This is our crew's spot for watching sporting events like the 49ers games and recently World Cup. The bartenders and staff are great and we we always have fun. I like to order the edamame or the skewers to absorb some of my alcohol and the nachos are also great. the bathrooms are clean and seating is comfortable. The regular crowd is raucous but friendly.

I was looking for a casual bar to catch up with a friend and came across The Patio. We arrived around 3 and it was pretty empty. They have a bar, dining room, and outdoor seating. They also offer happy hour on weekdays from 4pm-6pm. The staff was friendly and not too hands-on. Our bartender gave us space to talk and checked in whenever she noticed our drinks were getting low. She even checked in after a few rounds to make sure we were doing okay. I really appreciate when bartenders look out for their customers! We ordered around 7 drinks and two happy hour small bites, and our total was very reasonable! We also realized it's a sports bar, as they had sports playing on the TVs throughout our visit.

The BEST veggie burger (call the bubbas burger)!!!! Made in house. Would even be delicious over a salad.

The Patio is one of my favorite places to stop by after work for a drink with coworkers and to watch whatever game is on. I've been multiple times and have rarely had a bad experience. I enjoy sitting in the back outdoor area and ordering beers with a few apps. For being in Palo Alto, the prices are reasonable, with some dishes truly worth their cost. My favorite thing to order here is the Tater Tots Garlic Style (10/10). They're the crispiest tater tots I've ever had and pack a strong garlic punch. For $6, it's an app you can easily share with three people and still be extremely satisfied. I also tried the chicken wings for the first time, and they had the best buffalo sauce I've ever had (9/10). The only thing that could have made them better was if the skin were a bit crispier, but the spice and tang from the sauce made up for it. I also had the Hot Honey Wings (7/10), which were good but not on the level of the buffalo. They had a mild sweetness and nice savory flavor, but I wouldn't say there was much heat, and the honey was minimal. A solid wing overall, but it could have used a bit more flavor. I'll definitely be back to try the other wing flavors. Depending on the day and what game is playing, service can take a little while, but I highly recommend The Patio to anyone in the area looking for a great sports bar atmosphere.

I was in the area and decided to stop by for a late lunch/ early dinner. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outdoors in the back. It was pretty early, so there weren't too many people there. The service was good, and our food was ready quickly. We tried their sliders and Caesar. Everything was good. There is a parking lot across the restaurant which was perfect. There is plenty of seating.

I got my private plane. My friend got mango margaritas, and cucumber gimlet.

We ordered bean nachos as well. It tasted delicious and there was plenty of space to get seated. I highly recommended.

Phenomenal spot for a lively Saturday night. Loud TVs and cheap beer. It really js a great spot to hang with friends casually, drink and hangout.

At some point, I dribbled ketchup on my shirt without noticing. Now, with only two low maintenance guests, most guys would probably be looking at their phone while waiting for us to ask for something. Johnny never did. He was right there with a cloth and a glass of seltzer to help me with my shirt stain. In other words, he was friendly and paying attention. That's valuable and welcome. We also ordered the large chicken tikka pizza, palak paneer pizza, and the lamb kebab pizza. The lamb kebab was a bit on the drier side. The palak paneer was a bit spicy and very yummy. The chicken tikka was the best and continues to be my favorite! The atmosphere is good for a group. Love the open wall situation to let in fresh air and give good ambience. The bar is a nice touch in a place like this. It's great to have half tables/booths and half high tops to give the casual vibe that matches their menu perfectly. Trophies, little league decor on the walls, arcade games, a pool table, its very nostalgic. There's also a nice outdoor patio if you want fresh air. They hand you one of those buzzer things that goes off when your order's ready. Wait time wasn't bad at all. We ordered a 9-inch pizza, a burger, chicken tenders, and a French dip. The food was solid, but nothing crazy. The pizza came out nuclear hot, almost burnt myself haha. The burger was pretty plain. The tenders were decent. The French dip was probably the standout, actually pretty fire. Overall, the food is fine, not bad, just kind of mid. This place is more about the vibe than the cuisine. It's basically an overhyped sports bar with classic bar food. But also a Menlo Park staple to kick back and have a few drinks.
