Breakfast for lunch, always a good idea. Menu has traditional & some not traditional items, great choices for anyone. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately & was seated, the hostess kindly took my drink order & asked if I needed a anything while waiting for my friend. The waitress was checked up on my twice as my friend was running late. All the coffee & jam offerings were readily available at the table. I had the chorizo skillet, it was good but a bit greasier than I expected. I know that chorizo is greasy but it seems like a bit much, the cheese could have also played a role in that. The chorizo was also pretty salty, I'll be back but probably wouldn't order it but time. The eggs were delicious! My friend had the peanut butter chip waffles with a side of sausage, it was good but not a huge wow factor. I noticed that staff was so attentive, friendly, & quick. Latrice was our waitress, I just about died with laughter because when I asked her what her favorite was meal was she answered in half a second with such excitement in her eyes! From the hostess, to the waitress, to the busboy the service was extremely wonderful & they are so warm towards everyone. This is a huge plus because there are a lot of elders that dine here & all of them were treated with such care. Prices, you can't beat. We both had waters & our total was $27 with tax but before tip. We were pretty happy with our lunch choice!

So I've been to this location before and had a wonderful Reuben sandwich along with excellent service. Today was not the same experience at all. I ordered the same exact sandwich and for whatever reason there was a massive amount of cheese on it. I love cheese btw but this was TOO much. It was over powering & making both sides of the bread soggy. When my waiter Bryan A came after like 15 minutes of already receiving the food, he asked how was the food. I let him know my dissatisfaction with the sandwich and he said absolutely nothing. He didn't offer to have the sandwich remade or if I would even like another item. He just walked away and presented us with the bill. He even had the nerve to ask if I wanted a to-go box as if I didn't just tell him how disgusting my food turned out. Terrible experience. Won't be back again.

Nice location. Good parking. Decent amount of seating. Nice servers. Breakfast was very ordinary, nothing we couldn't make at home but we were lazy. Blueberry pancakes were a bit underwhelming for the extra charge and the bacon looked crispy but tasted reheated in the microwave. For the amount of food, we spent more than we were expecting. Next time we'll just eat at home.

My Cousin's come here all the time after Church. I was excited to dine in and see why they enjoyed this place so much. I can see why the like it. It's nice and clean, the Wait staff is friendly and personable. Their Breakfastt is good. I got a Shortstack of 3 Pancakes for $8.00. That's like $2.67 a Pancake. They were so large, fluffy and sweet. Then when I added the syrup, it was even better! If your looking for a small friendly cafe with a tasty breakfast. Then I would come here.

Went to another place for breakfast but they were not open. Yelp recommended this cafe for breakfast burritos so stoped in. 3 orders to go but because this is a cafe I could order different things to make everyone happy. Burrito for my brother in law, Omelette for my wife and steak & Eggs for me. All of it delicious and very fast for a to go order. Great service.

First off our staff, our waitress Mari was amazing. She was so polite and on the ball and made sure everything was taken care of. Very impressed. The food was also amazing. I had their Monte Cristo, which is actually two pieces of French toast with ham and cheese in between and egg. The scrambled egg was perfection, the fact that it wasn't totally deep-fried, but still had the powered sugar and eggy Goodness of the French toast was perfect. The ham had been cooked on the grill and it was just delicious. I also got a stack of pancakes to go with it, which is just their typical buttermilk, with butter and maple syrup. They were really delicious. And then iced tea. Which if done right is awesome. And they do it very well. I also liked the murals of Texas our local Arlington area in the entertainment district and bluebonnets, very pretty.. I can't wait to go again.

We were greeted as soon as we came in & seated promptly. Service was very good. Ambiance is very nice, quaint spot. Food was great & on our table within 10 minutes of coming in. Highly recommend.

Lonestar Cafe is a fantastic brunch spot that truly captures the essence of Texan hospitality. The moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the perfect tone for a leisurely meal. The menu offers a delightful variety of classic brunch dishes, from fluffy pancakes to savory Benedict's, all made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. One standout dish is their signature skillets! It was packed with flavorful ingredients that leave you craving more. The coffee is rich and robust, making it the ideal companion for any meal. The service is attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that your dining experience is enjoyable from start to finish. Whether you're catching up with friends or enjoying a family outing, Lonestar Cafe is the perfect place to indulge in a delicious brunch. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

This is a $16 "grand slam" 4-egg omelet, which I requested no potato or bread sides.

Only complaint is prices are a little expensive. Inflation is a real thing. Food is good, service is good, atmosphere is good.

The waitress was nice & had a good laugh with me about it, I'm also grateful she didn't pay any less attention to me because it got busier & there were large parted coming in but she remained consistently attentive. Beautiful inside, bright & lively. Staff seems happy, they seem to have a good work flow. Great customer service all around starting from when I first walked in, fast & friendly. Iced latte, great, strong coffee flavor. I had the crab cake benedict. I was not disappointed with this choice, the waitress also recommend it when I asked her about this one & another dish. Egg was cooked perfectly, hollandaise was rich & creamy, and they did not skimp on the crab. Grits were good, no complaints here. I will definitely be back, with or without friends.

My experience:…read more Pros: I found this café online when searching for brunch spots. The café is nice looking, and clean, and the staff is friendly. The Good: I ordered the oatmeal, I asked if it was pre-made or made to order. The waitress didn't know, so I stated if it's made to order I'll take a bowl, and tell them not to overcook it. I explained, that would get me started. 5 minutes or so later, the waitress returned and asked if "you'd like anything else"? I then ordered the Crabcake Benedict, eggs scrambled and the waitress stated "your oatmeal will be right out". The Bad: The oatmeal and Crabcake Benedict came out together. This began my frustration. I explained to the server, this was separated in order to prevent this. After all, who wants to eat the oatmeal and have the eggs get cold? Her reply, "can I get you anything else"? I answered, no, thank you. After tasting the oatmeal, it was indeed overcooked and bland despite it being made-to-order. I flagged down a wait staff member and asked for the manager who was apologetic about the food coming out together despite the time delay in ordering. I also rejected the oatmeal, and my waitress upon providing my bill as asked mentioned thr manager removed the oatmeal from the bill. The Crabcake Benedict was prepared properly, however it was not a better crab cake. It was more cake than anything else with only the most faint taste of crab, maybe. The hollandaise sauce and indeed the eggs had no flavor to speak of. Why 3 Stars: I abhor rating any establishment less than 3 stars based on a single visit (this was my 1st visit) unless something goes horribly wrong. You could do much better with cafés such as a first Watch or Keke's, in my opinion. A note to cafés, restaurants, bistros, taverns, and the like: With prices increasing as they are, food prep, presentation, flavor and texture are becoming even more essential to customers, and more consequential.

When we pulled into the parking lot, we immediately noticed how full it was. Once we walked in, there was a great amount of people sitting around, possibly having meetings and working. It was barely 11 am on a Tuesday. My coworkers and I were able to get coffee and charge our devices. There is an abundance of charging outlets all over. There is even a little seating area for children to sit and read or play. The staff was polite and helpful. We ordered with ease. I like that there is plenty of seating areas inside, two different outside patios downstairs, seating on a second level and another huge patio area upstairs. To get upstairs, you can take the stairs or use the elevator. Besides beverages, you can purchase pastries and merchandise such as t-shirts. This is definitely one of those little shops to come, sit and work while you sip your tea or coffee. It's Uber cute and trendy. Check it out!!
