I was looking forward to trying this place. It's under new ownership, 7 months. I started with the egg rolls, healthy portions and cooked perfectly. Wasn't impressed with the flavor or should i say the lack of flavor. It need salt and pepper. The OG Pho broth was very tasty. Glad they had all the sides and sauces, so you could add the spice to your satisfaction. Delicious soup. I would definitely order this again. Also ordered the Korean bbq ribs and fried rice. I was expecting the ribs to be cooked so the fat would be crispy and a little charred. I was disappointed, under cooked meat and chewy fat. Meat did not have any flavors of Korean bbq. Maybe next time i will order the meat well done. I will try the this dish again. The Fried rice, which i paid extra for definitely wasn't worth the money. Honestly this is some of the worst pho i've had in my life . I've been around multiple locations in OC and LA and this is by far the worst pho i had. It had no flavor. the noddles tasted old . The only thing that saved me from asking for a refund was the meat. The service is mediocre and barely any people inside the store. The boba looks pretty solid but pricy IMO.
