The chicken salad on croissant was not good at all like it used to be. It was like all dark meat out of a can. It had very little walnuts and no pineapple. The bread was not a croissant it was like some weird bun. Very below par from what it used to be. Nasty looking. The bun it was on had mayo slapped in the middle and not even spread. It was like a 5 year old made it. The pickle was not able to be bit or chewed. It was not crisp but hard and unable to eat. The poblano soup was ok but not smooth and buttery as it used to be. Good prices, good menu, good service and all the food was fresh and hot. I particularly liked the chicken fried chicken breakfast and homemade potatoes. Table mates had migas, pancakes, bacon and sausage, and all left the table well-fed and in agreement on the quality of the food. The service was terrible. When I initially got there it was dead. Sat for ten minutes before she got my drinks. Sat for another stretch before she got my order. She never came back to the table. A food runner brought the food out. From the time my food came out to the time she came back to my table was 30 minutes. I sat for ten minutes with a togo box that a server's assistant got me and my card out. Toddler screaming because we were there way longer than intended. It did get busy which I would usually excuse all of this for, but she kept disappearing. she has a servers assistant getting all the drinks and food runners running the food.... Went in to have breakfast Sunday morning after church and had an amazing meal and experience. Our server Lee was amazing and gave some great recommendations to try from the new menu.. My mom had the Breakfast Croissant sandwich and I had the Crepes. Loved the crepes, the filling wasn't overly sweet and whip cream and fresh strawberries on top add a great bit of freshness. And the portion size was just enough for us to share as a starter. I asked if they were home made, and sadly they are not, but still good. I ordered the chicken Cobb salad which was loaded with items. The grilled chicken was cut up into very small pieces which made it seem never ending in this salad! Hubby ordered the chicken avocado wrap with a side salad. We enjoyed both decent sized meals! The service was good, and the decor is cute. We asked the server why there was a price difference and she said it said on the front there were price increases.
