Katie and Skylar were incredibly welcoming on the floor as well - Katie even talked me into picking up a couple goodies for Rosebud from their fantastic selection. Fast forward to our third trip here. I walked in to book an appointment in person because it was a little difficult getting them on the phone and I never received a callback. I show up at 1:20, and they proceed to tell me that they tried to voicemail me (zero voicemails) and let me know they would not have room to put my dogs in crates until 2:00. Then she proceeds to tell me oh she probably won't be able to do it when she gets back, how about sunday? I said no thanks and walk away. I stopped behind the corner just to hear what she's going to say to her coworkers and of course she's making it sound like I'm inconveniencing everybody.
