I was skeptical when I booked this hotel based on the mixed reviews but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Check in was easy and the attendant was very nice. I booked the king suite which was in the back of the hotel and I loved it. It was very large, clean, and seemed to be newly renovated. It was also very private with a full kitchen and patio. The bed was super comfortable and linens were well kept. I also liked how close it was to Duval street without being in the action. The main negative I encountered was on my first night when a humming noise woke me up in the middle of the night. Thank goodness I didn't experience this on the second night. Also, most of the reviews I read mentioned the breakfast options not being very good and they were correct. This didn't bother me much since I planned to eat out anyway. Such a great place to stay. Very historic property with adorable decor. They have made thoughtful and intentional choices in amenities to make your stay enjoyable. A very relaxing atmosphere - it's a resort within itself. You could park yourself here and never leave the property. The hotel itself is about a 20-25 minute walk to the downtown area of Key West. It's a great stroll and you get to see so many adorable houses along the way, as well as small restaurants/businesses tucked off of the beaten path. It's perfect. The Duval Loop shuttle stop is only a few blocks away. Super easy to get a Lyft/Uber (SUPER cheap too) if don't want to walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are accommodating and attentive. The front desk has maps, beach towels, drinks for purchase, and even a coffee station. There's also a pool with a great bar. They have a daily Happy Hour! There's ample stools and seating around the pool. There's even sunblock available in case you forgot your own. The hotel offers breakfast and we were surprised at the offerings. There's baked goods, bagels, toast, coffee, juices, cereal, fresh fruits, eggs (cooked & hard boiled), sausage patties, and yogurt. Lots of condiments are available as well. We were expecting just a quick grab and go continental breakfast, but this is so much more. The rooms are well appointed. They have a fridge, TV, coffee pot & all the necessities for that, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a chair for relaxing. They even put chairs/tables outside every room. The bed was comfortable and had nice blankets/pillows. There's also dressers and a closet available. This is a great place to come and relax after a day of enjoying Key West and doing all the things. It was great knowing we could head back and take a swim or just chill poolside. The pool closes at 10pm. Ample seating for larger parties around the pool area is available. This is a great place to get several groups of people together. Everyone has their own space, but can also enjoy being together around the pool/bar area. Again, this is a historic building so things are maintained well, but kept in their historic condition. They do have a water fountain/station and tea bags available 24/7. There's parking in front and in a small lot. There's also side streets you can park along. There's a 24/7 market located 2 blocks down that sells snacks, groceries, alcohol, and other items that you may have forgotten. They also rent bikes ($18/day) for guests. Be sure to check out the resident birds near the pool area. Would stay here again! Very happy to have found this place. read more

So even though my Yelp peeps were not so positive about this place, we still booked it. Hubs had to complete a job at another hotel so we needed a place within the budget of his company's standards. We also needed a pet friendly hotel, which the Palms is. First, let me address the parking situation. They have a 2 spot space in the back of the hotel reserved. If those spots are taken, may the odds be ever in your favor lol. There are very few spots in the area that are not reserved so you may be looking for a while like we were. We originally parked in the lot adjacent to the hotel but you will get towed since it belongs to another business. We then found a spot that had a 15 minute limit. We took it since it was the closest and wanted to unload the car. Then struggled again. There was construction on across the street and the signs were very confusing. We parked and took our chances since nothing implied we were not allowed to park there. The room was small. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever been in. Our room was on the first floor, right outside the breakfast bar/pool. I was baffled as to why people felt the need to congregate right outside our room but there were two tables there. The television remote did not work. I turned on the tv and it was blaring at high volume and I could not lower it. The power button worked and that was it. I even tried the buttons on the actual television and nothing. The air conditioner sucked as well. It was not cold, even with the lowest setting and it was hot as balls out. Fun experience, as I was getting coffee, there was an old, half eaten dead lizard just feet away from the food being served. I took a picture and posted it but Yelp removed it stating "the community did not find it appropriate". I thought it was since it was very close to the food. After I checked out, I had to wait for hubs to complete work at the job site. There are beers in the lobby for purchase! I purchased a beer and a water and sat on the deck. It was less than $6 for both! That was a nice touch. But the guy did not have a bottle opener so he told me I could go to where breakfast was served because someone was there selling mimosas. She looked like I was severely inconveniencing her and I tried my best to be overly polite-still did not matter. read more

Casa Marina didn't want to refund over $1000 that I spent on a reservation nor did they want to offer to reschedule the rooms. The palms is a gem and has been around for a long time. We were pleasantly surprised by The Palms Hotel. We selected it because the location is very walkable to everything we wanted to do in Key West. This old hotel definitely had character (as it should! It was built in the 1880s!). It is composed of 2-3 houses renovated into a bunch of rooms. When you arrive, it's obvious that it's family run. There is a dog named Mando who is on site most days. He's very sweet. This hotel seems to attract a quieter crowd, which we appreciated. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Duval Street. Or they have bikes you can rent for $12-15/ day. Our room was small, but clean and nicely furnished. We had everything we needed. They host a continental breakfast served at the pool bar every morning which was a nice way to start the day! Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking to go to Key West! read more

Charming and clean! Great location. The hotel is in the historic district in Key West. It's about a 1/2 mile walk to Duval St. The location was perfect if you don't mind walking everywhere. We walked to the pier, Southernmost Point, Truman State Park, and more. The room was very clean and charming. Everything was modern. The room was small, but our room was right on the pool deck. OK hotel, pricey for what you get. However, clean place which is something I always see as most important atribute. The staff not friendly, just going through the motion of doing their job. It was a turn off especially after arriving and checking in, I would have expect eye contact, maybe a slight smile and "welcome". Not here. Hammered with information how much I'll get charged for lost key ($125!!!!), pool towel, bicycle ($500 for bike that made all kinds of sounds and was well pass it's prime) lol You just have to laugh, you are in Key West and this is suppose to be place to relax! It was clean and cute. Not too far from Duval St. We stayed for a week and walked to town every day. They have bikes for rent at a great price, which we took advantage of a couple of days and rode to the nearby beaches The beds, two full sized, were very comfortable. The best part was Armando, the wonderful man who opened up the breakfast bar every morning. Always so pleasant! They're were bagels, toaster waffles, sausage, yogurt, cereal, great coffee, and more. We miss you already, Armando!! The pool was warm and clean. I think the filter is salt because no chlorine smell, a big plus. Poolside towels were available. Some things could be improved upon. It would have been nice to have some hooks on the wall and somewhere to put clothes. Maybe a small chest with drawers. The staff were all friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend The Palms to anyone. If I go back to Key West I'd stay here again. read more

What an amazing place!!! This is my kinda hotel! I got there earlier than check in and Jair at the front desk helped me get an electric car where they came and picked me up! How cool was that! We tried to check in a few hours early because our plane arrived early. I did put in the notes on Expedia that we wanted an early check in. I felt they made no accommodation to try and make this happen in fact the opposite as our room wasn't ready until the very last minute. Interesting to say the least, advertised as pet friendly yet when a dog barks we are threatened with a $75.00 fee per "complaint".This is a huge misdirect as it is not stated on the website and there is no accurate way the guest getting fined can accurately follow up. They can make up any number of complaints and charge you for it, not fair, especially when charged a "pet fee" upon booking. The only reason we booked this hotel was solely due to the fact they allowed dogs. Last thing we needed during our vacation was to get chased by the hotel clerk on our way out of the facility. They need to let the guest booking know that they are a pet friendly hotel and that they charge other guest for such a service. I enjoyed the accommodations at the Palm Hotel and Key West is lovely. I also enjoyed the hotel pool. The front of the house staff are very inexperienced and far too nonchalant. I am leaving right now for the airport and our bags were in the lobby. When I ordered an Uber the door was locked and there was an out to lunch sign. I had to cancel my Uber which costs $6. I should be compensated for that but when I communicated this to the woman at the desk she stared at me blankly and said that she was in there and i should have called but I was knocking on the door. I had the opportunity to stay at this historic hotel which is in a fantastic location walking distance to everything. My favorite thing was the breakfast at the pool and bar. I was there with a biking group and we all met at the pool bar for a delicious breakfast. But best of all was the server Cindy who made the experience exceptional. She was friendly, very organized and fast. You never had to ask her for anything twice. It didn't matter how many people were there because everyone was taken care of in record time. SUCH AN AMAZING TIME HERE! My fiancé and I were virgins to Key West and came to celebrate a friends birthday. Right off the bat I loved this place because of the rich history and beautiful classic architecture, but it really has a lot to offer other then that. The office staff all were able to make great recommendations and provide directions when we needed them. Prompt service when we needed anything from housekeeping such as towels and toiletries. Great spacious pool that never got busy. The busiest it got was when our small group was swimming, only 1 or 2 people here and there aside from that. They have a great little bar out by the pool that just opened up that they named the coconut. They have a nice little continental breakfast in the mornings. Really nice bartenders who are wife and husband, very polite and accommodating, but I cannot recall their names for the life of me because I'm awful with names, great people though. Since they were just opening we had a fun time brainstorming about drink/ event ideas since I used to bartend and they were really nice. Get the strawberry daiquiri with dragon fruit - YUM! This place is in a great central location which makes getting around everywhere really easy. We really loved walking down to Duval street and taking in all the historic buildings. We had a "king room" which had all the essentials, hair dryer, mini fridge, love seat, king bed, coffee maker and an ac that worked VERY well, perfect temp when we needed it. The only bad things I have to mention were in the bathroom. There's a 2-3 inch lip going down from the sleeping area to the bathroom that we kept forgetting about, the shower enclosure was small and the water pressure was a bit low. Our other friends who stayed there on other floors said they had great shower pressure, but ours was always the same day and night. Definitely not anything that was a deal breaker, just something we had to work into our routine. We stayed in room 206 and the shower stall was really small there so if you have a little extra width, or height like I do (6'3") you may want to ask for a shower that's bigger than the one in room 206 or you will want to plan to shower with care to not constantly bump into the walls lol. Will definitely be returning if we are blessed enough to have the opportunity again. read more

Scam alert and dirty!!! This place probably has bed bugs! We forgot to return one of our two keys when we checked out (unknown to us). An hour later we got a call telling us if we didn't return the second key they would charge us $150. So once we realized our mistake we offered to immediately return it to them instead, but then they told us that they never got either key and we would be charged $150 regardless. My mother and I arrived a few hours earlier than check in time, however the clerk was able to accommodate us so that we didn't have to tote luggage around all day. This place is charming and cozy. Rooms clean, nice pool. My only complaint was breakfast wasn't great and the bathroom was tiny. We make the best out of every situation so these were not deal breakers. The staff were the real stars of the show! The lady who serves breakfast was amazing, multi tasking and sweet. Denny the evening bartender was so kind! He prepared delicious drinks made from the freshest juices we ever tasted. Best drinks we had on the island. We had a couple hours to kill before our flight so we sat by the pool and Denny made us fresh mango juice with puréed pineapple to beat the heat. I accidentally booked the wrong dates, so we almost didn't have anywhere to stay but they came through and found a last-minute cancellation for that night for us. Totally saved us because everything else was booked. The rooms are super cute and definitely has that Key West feel. I love the old building. They've kept it up well. Breakfast is included with your stay and was definitely enough. Bagels, muffins, bread, cereal, yogurt, fruit, sausages. No complaints there. The pool area is nice. First I'd like to start by saying this is not a hotel, more like a motel. Pictures on the site are misleading! This place is old and run down!! My main problem with this place was parking, got here on a Sunday evening to check in, couldn't find a parking at all. Mind you this place is located in almost like a residential area, so people living around the hotel/motel. You will see parking in front of they house that are reserved for them. So don't park there or you will be tow away. After circling about 10 times, my husband got out, ask the front desk, where can we park? She said where but also said not sure if it was available? My husband and I only counted a handful of parking for the hotel and was all taken. Finally got lucky and found a spot next to the trash bin after someone just left the parking spot. After spending one night there, we both decided it wasn't worth the aggravation, not knowing if will have a parking spot after returning from our outings. Decided to check out the next day. We was supposed to stay Sunday to Wednesday. We didn't get our money back for checking out early, according to the front desk it's because it was booked from a third party. ( Expedia) We didn't expect a refund, we didn't care about that, we just wanted out of there ASAP. When we booked through Expedia, this place didn't have such a bad review and the pictures looked pretty nice, the parking didn't seem to be a problem. Wished I looked through Yelp instead, this site is more of a accurate reviews then Expedia.....FYI .... they have fee's for everything lost key $125 each key, noise complaints that's including barking dogs $75 per complain, non-register pet $150. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Palms Hotel from August 30th to September 4th 2017. This was a trip which had been planned months in advance, so I was very lucky to avoid Hurricane Irma by a matter of days. A traditional style Key West property of wooden construction dating back to the 1890's. I had an upstairs room on the front of the hotel which was very spacious with nice high ceilings. The pool view rooms look a little smaller, with lower ceilings, probably a later extension. My room was very comfortable, with a separate toilet/shower room, a very efficient air conditioner and a full sized fridge. Theres no coffee maker in the room, however complimentary breakfast including some very good coffee is available as well as bagels, muffins, pastries, cereal, eggs and more. Free on-street parking is available in front of the hotel and availability of spaces didn't appear to be an issue, just don't park in one of the 'resident' bays! Downtown Key West, with all its shops, bars and restaurants as well as the Southernmost Point are all within walking distance of the hotel. Duval Street is a 15 minute walk away. Check Out time is 11am, which is a little early, and there wasn't any option to extend this. Overall, its a great place to stay, and I would have no hesitation in staying here again when my travels next bring me to Key West. read more

Dear Palms Hotel, WOW, I love you! I came here with my girlfriends for a "girls weekend" this February. We found you on accident, originally Google-mapping Duval Street, and finding you very close by. From now on, all my trip to Key West will include staying here! This bed & breakfast is just CHARMING and perfect. Quiet, clean and comfortable is what your motto should be, because this is what you are. You also have that perfect Key West appeal, which is what makes you so cozy. The breakfast area is by the pool and is set up as a bar. It's a little more upscale than a normal continental breakfast, and it's great for getting to know the other guests. Everyone seems to come down for breakfast every morning without fail. :) The rooms are nice and quaint, with Spanish tile floors and colorful decorations. My only complaint is the mattress I slept on... I don't know what was worse, the hardness or the squeaking when I moved... :-\ But the rest was so perfect, I was able to get over my un-comfortableness. The price was worth our stay here, and I was glad we found you. There are bikes to rent by the day for $10 which we totally took advantage of. I was very grateful you offered this service. Great cozy and romantic little hotel in set of a historic old buildings. Dog friendly as well. Not a far walk from all the major streets like Duval. Staff were helpful and friendly and when we wanted to book an extra night they graciously waived our pet fee and gave us a 10% discount. Great hotel, and very good, and helpful, staff and management! I recently stayed here, during the low season, for 8 days. In many ways, I am the worst kind of guest/reviewer that a hotel would want, since, unlike most tourists who are gone from their rooms for most of each day and much of each night, in pursuit of tourist-type and entertainment-type activities, I did not stay here as a tourist, and I never do touristy things: I never visit tourist attractions, I do not drink, I do not party, and I do not travel in order to be entertained. Rather, I travel only for my work (and it is spiritual work, which makes it all the more unconventional!), and because of this fact, I am in my hotel room for a good part of each day and each night, and thus, since I spend so much time each day in my room, I would be the first to know of any problems with the property that might escape the notice of guests who spend only a few hours out of every 24 in their rooms! I also go to bed very early in the evening, by about 7 PM, and I awaken for the day by about 2 AM to start my meditations and prayers for the day, and because of this odd schedule, I get to witness parts of the life of a hotel that are very telling. And I can tell you from my vantage point, after having spent 8 days at this hotel, that this place is a gem! I had reserved my room for my 8 day stay online at the hotel's own website; I NEVER TRUST reseller websites, and particularly distrust discount-rate reseller websites, since they can, and often do, tell all sorts of lies about the property and about the rooms. So, I used the hotel's own website to reserve my room, about 5 days prior to my planned arrival date (I had learned on short notice that I needed to come to Key West!). When reserving onlline at the hotel's website, I reserved a single king bed room because there were, at that late date, no rooms available with one queen bed. I called the hotel a few minutes after I had made the reservation, because I wanted to make absolutely sure that they had seen my reservation page notes to the effect that I was hoping to get a small fridge (i.e., a loaner or a rental) in my room, and I wanted to be sure that they realized that I would'nt be cheacking in until after 7 PM. The woman who answered the phone turned out to be the manager, and it turned out that she was well aware of both of the requests that I had recorded on the reservation page on their website; she assured me that meeting these requests would not be a problem. However, she told me, she had noticed that I was staying for 8 days, and in light of that fact, and also in light of the fact that it was obvious from talking to me that I was not one of the destructive party-type guests often seen by hoteliers on Key West, she asked me if I would give her permission to upgrade my reservation for a one-king bed room to a queen bed suite complete with a "kitchenette" and tiny living room area, at the same price. I said yes. Well, the queen bed suite turned out, once I had arrived, to be quite nice! It was located in the front of the hotel in one of the old Key West-style Victorian houses, on the ground floor, and consisted of a main bedroom which contained one queen-sized bed, two nighttables and one gigantic dresser (it had like 12 drawers..., enuf for about 5 people!) with ceilings that were at least 15 feet high, and a ceiling fan way up near the ceililng. There was also enuf extra floor space in the room for either two small cots or for one very large/wide cot. The so-called "kitchenette" was, in my estimation, not a kitchenette at all, but rather a full kitchen. It also sported a 15 foot ceiling (with ceiling fan way up), just like the bedroom. It contained a small kitchen table suitable for seating up to four persons, and a nice sofa in the little living room niche off the kitchen, and the "kitchenette" contained a half-sized (not small!) refrigerator/freezer, a stove with two stovetop burners, and a microwave oven. (There was also a coffee maker and a coffeee bean grinder.) The kitchen was also well-equipped with numerous drawers and cabinets with shelves, and came equipped with real silverware and real plates, bowls and pots & pans, all very unusual for a hotel room in Key West! Also, a paper towel wall dispenser and spare rolls of paper towels! Wow! So, in terms of the so-called kitchenette, the management of this hotel definitely under-promised and over-delivered! It was amazing! (BTW, I hate ceiling fans of all types, and so the first thing that I did upon getting settled in my room was to turn off the ceiling fans in the bedroom & kitchen!) The bathroom was a good size, very clean, with a more-standard ceiling height of about 8 feet. I am 6'1" in height, and weigh about 186 lbs, and I want to say that I found the shower stall to more than adequate for a man of my size. Great hotel... If and when i return to Key West, I will surely stay here again! read more

Stayed here Jan 2016. This was my first visit to Key West. I was trying to find a place to stay that was not $$$$. I had a gift certificate for bedandbreadkfast.com that had been given to me as a gift, so I decided to check out what they had to offer. This hotel came up as the least expensive on their list for availability during my dates. From the photos and description on b&b.com this looked like a quaint nice place in my price range. Also, not being familiar with Key West, I thought this was a good location looking at the map. Not too far to walk places. I was aware of the parking situation form the Palms website. Street parking only. But free. So just drive around and find a spot. Pretty inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage to unload. So why does this hotel get 2 stars. First of all this is NOT a bed and breakfast. This is an old rundown hotel. This hotel should not be on bedandbreaskfast.com's website. The positives: It was clean. There is a little nook tucked away in between the two connected buildings where you can grill. Its a secluded nook which gets you away from the wind if weather is bad. But only one table there. The negatives: Its a rickety old hotel with a flight of stairs to get you up to your second floor rooms. This coupled with the fact that I had to park over a block away made dealing with luggage challenging. I had to go back and forth to my car since there is no luggage cart, and then I had to go up and down all these stairs trip after trip. Pretty inconvenient and challenging for anyone who has troubles lifting luggage. There is no heat. Now normally this wouldn't be a problem given that Key West is normally in the 80's. But I was there for a rare week that it never got out of the 60's. Very cold and windy. There is no heat in the rooms. Only AC. I inquired about this at the front desk and they said they would pull out some space heaters for people who wanted them. This should have been thought out and prepped for the guests before I asked. The unseasonably and uncharacteristically cold weather was in the forecast. Everyone knew about it. It was not a surprise. If they know their hotel does not have heat, they should have had the space heaters available for all guests without us having to ask for them. My room was really frigid for sleeping and upon waking in the mornings. The location of this hotel is also a challenge. It is farther away from Duval street than you may expect looking at a map. It is still very walkable, but just be aware its a little far. There are no convenient places nearby to walk to get food. If you need anything or want any meals once in your room, you may have to use your car and lose your precious parking space. The breakfast was meh. Typical continental breakfast. Coffee was not good. Very watery. The fresh fruit was a nice touch and was good. If you stay here plan on using this "breakfast" as an appetizer and then go out to one of the wonderful restaurants downtown for your real meal. The rooms are very basic, although as I mentioned, clean. There are no conveniences such as coffee maker, microwave or fridge. I had a regular hotel type room with my own bathroom. I know some people have written reviews about sharing a bathroom. That's a room choice. If you do not want to share, just choose one of the regular type of rooms with your own bathroom. The bathroom was clean but the shower was TINY. I am a small person and I hit my elbows on the walls of the tiny shower stall. If you are an average or above average sized overseen, I imagine you would feel very cramped in this shower. Some reviewers claim the staff in rude. My check in person was pretty indifferent. The breakfast lady was very nice. On my second morning I asked a different front desk person to recommend places to eat. She was very nice and gave me good recommendations. My checkout experience was lacking. If I had not had the B&B.com gift certificate I would feel that this hotel is WAY overpriced. The only reason I gave it a go was because I had the gift certificate which cut my costs in half. I did not like staying at this hotel. The location is not good. There are no places to get food nearby if you need it. It is not a bed and breakfast. It is too expensive for what it is. I felt I could not stay at this hotel for my entire reservation so I opted to leave a day early and go on to my next destination. Given that my stay was paid in full through b&b.com, there was no refund situation to contend with at the front desk. My problem comes in the way they reacted to me leaving a day early. I told them something had come up and I would be leaving. There was NO reaction. NONE! Not, "Oh no! I hope everything is okay." or "Was there a problem with your stay?" Nothing!! Agree with others who have said the Palms Hotel is more like a B&B than hotel. It's like a cross between boutique hotel and BB. The pics online don't do this quaint place justice. Its very quiet, mostly mature adults and not a lot of partying. In fact we saw people drinking but no out of control behavior. It's in a great location minutes from Duval. My wife and I drove in from Miami, parked the car Friday and didn't move it until we left Sunday. Uber is $9 to Duval St. and we rented a gas powered golf cart. Note gas powered not electric. Rent from Pirates. They are great. Overall great stay and nothing negative. Highly recommend. If you are looking for a romantic getaway to Key West then the Palms Hotel is a great choice. read more

$190 for termites and paper plates and paper cups. The bathroom smelled very strongly of damp. And there were dead termites in the sink and other termite wings all around the sink. Beyond that it was a clean venue. Sufficient if you're stuck but way over priced. read more

Cute facade. Friendly staff. We had our 4 pound chihuahua with us and they were very accommodating of her. Even provided a list of dog friendly parks, beaches, and restaurants. Parking is horrible. They only have 4 spots. (But really, parking is horrible everywhere in Key West). Had a queen room, was clean but super tiny. Twice I raised my arms over my head to put on a shirt, and almost had my fingers chopped off in a tragic ceiling fan accident. All in all it's quaint, Key Westy and charming, but not worth $180 a night. read more

A very nice place to stay. The historical house is beautiful. We had a suite on the street, but it was quiet. We had a kitchen, but they have a main kitchen and fridge that can be used by all the guests, a barbecue area if you feel to grill and they rent bikes for $12 by 24 hours. Breakfast around the swimming pool with fresh fruits and enough to keep you going on. The staff is A+, very welcoming and answering to your needs and questions as fast as they can. It is close from everything and a good location to be. My only reserves are that I have a problem to sleep on a plastic mattress protection and it is better to take your shower at night, we could not get hot water early morning. read more

Let me start by saying I have no idea if the Palms hotel is good or not..I have a huge problem with the management. Due to a scheduling eRror on my part we needed to stay one more night in Key West.. a month before our trip I realized mY error and called our original hotel to extend one more night but they were full.So I booked one night at the Palms thru booking.com. A week later I got a call from my original hotel saying they had a cancellation so I called the Palms to cancel and I was told that I could not cancel unless I went thru booking.com I contacted booking.com and they had no problem with me canceling and I have emails from them stating it was ok..they even contacted Palms on my behalf to help me cancel but the Palms refused I than recontacted the Palms with several phone calls to speak with management and the people taking my call would not let me speak with anyone In charge.... so please be aware that the Palms will not work with you the customer if you have an issue I am currently disputing my credit card charges.. read more

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is mostly quiet but walls are a bit thin. The front desk folks are exceedingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included was a total bust. At 9 a.m. very large urn of coffee, EMPTY, A few slices of bread and muffins, three pictures of juice, and a bowl of sliced mixed fruit. Which was 90% empty. And that's it. Limited seating. Most people sat on chaise lounges since its served in the pool area. read more
