I was so happy to find this place had late hours. It's in a populated area near the Aloft hotel, movie theater and a ton of eating places. It was super cute decorated with a peach theme. I didn't know what to get so I took a chance. I can't eat ice cream so didn't want to get cobbler. I ordered 2 cookies and a cinnamon roll. Omg the cookies are huge. I ordered the salted caramel cookie, this was my absolute favorite! Delicious, soft and sweet. Also ordered Oreo topped cookie. It was good too, especially if you heat it a little. I did not enjoy the vanilla cinnamon roll as much as the cookies. Can't wait to go back and try other things. It took a long time to get my items, they weren't crowded, just one other family in front of me, I think the lady in the back was new. First impression - friendly staff, clean shoppe, and a sweet menu. Cobbler is in the name, so I decided on a blackberry peach cobbler with icecream, but they have cookie and cinnamon buns as well. Since there was leftover blackberry peach from the day before, the cashier offered that to me for half price. I'm all about saving a little money where I can and this helps reduce food waste, so I love this as an option. The cobbler and icecream were delicious, the icecream has just a bit of cinnamon to give it a nice flavor. First time visiting and loved the fact they had a special going on. Looks like they have different deals depending on the day you go. It was a Thursday, so banana pudding was buy one get one free. I got mine with an Oreo mix in and my husband got the PB&J. Let's just says, the presentation looked so nice we forgot to take pictures. I wasn't ecstatic about the idea of PB&J but my husband claimed it was the best dessert he's had in the DFW area in a long time! Would highly recommend. Oh gosh, where to start. I had high hopes for this place, I expected so much more than what I had. As someone said below, they are hidden in a corner, literally. I "accidentally" found them and thought their location, possibly, is ideal. In particular, during the Spring and Summer. They have a lot of festivities during those times, and those who want a dessert after leaving Thirsty Lion, can sneak across the street to the Peach Factory. I had planned to visit in the morning but, ended up getting tied up in running errands. I'm happy that happened; they don't open until noon. When first walking in, I was a bit surprised. I don't know, maybe I expected to walk into something with better decor, but I suppose it worked. The sign on the wall with the names of the cities was incorrect (per a previous review), they corrected it, but you can tell they drew on the "Y". Originally, it read Collevville. I'm not going to be anal and nit-pick, but the decor needs some work. The letters on the wall, above the menu, are off-center, and you can see where the errors were made; maybe the budget was an issue. Apple Walnut Raisin: I did not like this, there was something that just didn't work. The taste was okay, but the crust was a bit undercooked and it ruined the overall taste for me. Ice cream: This did not help at all. I don't know what type of ice cream that was, but it was horrible. They need to set up a deal with Blue Bell and use its Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. It was so bad. It wasn't soft and creamy, something you'd expect with your cobbler. Overall, because they offer multiple flavors of cobbler, I may be open to visiting again, but I will not be adding their ice cream. I'll make a stop by the store and get a pint of Blue Bell. Recommendation: Offer samples for some of your top cobblers. If I were able to sample what I purchased, I would have gone with something else. It was empty on when we went after having happy hour at Thirsty Lion across from here. The peach cobbler was warm and tasty. It went well with the vanilla ice cream. I witnessed several different groups come in, ask questions at the counter, and then leave without purchasing anything. We opted to dine in. My son ordered strawberry cobbler with ice cream on top and I ordered peach cobbler with the ice cream on the side. I also purchased a bottle of water and tipped. Our total was $19 and some change. Our order came out promptly. Hot cobbler, cold ice cream. Neither of us finished. It was okay but not anything that would set it apart. The ice cream is like a very light soft serve texture with cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top. The cobbler itself is the gummy / chewy kind, not flaky or crispy. I don't mind that part so much. The part that was NOT family friendly was their playlist. My eleven year old and I were shocked to hear the fully explicit versions of "Kiss Me More (feat. SZA)" by Doja Cat followed by "Ghost in the Machine (feat. Phoebe Bridgers)" by SZA blasting through their speakers. This was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. Portion sizes at first glance did seem a bit small but upon eating them it was enough for my husband and I to share and get a proper taste of each flavor. The Nutella banana pudding was pretty good, the Nutella flavor didn't really come through especially strong it tasted more like chocolate pudding. The bourbon pecan banana pudding was really strange, it kind of tasted like barbecue chips or something on top. I mean, we ate it. But constructive criticism why did it taste like barbecue? Maybe go back to the drawing board for that recipe. Overall not bad. Wouldn't get the bourbon pecan banana pudding flavor again but otherwise I'd probably be back if I was really craving some cobbler. read more

We also ordered a chocolate chip cookie, and threw away most of it. It was dry, and the cookie left us with the impression that old dough was used. At a minimum, they went chintzy on the butter. Bottom line, we wouldn't recommend the cookies. The ambiance is minimalist. Our impression is that they had a limited budget and everything in the dining area was 'just good enough'. That seems to run throughout the business. For instance, an obvious missed opportunity would be to install a milk bar. My wife had heard of peach cobbler factory from social media & driving by the one in Arlington. We intended to go try the one out there and never made it over there where we could stop while in that area. Luckily with that, this one which is a bit closer to our normal routes popped up. We tried a little bit of 3 of the main things they seem to offer, except for getting things like milkshakes. We got a peach cobbler, a cookie, and a banana pudding. The cookie was just a large cookie with toppings dumped on top of it. We would skip that if we come back. The banana putting & cobbler were both decent; and we appreciate that you can add various things mixed in ... but nothing was knock it out of the park good. So, we're glad it's there as an option but don't know if it's going to be the top pick when there's a couple other sweet shops serving other kinds of items near by. The peach cobbler factory in Euless at Glade Parks had so much going for it... Great service, friendly efficient team. The place was cute and had fun walls to draw on. This asks "what could we do to improve?" My refrigerated cherry cobbler needed to be warmed more as areas in the cup were anywhere from barely warm to really cold. The taste was average at best. The ice cream was ok and feel it was more on the ice milk level. I ate my ice cream and brought the cobbler home to warm up properly and will update this if it improves being properly warmed. My husband would not eat the ice cream after he tasted it. He scored the cinnamon peach cobbler a 2 out of 5. The frozen ones in the grocery are better. We will not be returning. We did not complain as the kids working there cannot change the recipe or products purchased. Hope the owner of the chain sees this and makes some cobbler product improvements.
