We split a Shrimp and Crayfish Poboy. It come with fries and remoulade, which is mayonnaise based herb/capers thick sauce. Very fresh - very. I'll say I've eaten, in New Orleans, a few poboys. This was as good as all and better than some. The shrimp was delicious as well as the sweet little crayfish. Deep-fried and plenty of 'em covering the French roll. Top it with a little lettuce and some tomato. Yum yum. You can find these fine folks on social media (to figure out what you want) and in-person in Glasgow and Franklin. Just have to look and see. Their prices were reasonable, and they have a simple menu. Three types of cookie dough, and one combination cookie dough/brownie. We got the combination for my husband's birthday and it was very good! There are no eggs or anything that can go bad in the dough so it's safe to eat. It can also last without refrigeration but they recommend keeping it chilled just because it will taste better! The "food truck" is a small white trailer and I thought it was very cute! It has a great history and ambiance with lots of antiques and old local photos. The food was absolutely amazing! Burger meat is a high quality mix of brisket and some other grass fed meat. Burger was just a very solid and classic burger. The grilled cheese had plenty of roast beef and was perfectly buttery and crisp. Sides were yummy too! I think my personal favorite was the NY style pizza. Pepperoni was perfectly crisp, nice thin crust, great sauce and cheese. We will definitely be back!!
