Always a blast! Every ride I've booked with Pickled has been had with a great driver, and lots of fun from all in attendance! Tours go through a scenic route through downtown Indianapolis. Periodic stops are made at nearby bars or breweries for those in need of a rest or restock on provisions. During the ride, good audio from the sound system plays while enjoying adult beverages! A must-do Indianapolis activity!

Wow!!! What an incredible experience for my friend's 50th birthday celebration. Our group of friends decided to do The Pickled peddler for a 50th birthday celebration. This is a party bicycle cart that is motorized so that you do not have to pedal the entire time you are on it, but feel free to do so to get the full experience. You go around downtown Indy drinking on the cart and pedaling while music is blasting and all the patrons downtown chip in and wave to you to be part of the fun! You are allowed two to three stops on the trail downtown Indy to take a complimentary shot at one of the bars and visit the rest room, but it is only for 10 to 15 minutes at each stop, so you have to be quick. The best part is we were allowed to bring our own alcohol onto the cart to enjoy at our leisure during the entire trail in downtown Indy. There is a staff member from The Pickled peddler who operates and drives the cart throughout downtown Indy, and provides the music and entertainment for you by playing drinking games during the trail. Jon Stoops was our driver on the Picked Peddler and he was fantastic and very professional! He played excellent music at our request and kept the party going on our trail through downtown Indy. Jon was very entertaining and made our experience more enjoyable. Jon Stoops is an excellent employee at The Pickled peddler. The Pickled peddler is very cost worthy and not too expensive at all if you get a good group of people together to chip in on the cost. Plus, you can bring your own alcohol onto the cart. If you are looking for something fun and enjoyable to do for a birthday or special occasion, I highly recommend The Pickled peddler. This was a blast and my friends had a blast as well. The birthday boy loved it and made his 50th birthday memorable. That is something you will remember for a long time. Make the best memories happen by doing The Pickled peddler. You will not regret it!!!!

Even in the rain this was such a blast for the Halloween weekend. Rob was a pleasure to have as our driver and made the trip a great experience. He helped navigate us as to what bars we could stop at along the way and snagged some great pictures for us along the trip. We did the 2 hour ride and would highly recommend it! We will definitely be riding again!

They had the door open, which was letting in the fresh almost-spring air.) Drinks are pretty much all they have at Snug, to be honest. Don't visit thinking you're going to find a meal, because they don't have a lot of food beyond locally made hand pies and empanadas, a grazing board, and something called Snug Nuts. (Which brings to mind certain ... images.) I didn't get any food, just a Road & Coke, which is a whiskey with a Coke and lime, similar to a Cuba libre, although a Cuba uses rum. It was delicious, but a little light on the booze. It was only $5 and change, though, so it's kind of like what do you expect, really. It was a nice drink to sip slowly while I sat in the small, cozy bar. Speaking of bar aesthetics: Snug lives up to its name. It's tiny and dark but inviting. It feels like stepping into a hug. A hug that can also provide you with copious amounts of Irish whiskey, which sounds like the best kind of hug, to me.

One of my favorite memories from The District Tap actually started with a shirt…read more We were sitting on the patio overlooking Georgia Street on a Fever game day when a couple walked by wearing one of the coolest Caitlin Clark shirts we'd ever seen. We complimented it, asked where they found it, and before we knew it, we were chatting with a wonderful couple who had traveled all the way from overseas just to watch Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever play that night. Moments like that are one of the reasons I love Indianapolis on game days. The patio was the perfect place to soak it all in. Fever fans filled the sidewalks, kids proudly carried homemade signs, and there was an excitement in the air that only comes from a city rallying behind its team. We could have people-watched for hours. Our waitress was exactly what every server should strive to be. Friendly, relaxed, and genuinely fun to talk to, she somehow mastered the art of appearing right before we found ourselves looking around for her. We never felt rushed, but we also never waited for anything. The food held up its end of the bargain too. The fried mozzarella disappeared embarrassingly fast and earned a solid 9.3 on my unofficial stretch meter. Crispy on the outside, perfectly gooey inside, with a marinara sauce that was every bit as good as the cheese itself. The chef salad was fresh, generously loaded with toppings, and easily big enough for a meal. I honestly couldn't tell you what beer I ordered... Because what I remember most is the experience. Sharing appetizers on a sunny patio, meeting fellow basketball fans from halfway around the world, and watching Indianapolis come alive before tipoff. It reminded me that sports have a funny way of turning complete strangers into friends. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're headed to Gainbridge.

Our server was friendly and responsive to one member of our group (male) but repeatedly didn't acknowledge another (female). This wasn't a one-time thing, it happened several times over the course of our visit, and it came across as dismissive. As for the drinks: beer prices were nice and cheap, but the margarita was on the expensive side and not really worth it. The place seems geared toward bigger dinner crowds, which may be why a two-person drinks-only table didn't get much attention, but being essentially ignored isn't a great look either way. We wouldn't return. 2/5.

From the moment you walk in, you start looking around instead of at the menu. One wall is covered in hundreds of stickers that somehow work together perfectly, there's a colorful mural that's impossible not to notice, and the whole place has that "this has been someone's favorite spot for years" kind of energy. Then the pizza showed up... We ordered the Spicy Mexican, and I don't know who first decided sour cream belonged on pizza, but they deserve a raise. Chorizo, fresh jalapeños, red onion, cilantro, mozzarella, and that cool drizzle of sour cream somehow all work together without one ingredient stealing the show. Every bite had a little heat, a little freshness, and a whole lot of flavor. Flavor Bomb Meter: The crust had just enough chew with a perfectly crisp bottom, and the toppings weren't shy. No sad, sparsely dressed pizza here. Topping-to-Crust Ratio: 10/10. I also appreciate restaurants that have personality without trying too hard. Pearl Street feels authentic. Nobody's trying to create an Instagram backdrop--it just naturally has one around every corner. This is the kind of place where you could stop in for one pizza and accidentally stay another hour because you're still talking and eyeing everyone else's food as it comes out. We'll absolutely be back to work our way through the menu.
