I have been seeing Jenny for color for 10 plus years and she is a true artist! The best colorist I have ever had in my life and I have been getting blonde highlights since the seventh grade. Her technique is like no other and the results are unreal...I will never trust anyone else! And the prices for her artistry are shockingly some of the best in NYC. Many salons charge upwards of 500 dollars for way inferior work. In fact the entire staff is amazing...I also see Mayumi for hair cuts and she is a wizard! It's been my one stop shop for beautification and I will never stray! Even if I move out of the city, I would have to fly to New York every 8 weeks to see Jenny! And even in a scary pandemic, I do not hesitate about coming here...the salon is super spacious with tons of distance and partitions between clients, it's impeccably clean and maintained and everyone takes every precaution to make you feel safe. Jenny is awesome. I've been going to her for my color for years. I always leave happy, and get tons of compliments. I prefer a low maintenance look that doesn't require constant touch ups. She totally gets it and always gives me exactly what I'm looking for. She's very intuitive and really works to find the perfect color for you. Even as the color grows out it still looks great and natural! The salon is beautiful and has a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Everyone there is super friendly and talented. Mayumi cuts my hair, and I always love what she does. I've been to so many different stylist and never felt that I was getting what I wanted until Mayumi. I didn't know my hair could look this good!! Kyle is an amazing, intuitive and thoughtful stylist who always takes the greatest care with my curly thick and (I used to think) unmanageable hair. I've been loving the natural sleek and flowing waves he manages to coax out with some kind of magic and really personalized attention to detail. I always feel like my 'real' hair is getting revealed, rather than hidden or covered up . He always listens to my (vague, uninformed) requests and seems to know exactly what I'm asking for.
