That being said, Mr. Richard Vaquera supplied us with similar maintenance on the next car our family owned, a 2002 Gold Nissan Altima. First this second car needed fairly major repairs like changing out catalytic converter changed, 1st time for a good price compared to taking it to a dealership. Then another time we had a "Service Engine Light," which had a problem with some sensors where you were able to refer the job to an associate or affiliate who did a little bit more extensive diagnosis and repairs in reprogramming the engine's computer. However again we experienced lower fees than a going to a dealership or many other auto repair businesses. And finally, as with the Toyota, Richard gave us diagnosis and professional counseling on what to do with this 2002 Altima with leaks in the manifold, radiator, and some odd noise from the overhead exhaust system. He advised not to do any more regular driving with it, except for taking it to a dealership to trade it in and arrange for a newer car to take its place. We are very delighted as we followed that advice without driving it to be stranded somewhere before we could trade it in. And we used it in making a deal at a Gunn Honda dealership where we got a lower car payment using the vehicle as a functional car verses one that we would have towed it someplace not having the excellent automotive counseling of our reliable and helpful service of Mr. Richard Vaquera and Son.

We picked this place due to the reviews that we found online, their apparent expertise on repairing European cars, and how helpful they were on the phone. We needed to have an oil change and radiator flush, several other smaller things done, as well as asked them to check the car and let us know if they saw anything else major that needed to be done while they were doing the above. At the time we dropped the car I wanted to know and asked specifically for cost to have all the above done and we were told they could not tell us at that time, but would call us with an estimate for approval before anything was done. We were not asked to sign anything agreeing to the cost of the work or estimate. Well when we got an estimate for $2400 which was markedly inflated from everywhere else that we called around to for the same work. We told them we did not want to do the work done and wanted to hold off. When we showed up to get our car Art told us that it would be $140 for the cost of an estimate, being we were not having the work done, and that they would not release our keys otherwise. I feel that this shop is either poor at communication or unscrupulous. They should have disclosed a diagnostic fee and their hourly rate at the time the car was dropped off, being they were specifically asked for the costs up front.

I asked him To install a new front bumper since the original was so beat up from those parking bumpers it was pitiful. He got me an upgraded one which was so much better looking. The spoiler he recycled from one he had to save me money. In the end Hamed and his artists did a fantastic job. The car looks new in spite of its age. Hamed was a pleasure to work with. I will be coming back to get rims sand blasted and painted black, cheaper than new rims. Hamed is flexible and will listen to you and make sure you are pleased with the results. I sure was. Hamed just completed bodywork on my 2006 Dodge Durango. From turn in to finished product it took 12 working days. The Durango suffered minor damage from a front right collision with another car. Since my experience with my Camaro was great, I asked Hamed to throw in a repair for the rear bumper of the Durango as well from a previous rear end collision. The final product was outstanding. The Durango looks great and he even had it cleaned inside and out, even Armor All to the wheels. This is my wife's car and she was very pleased with the results. In this day and age when new car loans and comprehensive insurance are so crazy expensive, I long decided to just repair and refinish my cars as they age. Yasmein has been key to refinishing my cars and repairing them when accidents occur. He's all about customer being satisfied and has proven to me he delivers quality and tries to get your wheels back to you as soon as possible without sacrificing quality.
