Andrea is a phenomenal groomer who will not only groom your dog as asked, but treats your dog as if they were her own. Many times she has caught health issues that my vet couldn't find. There is never any judgment, just honest communication so you can address things if necessary. Down to the tiny bumps and lumps that most dog owners miss. If you have never groomed your dog yourself, you will never truly be able to understand the dedication, awareness and communication that is required to do this job. As someone who has attempted to groom my own dogs, the respect for Andrea is immense. If you love your dogs and consider them members of your family, Andrea is the groomer for you. There is personally not a single negative thing I could say about her (coming from a service based small business owner). Just book your appointment and you will see why she is the best in the area!

And it's important for your dogs to be cared for so if you only take them when things get bad with their coat it's a difficult fix that takes time. I found it best to set up regular visits as this really helps keep the dogs coats as they should be and the dogs get familiar with the process. My initial plan was to keep my Havanese with her hair long. Well it's curly to and I tired then decided it's best to let Andrea take care of it and it was the best decision ever. They give you a little shower with hose, a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, brushes, a towel, and a few treats. For $20 this was perfect. I wish I had taken some pictures, because it was the perfect setup! I walked in without an appointment and got right in. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The girls working at DD were friendly and helpful. I'll be back. Highly recommended!

The entire facility was filthy, dirty--hair piled up everywhere, full trash cans, and a horrible smell that tells me they don't properly clean or disinfect between dogs. Somehow, my dog managed to leave looking and smelling worse than when I brought him in. His cut is completely uneven, he still smells dirty, and he was covered in stray hair from other dogs. Save your money and your peace of mind. This place is unprofessional, unhygienic, and has zero pride in their work.

During the appointment, Dr. Kumar was dismissive in tone, raised his voice when questioning me, and left the room while I was still asking for clarification about my dog's condition and available options. I did not receive clear or supportive communication during a very serious medical visit. After I expressed that I was uncomfortable with the interaction, a nurse told me word for word: "Dr. Kumar is a little biased right now." The nurse further explained that this was due to an interaction with a previous customer yesterday. I want to be very clear: the term "biased" was not my interpretation or assumption it was the exact language used by a staff member. Additionally, details about another client's interaction should not be shared with current customers in a medical setting, especially as an explanation for a doctor's demeanor or judgment. Being told that a veterinarian evaluating a seriously injured animal is "biased," for any reason, is alarming and inappropriate. It directly affected my confidence in continuing care at that facility. Because of the conduct during the visit and the statement made by staff, I chose to leave and seek care elsewhere. I was still charged for the appointment. I subsequently took my dog to another veterinary clinic, where the doctor was calm, professional, and took the time to clearly explain the situation and next steps. That experience showed how unprofessional my experience at Randhurst Animal Hospital truly was. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Randhurst Animal Hospital or Dr. Kumar, particularly for urgent cases where clear communication, professionalism, and emotional neutrality are critical.

I finally had a day off today and called last minute to see if they had time for two nail trims and they got me in an hour later without a problem! Ten minutes later both my pups were out with trimmed and grinder nails and we were good to go! Awesome pricing, great service and lovely ladies!!
