The food is authentic and fantastic, ambience inside the restaurant is clean and cozy. The service is welcoming without being too over the top and fake. Oh, and the prices are good too. I love it here. 10/10, I will continue to eat here for as long as I can.

Been to this place several times through the years and it's seems to change owners and or management a few times over the years. The menu changes, the dinner ware changes, bowls, cups etc change. Normally I wouldn't care but they change too often, not sure why, but more importantly seems like the food isn't the same either, change in menu items...the last time I was there it was ok. Don't get me wrong it's not bad but it's not great either and it use to be great with the original owners. If I'm in the mood for Pho and I want it quick and close by I go here, otherwise I would say it's ok.

What a nice little spot. A take on typical pho, but with expanded proteins (as well as broth and noodle choices). The base should be a well execute broth, and i say this place misses that mark. The traditional pho broth should be deep and complex, with spices and collagen that gives a whole mouth feel. Coming in to save the dish were the fabulous toppings. I got the OG with the typical items (tripe, tendon, brisket) but I added the short rib - what a treat! Delicate, tender, and very flavorful. The usual toppings were perfect. I would love to return, and probably will, especially if the work on their broth.

I ordered the fresh spring rolls, with the amount of lettuce they put in there you would think I ordered a salad. And they're supposed to come with a peanut sauce they did not. They came with this very dark salty sauce. I also ordered garlic noodles, which were overcooked and all stuck together in one big clump - tastes like the instant noodles you get in a box. It's been a year since I was there and I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, this is what happened. They used to be so good (a few years ago)...I wonder if they have new owners?

Messy interior but friendly staff. It seemed less busy for being the lunch hour. I tried the ribeye Pho and a Vietnamese coffee (which was good and strong but a little too sweet for my taste). The Pho broth is bland and could use more seasoning but is helped by the jalapeños, lime and hoisin sauce condiments. There wasn't enough meat in my bowl for the price charged. p.s.- They don't serve herbs with their Pho here and only stainless steel cups, bowls and Pho spoons was different. Some had rust inside them!

I absolutely love this spot, not just because of the food or the drinks but the hospitality and service was amazing!!!!! Big shout out to the owner Bryan and sherry Prut server!! Came here for my husband's and mother in laws birthday dinner, and they went above and beyond for them. They had a little section decorated for them. It was so sweet. I wasn't able to get as many pictures cause we were super hungry but the wonton chips and jackfruit salas was soooo good. I loved it. It just needs a little spicy. Cause spicy girls are always winning. The fish sauce wings were a must as well. Not super salty but they flavor and crunch was there. But my fave was there Vietnamese drip coffee. Soooo Soo good. So many options to choose from totally worth it

i love the flavor of the pork chop here i really like the flavor, but the rice could be softer the wonton broth smells so good and tastes p good, my sister got it she liked it the cookies and creme frappe is good it does not have any coffee in it so good if your child has a sweet tooth they also have yummy sweet fried buns

Good place to get some pho. I ordered the OG Bowl. It has all the toppings that are authentic like brisket, rare beef, meatball, tendon, and tripe. The beef broth was clear and fresh tasting. It was a flavorful broth. The meats were cooked right and tender. Egg rolls here are crunchy with a savory filling. Made to order so they are hot when they arrive at the table. I ordered a taro milk tea to go with my meal. The tea came in a cute plastic cup with an animal head lid. The tea size was generous so I was able to take home the cup to finish later. They have an oxtail pho and a few Korean style dishes that looked interesting to try. Definitely worth a return trip.

I was looking forward to trying this place. It's under new ownership, 7 months. I started with the egg rolls, healthy portions and cooked perfectly. Wasn't impressed with the flavor or should i say the lack of flavor. It need salt and pepper. The OG Pho broth was very tasty. Glad they had all the sides and sauces, so you could add the spice to your satisfaction. Delicious soup. I would definitely order this again. Also ordered the Korean bbq ribs and fried rice. I was expecting the ribs to be cooked so the fat would be crispy and a little charred. I was disappointed, under cooked meat and chewy fat. Meat did not have any flavors of Korean bbq. Maybe next time i will order the meat well done. I will try the this dish again. The Fried rice, which i paid extra for definitely wasn't worth the money. It tasted like uncle Ben's plain white rice, with scrambled egg mixed in. It didn't even look appealing. Maybe i set myself for disappointment, since i make friend rice at home. Sticky rice, minced garlic, eggs, minced carrots and peas, add salt and pepper and soy sauce to taste. Garnish with green onions. I consider myself a phó expert, so I definitely know how it should taste and look. I just moved to the high desert and I'm on the hunt for a new phó place and this place ain't it! Sorry I have to be so honest but an authentic Vietnamese phó restaurant shouldn't have dark beef broth, the broth should be clear. I ordered a simple beef broth ribeye phó and it wasn't what I expected. The egg roll didn't taste like Vietnamese egg rolls! Another thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that the server spoke to me in English the entire time and when I went to go pay she started talking to me in Spanish, she shouldn't assume I know Spanish just because I look Hispanic! I guess my expectations were high, but my search continues. read more

The broth for both the steak and vegan are so delicious and satisfying even in this heat. The chow fun stir fry was tasty. Honestly this is some of the worst pho i've had in my life . I've been around multiple locations in OC and LA and this is by far the worst pho i had. It had no flavor. the noddles tasted old . The only thing that saved me from asking for a refund was the meat. The service is mediocre and barely any people inside the store. The boba looks pretty solid but pricy IMO. But i would not recommend visiting this place for pho . read more

Eat there. We got to-go on a busy Sunday and it was not the experience we got the last time. The owner wasn't there and our food was not as good as when we ate in. I say give it a few months before you do to go. Everyone is short staffed everywhere can't blame'em. Our shrimp fried rice wasn't cooked right, very oily and undercooked, the pork sandwich which was epic last time had hardly any meat and wasn't charred and delicious like last time too quickly made. Our pho came with no sides, no basil, jalapeños, or sprouts. Which really sucks honestly, the bag was sealed so didn't realize until we got home. Still love this place, but will wait till the growing pains are worked out. read more

I wanted to love them as they are the only pho place around but how disappointing it was when I called for a pickup order at around 7:30 they proceed to answer my call warmly with a "what can I get for you?" Very Rude employees, they have very poor customer service. Their boba used to be good, but there is nothing special about it anymore; the spring rolls had brown lettuce. I love that they have vegan/vegetarian options. They are always so delicious and I love their teas! They are also very transparent and super accommodating to things like if they're missing an ingredient they try to do all they can to help with your order. One of my favorite spots to go to and probably the only pho restaurant I go to because of my eating restrictions. read more

So good! Very welcoming and everyone was friendly. The new owner is great. We had to try everything. We got the pineapple Mojito, strawberry banana smoothie with boba (the boba is really good), OG bowl, Korean BBQ ribs, and sizzling filet mignon....and had to get a cappuccino frappe to go. I didn't say anything. I am a regular customer that always buy pb acai bowl at least 3 times a week. When they brought up my order only 3 was released and they seem to not know tha I ordered four so reminded them about the 4th item. I noticed that my pb açaí bowl was very little only half of the bowl and when I complain they seemed upset that I complain about it. Even though they offer to put more I just rather not since they gave attitude already . Now the 4th order came out suppose to be acai protein and it has peanut butter in it .my son-in-law sip on it that's when he found out it was not what he ordered . I'm glad he only drank a little and didnt flare up his allergy .we complained and they realized they made a mistake because the right smoothie was in the receipt so they made us a new one. When we came back home I immediately gave my son-in-law Benadryl so the allergy do not flare up. I am calling the attention of the manager to please advise the seller to be careful on preparing the food because people can die from peanut allergy.

I then went for a bite of the rice and it was so stuck together that I really had to jam my fork into it. It had no flavor at all and I was not offered any kind of sauce for it. I got some salt, but it didn't help. It had obviously been in a cup and turned over on a plate (there was no bowl) so I don't see why they couldn't have substituted the fried rice. The carrots were rubbery too. The only thing half way good was the broccoli. I opted for water to drink because I couldn't see paying over $6 for flavored ice tea. I didn't want my date to feel bad for buying me such a horrible meal, so I managed to get a couple of bites down. He asked if I wanted a box. No, but I said yes, again not wanting him to feel bad. I tried the Orange Chicken again when I got home, using my paring knife, and it was still so bad that I threw the whole thing away. There were only 6-8 people in the place, but it was so noisy that I had to keep asking my date to repeat what he said because I couldn't hear him. I was looking forward to a new place to eat and the online menu looked so great... How sad.

The free chips and salsa while waiting was a nice gesture, but one tiny portion for five kids and three adults didn't really help much. The girls working there were sweet, but overall the service felt disconnected. Two cups of water got spilled and no one noticed or offered help. Toward the end of the meal they told us the arcade games in the back were free, which was nice, but by then the kids had already played because the food took so long. The fancy robots and tech are cool, but they don't make up for the lack of care going into the food. I truly hope this is just a rough start or growing pains because the food truck has set such a high standard. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I've been here a few times, and each visit I've had issues with the same employee, Carolina. Her attitude is consistently rude, and it seems like she doesn't want to be there. Yesterday, I noticed a sign for 50% off from 3-4 pm and walked in about five minutes before 4 pm to ask if the offer was still valid. Carolina responded in a clearly annoyed tone, saying she didn't know because she was "so busy." We went ahead and sat down, and when she approached to take our order, she rushed me and displayed very poor manners. After placing the order, she raised her voice and told me that she couldn't give me the discount because she was too busy and had to stop working on other customers' drinks to take our order. There were only three tables occupied in the restaurant, so it didn't seem that busy. At that point, I didn't even care about the discount anymore, but her behavior made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. Her attitude was unprofessional, and I honestly felt like I was being treated with disdain. This wasn't the first time I've had a negative experience with her, and I've read other reviews with similar complaints. It's clear to me that Carolina's attitude is hurting the business, and I hope the owner takes notice. read more

First time ordering here & the last. As soon as we opened the door the lady at the register shouted "we aren't taking orders or making food" not a hello or at least let us walk in all the way. I told her we were picking up an order. Then said "I'm on my lunch and not required to help you because I'm eating" mind you she's the only person working the register. Then she got up went to the counter and I asked how long until we can order food she said 30 minutes. Then she said you have to wait 30 to an hour for your order. I had placed the order an hour before. We sat down, waited for a order which the cook in the back prepared within five minutes she told me the order was ready, and I asked again how long before I can order additional items and she told me two hours. It went from 30 minutes to 2 hours then she told me that they didn't have certain items that I had ordered which I did not receive. it would have been OK if the customer service was better she was extremely rude. Gotta say the chef's special is something I usually look into when I go to any restaurant. I'm no food specialist but the Bun Bo Hue (chef's special) tastes different from the other places. I definitely tasted the thickness of the soup and no joke, the authenticity was in the flavor. I could tell the dish was made with real ingredients! In addition, customer service was great, we were greeted with the guy in a polo shirt and right on, we knew who was in charge. He offered helps once in a while during our meal which exceeded my expectation for a soft and new opening restaurant. OK here the scoop! They killed it. Best ever pho ever hands down. This pho was like a dream.. The flat noodles were chewy to perfection the beef base soup was perfect balance of spices. The OG is what I had ordered the array of meat was sliky to the bite.. The pure essence of the meat was the star of this bowl of pure heart warming belly loving soul providing Pho... I came to the pho tonight and Callie was the Girl !my 10 year old was so confused on what Boba to get she absolutely helped out and made my daughter's night she was amazing !!!
