This repair shop is beyond your usual repair stores. They have been around a long time and with the same knowledgeable staff and owner. I have been there several times but yesterday I showed up less than an hour before they were to close with not one broken phone but two of them. I broke my new phone and then my backup. I walked in and said is there anyway you can fix at least one of them and their response was we will stay and fix both of them. They did just that and when I received my bill i have to say I was ecstatic. No wonder why they are so busy. My daughter yanked out the charger from her iPad mini and the tip of the charger stayed in while the rest of the charger came out. I'm not talking about the white tip of the charger I'm talking about the top of that piece which is a very tiny thin part of the metal that got stuck inside the charger port. Guys at PCS connection was able to get it out somehow and even bend the metal needle things I damaged when trying to get it out myself at home (don't do that guys). The charger port works now and I don't have to get it replaced thanks to PCS connection magic! I highly recommend going to these guys for your issues and don't mess things up trying it yourselves. Excellent job! Hung was a tad late, but did an outstanding job restoring my wife's Nexus 5 phone (fixing faulty soldering connections), at least long enough for us to get the important data off. He made the sensible decision to backup to an old iPhone in case the phone failed again, and let me password protect it for my privacy, which was appreciated. Fortunately, the phone lasted long enough to make it home to do a proper backup using the adb utility as: $ adb backup -all which saved all 37 Gigs onto my desktop where I can access it there. Dropped my iPhone 6s in water and immediately started looking for a place that assists with water damaged phones. After messaging several phone repair businesses via Yelp, Hung was quick to respond and the only owner who quoted reasonable pricing for my issue. I brought my phone to the store and Mark was the one to assist with the inspection. After 48 hours of trying to dry out the water using rice, Mark took apart my iPhone and was very realistic about the damage. He let me know that my screen would need to be replaced (it was completely blacked out) and that the screen had lost all functionality. Mark informed me I had Apple Care, which would cover the necessary repairs and would save me $ instead of having PCS Connection do the repair themselves. He even helped me backup my iPhone and made the appointment with Apple's Genius Bar to bring in my damaged phone. In the end, I only ended up paying for an inspection fee as Mark gave me a honest recommendation to bring my phone directly to Apple. It's so refreshing to meet owners who do business with such honestly and integrity and really care about their customers. I begin this process by talking to Hung, and when I finally came in Mark helped me. Both, were very well-informed and helpful. I walked out of the store about two hours ago, after dropping off my iPhone 11 and pretty much shattering the screen. For $140 plus tax, Mark had it done for me in about an hour and 15 minutes. So grateful, and can't say enough about the professionalism. Fingers crossed that everything stays normal, but nothing is indicating that it wouldn't. Great experience here. Hung is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I took my iPhone 6 here to get the battery replaced. It was 65 bucks, quick and easy. The store ins't that big. There's a few seats inside for people waiting, but if you can't land a seat, there's a few cafes and restaurants in the same plaza that you can go to to kill time. The best thing about this place is the owner Hung. He keeps it real when he gives you advice, and it doesn't feel like he's trying to up sell you on something you don't need. Then he troubleshooted it with me which led him to figure out it probably was a more expensive problem to fix (the microphone would have to get replaced) but he suggested not wasting my money on an expensive fix & using bluetooth earpiece instead. Really informative and helpful place to go for any device issues. This was my third stop in trying to track down an issue with a Samsung tablet. The issue wasn't found unfortunately but the manner in how helpful Hung was doesn't leave a shadow of a doubt in my mind that this will be my first stop next time. I was even offered a drink while I waited. Which made me move on from my sadness of the hobby store no longer being next door as I thought it was. Parking seemed like a bit of an issue, especially at busier times, but it was terrible. this is one of those rare gems of places where the owner or employee really just wants to help and/or solve a problem. My HTC phone wouldn't turn on. several places in SD would not even work on my phone. mark told me he would give me a shot, he also took the time to check what the price for parts would cost in the event it was the batter or charge port (our assumption) and it was about $29 less for parts and service than 2 other places i called. I decided to bring in my phone. mark ended up being able to charge my phone. watched it over night. and refused to charge me the next day for his help! im not saying expect free service, im saying they are an honest business and will be back in the near future for their services and will be paying in full for their service read more

Mark at Pcs Connection is the best. I came in and dropped off my iPhone 6s for him to fix the display since it was not working. Mark looked at the phone and determined that it was not the LCD screen that was the problem. Something else needed to be replaced. Mark could have fixed it and charged me for the work. Instead - Mark looked up my Apple information and realized I was still under warranty. He called me, gave me all of the information and he said it would be no charge. I went in with an issue with my dads phone, from the beginning he said he would clean the phone first free of charge to see if that would work before having to open the phone. Sure enough the cleaning fixed the issue. He also cleaned my work phone because I mentioned I have to put every call on speaker, that fixed it as well. Lastly he cleaned my own phone and also replaced my cracked screen protector and that was the only thing I paid for. This isn't your average pop up phone repair store. They are a true 5 star repair store that is right up there with the Apple Genius Bar. I was very impressed. I stopped in to have my iPhone 6s looked at due to constant depletion of my battery power. I charge my iPhone through out the night take it off the charger and need to recharge in less than 2hr's!! It drives me crazy. I stopped into PCS Connection for HELP! I needed the battery replaced. However, when I talked to the PCS Connection representative I was totally surprised with his diagnosis and recommendation. He told me to look at the Battery Health in my Settings and we saw that my battery performance was at 80% and that I was definitely in need of a battery replacement. He then proceeded to tell me that he could replace the battery and charge me a higher sum than if I made an appointment for the Apple Genius Bar. He told me that I could schedule an appointment, on line, and pay a lower price than I would at his place. He said you would get an iPhone genuine part and only pay a lower cost. I had no idea. I thought, I had to go to an outside repair store due to the model and age of my iPhone. I was wrong. PCS Connection didn't due any repairs for me, but with an ethical and thoughtful business approach, I see no reason I wouldn't recommend this repair store to anyone. read more

I had a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge with a broken screen from which I needed to extract data. They were the only repair shop I found that was willing to temporarily connect a screen so I could get to my data. All the other shops I called either wanted me to do a full screen replacement, which would have cost hundreds, or wouldn't touch Samsung phones. I came in within an hour of closing time and Mark agreed to help me. New screen was connected and I was able to get the data with his help. He even stayed after closing time to finish the process to save me the hassle of having to return tomorrow. On top of this, he gave me a one of his spare USB cords since it seemed like mine wasn't working well. Price for the labor was reasonable. Mark was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly.
