The lobster mini cake that came with it was a tad salty, but the fresh French baguette saved the day and balanced everything out beautifully. The lobster omelette was another highlight they did not skimp on the lobster. Big, juicy chunks in every bite. Totally worth it. The only letdown was the spiced pumpkin latte. The coffee was sour and felt like it skipped the milk entirely. If you're craving pumpkin, go for the regular pumpkin latte, a much safer bet. Overall, we'd absolutely come back to try more dishes. Dear Owner, I have to write to you to tell you about the experience I had in your establishment. I was in Hyannis for my birthday celebration and we went for breakfast at the Sea St Café. We were lucky enough to have arrived before the line started to form at the door. I should also mention I have waitressed a good part of my life. From the moment that I walked in until the time I left, I had nothing but an amazing experience. I may have been a little hypersensitive due to the fact it was my birthday, and I was looking for nothing but happy, positive vibes/feelings. That is exactly what I received there. The décor was beautiful; the floor & tables were clean and pretty. The music playing was soothing and there was absolutely zero noise coming from the kitchen. No smashing/clanking of dishes. The servers were helping people with clam & friendly demeanor. They were not stressed, over tasked or appearing overwhelmed. My two servers working with us on September 7th was Warlin & Lillian. Both were wonderful, helpful and attentive. In a world filled with such ugliness at the moment, I thought it would be nice to know that someone came into a place that you have built, own and run and had such a lovely experience that I had to take the time to let you know. Stopped by for Sunday brunch with family (3 people) Id never been before and was a bit skeptical given the recent reviews but decided to go anyway, and I'm glad I tried it out for myself! A bit busy when we arrived but it's Sunday. Several families inside, which is nice to see. It's not very large inside but they tried to place tables well as much as is feasible. For $60 (including 20% tip) we got: three egg omelette with onions, Greek omelette, avocado toast, a chocolate chip pancake and fresh squeezed mango juice. The portions were just fine; I never understand people who want loads of food while eating out The juice was fresh and delicious: perfectly tart and sweet at the same time. Not tasty. If you have ever had strong coffee that could be mistaken for cigarette ash, this is similar. They had a variety of juices, including strawberry. It is essentially a strawberry daiquiri. I work nearby this place and haven't been in to eat in many years, since it was Colucci Brothers Diner. The owners have done a great job. Our food was delicious and the service was great. They started off by delivering a couple of pao de queijo (Brazilian cheese puffs) while we read the menu. "Yes!" to the Brazilian cheese puffs that you want to ask for seconds of, and and "Yes!" to the Mimosa that comes with a small bubbly bottle freshly opened for you (instead of some old bottle sitting around). Unexpectedly delicious breakfast this morning. We were looking for a place that served mimosas, celebrating some good news and came across the Sea Street Cafe in Hyannis. Beautiful little place. What first caught my attention were the orange juice ice cubes served with the mimosa! Genius. Good strong coffee. Beverages were served with little eggy/cheese puffs (Brazilian, don't remember what they were called but we affectionately termed them "cheese baby's"). They were delightful! As we were finishing up, they were baking a fresh batch so we ended up ordering some to go! We ordered the Angry Jackie breakfast (2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon and home fries) and said we would split it. The hubs ordered a side of corned beef hash. They brought it out split on two plates, super thoughtful. The bacon was thick and crispy, perfect. Home fries were Yukon and sweet potato cooked crispy on the outside, warm and fluffy on the inside with delicious seasoning. Ordered the eggs scrambled and they were cooked perfectly. Pancakes were fluffy and light, served with warm maple syrup. Hubs had the corned beef hash and said it tasted home made and was delicious, finished it all. This was a breakfast for one that was more than enough for two. We will definitely be back again and rumor has it they're going to start doing dinner! read more

Excellent early bird breakfast deal. All three of us ordered off of the $7 specials that include coffee or tea. I had the two eggs, bacon, home fries and toast. The other two had pancakes and French toast. Both were fluffy and fresh. We arrived right at 7:30am on a Sunday and had the place to ourselves for the first 15-20 minutes and then it quickly filled up. During our meal still-warm Brazilian Cheese Bread was brought to our table as a complimentary snack. All of the staff was friendly, it is meticulously clean and the decor is welcoming. Well I suppose we shouldn't be too surprised, the restaurant was sold and the new owners who I'm sure are trying hard just don't seem to cut it. The orders really seemed almost generic in their quality, though I must say the fish in my 'fish tacos' was not at all greasy and was by itself very tasty. But everything else was quite a bit below average. Even the chips that the salsa and guacamole were in were stale, never mind something with the ingredients that you got from a jar. My mothers was a little better but her side of corned beef hash was a total mystery beyond its absurdly high salt. It was away from a hash and more like a tossed blend. I wish I took a photo of it but I didn't, it looked like corned beef shredded through a light meat shredder. Not unpleasant to look at, but unpleasant to taste, and not looking like any corned beef has we've ever seen. On my tacos, the size of the fish was just ridiculous. Have you ever seen fish that size on tacos? Might have been good if there was ANY prepared toppings, but as the picture shows, there were none. Went here for lunch and wanted to sit inside but it's just one big room so it was super loud. We chose to sit outside which is the parking lot. Our waitress got 2 out of 3 orders wrong and the food seemed to just miss the mark. It was fine but no more than that. We had one fish tacos and you had to put it together yourself which I didn't love, one chicken sandwich and one cape cod Ruben. The fries were good. I'd give them another try but not inside. read more
