The oils and vinegars are aged 12-18 years, depending on the product, and stored in fusti's. They sell them in several sizes, and allow for bundles at discounted prices. $7-$20 seemed to be the range. Tuscan oil is there most popular, and sweet balsamics are said to be great on salads/vanilla ice cream. Personally, I gravitated toward the oils with heat, and one in particular (peri peri), transported me back to my 12 year old self enjoying the above in Southern Africa. All the associates I have worked with have been very knowledgeable about the products and have eagerly made suggestions when i was looking for something specific or different. The Sicilian lemon balsamic is my default and i always have it on hand. I use it as a salad dressing on its own - no need to mix with oil. It's perfect on chopped tomatoes, onions and cucumber. Hell, I can even take a shot of the stuff. It's that good. Go get some! And try out some of the other good stuff while you're there.
