-down fast casual like Rubio's, to bigger sit-down restaurants like BW3 and Dave/Buster. There is a lot of parking (though it was pretty crowded because of the season). Definitely a place to go for clothes/shoe gift shopping if in north OC. read more

My favorite outlet for OC/LA area. They have plenty of great stores, a lot of my favorites, as well as tons of great deals any day of the week! I literally never leave this mall empty handed. Favorite Stores: Nike Factory Adidas Levi's Papaya Forever 21 Aldo Shoes Bath & Body Works Converse H&M Nordstrom Rack Victoria's Secret Windsor Zumiez Not to mention I love grabbing a pretzel at Wetzel Pretzels or Auntie Anne's and some Jamba Juice ! And they have an AMC movie theatre and a whole Dave & Buster's if you don't want to shop! Also, on one other occasion, they also had an outdoor bazaar/farmer's market outside which I've never seen before inside of a mall which I think is really awesome. I really enjoy coming to the Outlets at Orange. It used to be called the Block. It's a huge mall with a wide selection of stores that I like such as Lucky Brand, Aeropstale, Timberland, and Lids. There are a bunch of restaurants too. The parking situation no be hard so get there early to avoid traffic and crowds. read more

there are many stores that i would love to shop at , however the noise level is unbearable. I am rather sensitive to noise and they pump music outside. there is no escape. it's unfortunate because I have money to spend. there are lots of restaurants with outdoor dinning which could be relaxing but the same loud music is everywhere. I bought a piece of clothing from their store a few days before Black Friday. Later, I discovered a clear quality issue on the shoulder of the garment, so I tried to return it. However, they refused to process the return, even though I provided the receipt and invoice, claiming that I damaged it myself. Their attitude was terrible--they even called security to force me out, accusing me of shouting. This experience was extremely unpleasant, and I will absolutely never visit this place again. read more

I took my wife to this Outlet when we were in the area for Disneyland. We both never been here so it was nice to come see what they have to offer. I really wanted to visit the Under Armour store because I wear a lot of Project Rock gear. I was disappointed that they didn't have much to choose from but it's okay. My wife really wanted to visit the Adidas store so we went there and she got some items that were on sale. We parked near Guitar Center since we kind of got lost when we were in that area. Using Google map directions really help us while walking around because it guided us to the right route to the store we wanted to visit. read more

This place is kind of a secret spot for shopping. First of all, there is plenty of available parking. The Starbucks is right there for drinks and snacks. The best thing about the Outlets and Orange is their stores. You can find some great discounts on the stores you like if you go there. It's an outdoor mall. Pros: great parking, a nice selection of stores, discounts everywhere, never too crowded, nice place to walk around. Cons: not as clean as South Coast Plaza, missing some better food choices, no bakeries, only one coffee shop, and missing that high end feel, feels a bit like Disneyland. read more

A lot to choose from with so much less of a crowd than the Citadel with a much lower tax rate than LA County. I know this shouldn't be a review about LA vs OC but its hard not to compare. It's a great place to take the family for schmoozing, with a guitar shop, favorite sportswear and shoe shops, a "Train" shuttle and a lot of other distractions including fast food, and some well known chain restaurants. ZERO STAR RATING: The Management needs to read this. During my Visit, I had to use the Men's room next to the GameStop. In there I had to use a rickety stall that opened on me while I was using it. Now I understand why some need to be thrifty on toilet paper. I get it. I definitely don't like 1 ply paper. Which I can settle for and get by even though I'm unhappy about it. NOT ON THIS VISIT. I NEVER THOUGHT that PAPER-MÂCHÉ (see photos) can be used for toilet paper AT THE OUTLETS OF ORANGE!! This is below the standard of 1 Ply Toilet Paper!! Then of course Air Dyers make the place very unclean. I went over to Buffalo Wild Wings for a better and more private stall (last that I remembered). I was wrong. Nobody was keeping that place clean. One stall was bombed and clogged and there was no seat covers except one loose roll of toilet paper (thank goodness). I'm afraid what I might find next. SO TO ALL OF THE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERY RESTROOM. INCLUDING MANAGEMENT IN ALL RESTAURANTS. BE ON TOP OF CLEANING ALL THE RESTROOMS OR NOBODY WOULD WANT TO COME BACK. This place is not just an ordinary factory outlet. This is an outlet/dining/entertainment triple threat that has something to appeal to almost anyone. Plenty of people come here not to shop. If you are shopping though there are some quality outlet and non-outlet stores to choose from, Nike is one of my favorites. This place has a movie theater, Dave & Buster's, and a Lucky Strike Lanes - that should tell you a lot. Dining choices include everything from fast casual to sit down. It's a sprawling outdoor complex surrounded by parking yet at times it is hard to find a spot - that tells you how popular this place is. read more

I love this outlet. This is the best outlet I been to for a few reasons: one there are tons of restaurants and an bowling alley, two it isn't that crowded, and tons of parks! There are tons of stores that usually seem to have great outlet sales but also stores like the Rocky Mountain, box lunch, and etc that you can find in a regular mall. It doesn't have any high end stores except Bloomingdale's outlet and Nordstrom rack. Other then that, it has the typical Nike, under armor, converse, vans, and etc. all in all, love this place. read more

Great plaza with quite a few clothing stores and restaurants. My BF and I came here on a Sunday afternoon for shopping, it was quite packed and parking was difficult to find. They have good clothing store selection for an outlet (more than San Clemente outlet). Lines weren't too bad for the stores we visited, a lot of cash registers so it went by pretty fast. Since the outlet was a pretty good size, we got a good amount of steps in. There seems to be good amount of restaurants so would love to try the eateries here my next visit. read more
