I decided to give them another chance because I figured that was a misunderstanding and I like to shop small/local. I took an original watercolor to be float mounted and when I got it back it was just matted traditionally. I know he understood what I wanted when I dropped it off, because he told me how he was going to use spacers to keep the art from touching the glass, so it wasn't just a misunderstanding this time. Two chances is enough for me so I took it elsewhere to have it fixed. They opened it up right in front of me and there was my expensive original artwork, spray mounted to foam board. Time will tell if it starts to yellow and discolor. So upset and disappointed about all of this.

They refused to exchange because I had wrote my name in it when I first got it expecting that it was a perfectly good and new Bible. I believe they sell resused items and I am most of all disappointed in their customer service and lack of sympathy for the matter ( ie gift card , exchange, or refund). In the future I will stick with Amazon or, Michaels or TJ Maxx, and encourage anyone else who shops there to do the same .
