Worst Customer Service. Completely unprofessional. My gf puppy loved the natural beef meatballs treats I had bought for my puppy so I went to have them ship a gift to her in Brooklyn. The older lady behind the counter said they would ship it and email me the shipping information. They never emailed me the tracking and my girlfriend never received the gift. I called back letting them know and they blamed it on UpS and 1st was like your out of luck. I mentioned I never got the tracking they said I get a refund if I went back to the store. I live out of the state so she gave me a partial refund - I asked why she didn't give me the full amount she said that was fair and I said that was terrible customer service and she then hung up on me. That's a disgusting way to treat humans let alone customers. I wouldn't recommend shopping at this store to anyone. read more

I brought my 4 pound Maltese here this past weekend to be groomed and they injured her! She has a dislocated hip and an injury to her cervical spine and was deemed paralyzed unless we do surgery. She has to have surgery on both her cervical spine and hip. They did not tell me that anything happened and will still not accept liability. They have no cameras in the grooming salon, show no remorse and continue to deny that this happened there. Don't make the same mistake I did. read more

The Pet Store Next Door turned down our business because we stopped going due to our dog being sick!! We went in to make a grooming appointment for our new puppy, with Jackie. They said they were booked until March for new customers. The lady realized we used to go there before and that's when we explained that we stopped going because our dog fell ill. She went to go speak with Jackie, they both looked out at us and shortly after the lady came out and said they couldn't squeeze us in. We have been going there since it was K9 Express. Even when they switched companies, we have been going there since the start. I'm in complete shock that they would treat us like that, when every chance we got we would go in and buy something (or book a service) to support them. Very disappointed. read more

This is a beautiful, high end store with a wonderful staff. I brought my long haired cat many times to the groomer and the staff was always sensitive to the fact that a cat may not want to hang around dogs for too long. They would suggest times that were better to bring her so that she wouldn't get too upset and would be finished quickly. I was always able to watch the grooming, and my instructions about the grooming were always followed. My sister-in-law brought her cat in to be groomed too, and even though her cat could've been featured in "My Cat From Hell" the staff kindly worked with her to get the job done. In fact, the groomer picked up what would've been a major medical problem if not treated quickly and she was able to be seen immediately at the veterinarian next door. read more

I wish I could do zero stars for this establishment. I have a 10-pound maltipoo that I dropped off for a routine bath and haircut. After picking my pup up from the groomer, she had a nickel sized gash on her head that the people at the groomer tried to cover up with a bow. The gash was so deep that I could pick it up and see lower levels of flesh. My doggie is in the process of healing, and will thankfully be ok albeit with a bald spot. Regardless, I will NEVER bring my dog here again and I highly suggest you don't either. read more

They know she is old and nervous and they go over and beyond for her to feel comfortable and get her in and out as quick as possible. I was just in this fabulous store !!!!!! My dogs didn't want to leave & neither did I. The owner came right over & picked up my little baby & started playing with him. She genuinely loves animals. Her little dog Quinn was there & she played with my dogs too. It was a play date they will never forget. The merchandise was INCREDIBLE !!!! Better than the city. Different & clothing items I have never seen anywhere else. Better than my closet. The food is organic & healthy, they have any brand you need at affordable prices. Stop looking for the perfect place because you just found it. Brookville Animal Hospital is right next door with Doctor Krassnoff who is the best. I have been going here for years and have never encountered anything but wonderful employees and customers. Jamie treats you like family and the staff there are truly amazing. From the little precious outfits to the top of the line leashes and beds and necklaces and charms you get to pamper your little one(s). The grooming is wonderful and my girls love going there. This store is adorable. Full of unique and chic accessories for dogs and cats. I got my cat the most beautiful food bowl. Who knew a food bowl could be that pretty?? I had my half sheepdog half poodle mix groomed by Jackie and she did a phenomenal job. He's young but big with long hair that got matted in several spots. He came back a new dog. Clean and handsome. He doesn't like to be groomed so they were very patient with him. I found grooming prices to be right on par with everyone else in the area. I was really happy with their service. read more
