The Parking Spot has a solid spot in my heart! This place is a great example of KISS-keep it simple & succeed. Flying out of Phoenix, for me, means leaving my car at the airport. Regardless of the time of year, I really don't want to leave it uncovered and the solution to that is The Parking Spot (#1-not number 2 which is a different lot). Yes, the Airport offers covered parking, (for more $) but from a logistical perspective, my money is on the Parking Spot. I don't have to drive up and down, around and around looking for an empty spot and then schlepping my bags to the bus stop to be picked up. I pull into The Parking Spot, they generously hand me a USA Today and tell me which aisle to park in-no hunting needed. As soon as I'm out of the car, the shuttle bus is there to grab my bags and literally whisk me to the terminal of my choice. Returning is just as easy. They always have shuttles roaming the terminals but feel free to call and tell them you're wait-they don't mind. If you have one of their customer cards, check out is really easy-just go to the self-serve lane, insert your card and credit card, grab an ice-cold bottle of water from the cooler (especially nice in the summer) and you're out of there. I have used the Parking Spot at a few different airports, and will admit that my initial decision was based entirely on the cute yellow & black polka-dotted buses. That was quite a few trips ago, and those dotty buses still have me hooked. The Parking Spot in Phoenix is the best I have experienced. Very convenient and I have always been able to find a coupon either online or in one of those mail packets that discount the already reasonable $10/day for covered parking. ARRIVAL: After taking a ticket at the kiosk, signs indicate the row of spaces to use on that particular day. Each time a shuttle bus has pulled up right behind me as I am parking, and I am given a card with my space number so it will be easy to locate my vehicle upon returning. While this may not be unusual, I am used to the large parking lots at LAX where you park waaaayyy out in BFE and then hoof it to a central pickup point. So, I feel like I am getting super special service (even if I am not - don't tell me!) DEPARTURE: The easy to see dotty buses circle the airport frequently so I have never needed to wait very long for a ride back to the lot. Armed with the space number card I received on arrival, the driver deposits me right at my car (again, I am not used to this!). Check-out is very fast and the complimentary cool water is always greatly appreciated. Save me a spot on the dotty bus - I will be back! read more

I'm not a guy who's loyal to parking spots. When visiting the airport, I start with the possibility of a free ride and work my way through other options from there, depending on time, promotions, people involved... So it comes as a bit of a surprise to me I'm motivated enough to write a review for The Parking Spot, Why did I park here this time? No free ride available. Not away for a long tine, so just as cheap as taking Super Shuttle... And a discount card. Hardly a ringing endorsement. Checked in to a nice covered spot around 10 p.m. and was picked up immediately by the shuttle. So far so good. Fast forward four hours. My flight was delayed, then cancelled. I called for a 2 a.m. Shuttle to come to terminal four and was returned promptly to my car. The driver radioed ahead and told the cashier that my flight was cancelled. At checkout? NO CHARGE and a free bottle of water. I actually felt guilty when I returned to the airport in a free ride later in the day, but the Parking Spot has definitely gained a loyal fan for the future. read more

Quick & painless. Regular shuttle service. Free water/newspaper. Friendly enough drivers. Clean/covered parking (except for dust storms but that's not their fault). Corp discounts. Online coupons which make it less than $10/day for covered parking. Can't go wrong with this option. On the funnier side of things, there was a really old guy driving my fiance and I from the lot to the port one time, and as Sky Harbor likes to constantly be under construction there were tons of traffic cones that this guy had to maneuver. Maybe he misunderstood the objective of the cones, but if he thought he was getting extra points for each cone run over this guy would have beaten the game!! Provided lots of laughs for us the entire trip and nobody was harmed in the process. PS - just pay attention because there is "The Parking Spot" and "The Parking Spot 2" which are different locations. Don't just hop on a shuttle because it's got spots and you're jet lagged. There's always good covered parking here and if you become a rewards member and are a frequent traveler- you can redeem points for free parking. Plus- you gotta love that you can always snag a free bottle of water on the way out. I have used The Parking Spot for about 8 years now in both Los Angeles and Phoenix areas. They are a little spendier, but not so bad once you join their "club" and utilize coupons in airline magazines. I always feel secure parking my car here and courtesy shuttle vans are on top of their game. Love that they have complementary water and newspapers for their clients! Also love that you can't miss their bright yellow and black spotted vans to hail down when you're dog-tired from your flights. Great job! read more

On a recent short trip to Hawaii, I left my car at Fast Track (Now The Parking Spot) for about 5 days. It is as close to the airport as you can get without being on-property. The rates were cheap and I had a 25% off coupon which came in the weekly mailing sent to my house. There was also a coupon on the boarding pass which was printed at home prior to departure. You car is parked in an outside facility, the only downside to the whole thing actually and you are whisked away in the jitney within a few seconds of getting out of the car. WOW! When we came back, we rang the lot to let them know we were here, and they told me exactly where to meet the shuttle curbside. They arrived in less then 5 minutes!! Once back at the lot and in the car, I was unable to locate my parking ticket. The cashier was kind enough to take my flight itinerary as proof of when we arrived and charged me accordingly. How nice!! She even game me two bottles of water for the ride home!! This is a convenient, secure place to leave your vehicle for the short or long haul. I highly recommend it!! read more

This place is AWESOME! So much better, (AND CHEAPER) than the economy parking at Sky Harbor. Did I mention much more secure, clean, and it is all COVERED parking! If you get the coupon mailer it comes out to about $7/day. You also get a pretty good discount when you make a reservation online. When you pull up to the parking spot, they offer you a free newspaper and direct you what lane to turn into to park. There is a nice mini shuttle that is already there and waiting by the time you pull in to help you with your luggage as well. After a quick 5-10 minute ride, he drops you off right in front of your terminal! The shuttle bus is very nice and very clean. the drivers are also very helpful and in good spirits. He gives you a card that tells you where your car is in case you forget. You don't wait as long when you get back either. You can even call ahead to make sure that a shuttle is there for you when you are walking out. They drive you directly to your car. When paying, you also get a free bottle of water. Nice! Why didn't we do this before? -1 star only because it is a little farther out for us (But so worth it!). We are coming from the 101 N, so it overshoots the airport by a few minutes. read more

This place is awesome! *Covered Parking *Free newspaper if you arrive early (M-F) *The "spotted bus" picks you up in front of your car. I've never had to wait! *The buses are super clean and even have seatbelts in the back for young children. *They continuously run to the airport. I've never had to call from the airport or wait longer than 5 minutes. *The van drops you back off in front of your car AND *cold complimentary bottled water when you leave is a great touch. I had one bad experience with The Parking Spot about a year ago when, even though I had a reservation, there were no spots left. They did their best that day to accommodate me. But since then, they have gotten their act together. Now reservations are checked on arrival, and its been smooth transactions since. All the employees are friendly and helpful. If you get there in the morning, you can usually get a newspaper, and they offer a nice, cold bottle of water when exiting. I also tried the car wash option, and my car was nice and clean when I arrived back in town! I joined the Spot Club, and this last time I used the facility, I got FREE parking for my stay! :-) I usually use the AAA discount. The shuttles are prompt, and very easy to recognize when waiting to return to the Parking Spot. I also love that the lot has covered parking -- a must in our warm Arizona weather. read more

We travel a lot, so I feel comfortable saying that the parking spot is pretty dang good. The parking is covered, the shuttle vans come frequently (probably every 10-15 mins), and the service is efficient and friendly. When you enter, you can get a copy of the paper, and when you exit, you can even bottled water. Over Thanksgiving, we got exceptional service. As was expected, it was quite full. Even though we didn't have reservations, they valeted our car for us and parked it so we could easily catch the shuttle. We have been very pleased. read more

Great place to park at for Sky Harbor airport. I've never had to wait very long for a shuttle, even after hours close to midnight. I trust this place, which I thought would be hard for me to say for a parking lot for the airport. You get free water upon exit, and an easily-identifiable shuttle - never go to the wrong lot! I called in baggage claim like advised when dropped off--barely missed the shuttle. So, I called right away. Lady said there was another shuttle for me. Waited about 15 min. Shuttle came, others jumped on and the driver advised me the shuttle was full and to wait for the next one. Called again.. lady was rude and let me know there was another one coming. Waited again. Most of the parking here is completely covered with exception of a few rows that will get the afternoon sun. Of course the only spots we could find were one of those rows. Most of the other parking lots have no rows completely covered. At The Parking Spot much of the covered areas will probly not even get the cars wet if it rained. The vans run very often. You do not have to wait very long at the airport. We would get impatient with waiting for vans when parking at other places and see 2, sometimes 3 parking spot vans go by. Of course we did not know that they had 2 separate parking lots so 2 vans were going at once. Employees we encountered were friendly and very helpful. It is a very convenient place to park and I will park there again. I just wish the spaces were a little wider. Next time I will look harder for one of the fully covered spots. read more

I use Parking Spot everytime I go to the airport - I used to use them all the time when I lived in Atlanta and was glad to see them here in Phoenix, but I may have to change. At nearly $11 per day now they are one if the most expensive, yet always one of the slowest. I typically see 3 buses of everyone else roll by before a parking spot bus moseys along. This is a great place to park. I feel safe no matter what time i fly. The drives Are either right there when you park,or get there in a flash once they see You enter the lot. When I return they pick you up quickly. And they don't stop At every terminal. They drop you at your car unload your luggage and do This all with a smile. I am frequently traveling for work and when flying out of the Sky Harbor airport I always park with the parking spot. I am there at least twice a month and have never had a bad experience. I recently parked there to take a flight and being the holiday season with many traveling a had a spot reserved with them in advance, I arrived and got to the airport flawlessly. Upon my arrival to the airport I went to my gate and was notified my flight was canceled. After dealing with the airline and finding out that I could not get a flight out I got a ride back to my vehicle. Having only been there a few hours I was hopeful that I could get some of my money back. I was told to send them an email about it and go from there. Now I'm thinking to myself this is going to be a headache as it clearly states no refunds on reservations, however I went ahead and sent the email explaining the situation. Within 48 hours of sending the email I received a response back stating that I would receive a full refund. You guys are great and know how to take care of your customers. Have been parking here for 2 months, as the overpriced Crowne Plaza down the street was WAY overcharging for monthly parking. I'd finally had it with them jacking their rates up, and up, and up. This past trip, I decided to also give their car wash/detail a try. I've been using Francis and Sons on 7th street and Indianola and they had just detailed my car 2 months ago and it SUCKED (so goodbye to them as well). I was not expecting to see my car the way I did when I picked it up this morning. 7 year old car - looks BRAND NEW! Robert is rightfully very proud of the work he and his team do. He walked me all around the car - even pointing out the things he'd cleaned/polished/vacuumed that I had no idea was needed. It was an EXCEPTIONAL job and I *highly* recommend getting work done there while you're out of town. So simple to do as well, and you don't have to sit around for hours at a car wash place if no one is available to pick you up. Just - poof - you come home to a GREAT car detail! read more

However, all the sudden the employees have been extremely unhelpful and rude! Not only that, the rates have gone up. I'm done parking at the Parking Spot! This is our go-to spot to park anytime we are flying out of Phoenix. Safe, covered parking and the price is right. Our last trip confirmed how great our shuttle driver was. We were a little late so we got out of our car, grabbed our luggage and jumped right onto the shuttle. When we got all the way to the airport, we realized we had left all our travel documents in our car, back at the Parking Spot, and now we were even more late! Our super fantastic driver drove back quickly to the lot (probably missing other customers), waited while we got our papers, then drove us back to the airport, equally (or more!) rapidly. Great place to leave your car if you are flying out. Shaded parking for everyone. Cameras everywhere. Shuttle to take you to the airport and back that is quick, clean, and regular pick ups at the airport. They have an app too but I haven't traveled enough to need to use it. They also give you water when you leave which is actually a big deal if you are driving back in the middle of summer and didn't leave anything to drink for when you get back. The prices are decent but can get expensive quickly if you are gone for more than three nights. read more

The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they did accommodate me without a reservation on a holiday. They did, however, neglect to tell me that they would be charging me for covered parking despite the fact that they parked me along a fence in a non covered location that was not even a marked spot. When I called to question the charge, LeAnn was rude from the first word out of her mouth. She then continued to be rude and sarcastic. When I asked for a number to speak to management she blurted it out and then hung up on me. When I called the management number they were also of NO HELP! Basically said too bad that they over charged me and their staff was rude and hung up on me. A BIG NEGATIVE 2 STARS FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have 2 small children and with excess luggage, he saw us struggling. He helped us place the luggage in the car. Talk about great customer service!!
