Standing in a line 40 deep at almost 1am. All other parking lot shuttles have no lines. This is not the place to park. Horrible service.

Not a great place to park your car, but if you want to stop it here and leave, it's fine.

Easy in and out! Easy online reservation process and touchless exit. The combination of service and rates are the best I've found for DIA.

Ask the Community - The Parking Spot

Is there a restroom onsite at the lot?

Yes, in the accessory office building near the entrance and exit gates. It's a real restroom. I used it a couple of years ago under previous ownership. I doubt it has changed. But to check current access, just call the facility. They have an in…

If I am traveling with a esa that is to large to be in a crate, are they allowed to ride on the shuttle?

Hi Megan! Yes, as long as your service animal can safely fit on the shuttle, he/she can ride without a crate.

    Is covered parking available?

Hi Mark (great name)! At this time, we only offer uncovered parking. Still hope to see you soon!

Is this better parking then at the airport?

We think so! :) If you have any questions you need answered before your trip, we're happy to help. Please feel free to reach out any time, at feedback@theparkingspot.com.

How do you make a reservation for a travel group (more than one car)?

Please feel free to connect with us directly at feedback@theparkingspot.com, letting us know the dates your group was looking to park, the number of cars, and your contact information, and we would be happy to assist. Thank you!

Review Highlights - The Parking Spot

I was really nervous about trying this, but my plane was so early, I wanted to make sure there was a spot for me rather than driving around the outlying DIA parking lots only to find they were full.

**UPDATE - 2 Stars: I drove to their office in Aurora, CO yesterday to take care of this in person…read more I expected to have to fight for the charge to be dismissed. Thankfully, the woman there (it wasn't Susanna who I kept leaving voicemails for) looked up the ticket number and found that it was dismissed back on February 13th. She told me they had recently become the new owners of the lot I parked at and they had issues with the pay kiosk malfunctioning. Not sure how true that is, but regardless, the $75 charge was dropped. I'm still disappointed about not receiving any calls back from Susanna or John; terrible customer service on their part. Also, receiving the ticket in the mail two weeks after it was issued and not receiving any sort of notice that this was dismissed is bothersome. I could have avoided any calls and having to drive over there to talk to someone. It also makes me wonder, what if I had paid the $75 charge and not known it was dismissed? Would they have notified me it was dismissed and refunded me? This was a huge waste of time and the customer service was terrible, outside of the woman I met in person who took care of it right away with a good attitude. I'm moving my star rating from 1 to 2 because of that. Otherwise, this place seems shady and unprofessional.** ORIGINAL POST - 1 Star: I parked in their lot off of Court Place & 14th Street in Denver on February 5th, 2020. Pulled in at 1:47pm (according to the notice they mailed me) and went to the pay station, entered my plate number and spot, and swiped my card. The machine spit out a receipt to place on the dashboard, time stamped at 1:48pm (only 1min between arriving and paying). It was $17 for an all-day pass, and my bank statement confirms the money was withdrawn. I walked to a client meeting and came back within 45min. I drove off the lot at 2:33pm (according to the notice they mailed me). Here we are two and a half weeks later and I receive a notice in the mail. It states that my violation was "no payment". The letter further states that if the $75 charge is not paid after 14 days, they'll send the case to a debt collector who may boot/tow my vehicle. No idea when the 14 day period starts, but I'm assuming it started on the 7th as that's the date on the notice; so I'm receiving the notice with no grace period to pay it. I proceeded to call them immediately and left a message with Susanna Quintana in their Customer Service Center. In her voicemail, she states to only leave one message if it's in relation to a parking notice (probably because they are scammers as I've read from everyone's post, so they don't want an influx of messages from angry customers). After not hearing back after 24 hours, I called again, ignoring the request to only leave one message and told her to call me back ASAP to discuss the ticket. I called three more times. I eventually found another Denver number to call and it was to a guy named John Conley. I received his voicemail and he stated to call the CSC for ticket related inquiries. Being Susanna doesn't know how to call back after 3 days, I decided to leave him a voicemail. That was 30min ago, but I'm not hopeful I'll hear back from him either. I plan on driving to the address listed on the parking notice today so that I can corner them and get an answer on why I received a ticket. If the outcome is anything less than a full retraction of the notice, I will refuse to pay. I paid $17 and have proof of that payment, and I was not in violation of anything while utilizing their lot. I'm not going to pay $75 because of an intimidation notice. Go ahead and send this to a debt collector. I'll gladly fight this rather than give in to a scammer. I'll update my post once this comes to an end.

I am sharing my experience so other consumers know what to expect…read more I parked at a property where Parking Revenue Recovery Services (PRRS) handled parking enforcement. Before leaving my vehicle, I paid $27.50 through the Parkquility app for three hours of parking. Due to an unexpected delay, I exited the lot approximately 15 minutes after my paid parking session expired. Several days later, I received a $97 Notice of Non-Compliance. I disputed the notice and submitted proof that I had paid for parking. During the dispute process, PRRS acknowledged that my payment was valid and confirmed the approximately 15-minute overstay. I have never disputed that I overstayed my paid parking session. What I questioned--and never received a meaningful answer to--was why a customer who paid for parking should receive a nearly $100 contractual charge for approximately 15 minutes beyond a prepaid session. I repeatedly offered to pay the additional parking fee that would have been due had I extended my session before it expired. That request was never addressed. Instead, PRRS reduced the amount from $97 to $77 as a "goodwill" adjustment while maintaining that the charge was valid. My concern is not that parking rules were enforced. My concern is whether the charge was proportionate to the circumstances. If you park at a property enforced by PRRS: Keep screenshots of your parking session and payment. Save your receipt. Set a reminder before your parking expires. Extend your session if there's any chance you'll be delayed. I hope sharing my experience helps others avoid a similar situation.

I…read morehad used USA for many years, and got nervous after reading these bad reviews, but I decided to try it again anyway... ABSOLUTELY GLAD I DID!! As I entered the facility on my way to covered parking, I had a shuttle follow me to my spot, and whisk me and a companion away in minutes... That polite driver took us directly to the airport with no delays, we were the only two on the shuttle in fact, I was floored. On the way back, I waited at the Parking Spot West DIA island for about 5 minutes, and was once again on my way quickly on a half-full shuttle, back to the PS West. I was the second one dropped off... The service was outstanding, thank you Parking Spot!!

After returning from my trip, I waited with what had to be close to 100 people for a shuttle. We stood there for over 30 minutes before a single bus showed up. During that time, multiple people (myself included) were calling customer service asking them to send additional buses -- clearly, the demand was obvious. It ultimately took 50+ minutes just to get on a shuttle. To make matters worse, the lot itself is currently under construction and laid out like a maze. Once we finally arrived, navigating to our cars was unnecessarily confusing and frustrating. At the end of the day, airport parking should be efficient and reliable -- especially after travel. Waiting nearly an hour for a shuttle, with that many people clearly needing service, is simply unacceptable. When you see that level of demand, you send more buses. Period. I won't be parking here again.
