This review is for the ranger burger. Ordered 1 ranger burger with veggies, a chicken sandwich, fries, and 1 kids burger. Ended up getting two kids burger, no veggies, and one what I thought to be a chicken sandwich, but instead it was one tiny tender inside the bun. At least canes gives you 3 big tenders or at T22 a breast or thigh. They have no number so once I showered when I got home I had to rush and drive back before they closed. One of the employees said that's how they do there chicken sandwiches. They gave me a refund on the items I didn't want and corrected it. I don't know about returning since this was my first time. Pictures below. Update: Now a 1 star would do zero. The refund was never processed and they have no number to call. Environment: This place has a great and chill environment. I've been here a few times and it's always a good experience. There was only one time where it was absolutely packed, but that was during the World Cup. Food: They have several different restaurants here, which is cool. There is Tacos, burgers, and some other stuff. Drinks: There is a full bar here with some good draft/craft beer options. Staff: everyone around seems pretty friendly, occasionally there will be someone at the bar that doesn't care about being there. But overall staff from here and the restaurants are nice. read more

This establishment sits on Harris Ridge Blvd between Howard and Parmer Lane. There are so many facets to this establishment that it's impossible to really describe it all. So I am just going to run through a litany of observations. Let's start with one dominating aspect of this place, the soccer stadium. I was told the FC practice here on their Astroturf covered field. Another striking feature of this place is that almost all of the structures are constructed out of shipping containers. All of the food and beverage businesses on the property are constructed out of shipping containers as is all the indoor seating. There are several different food/ beverage outlets to choose from. It should be mentioned that this is a cashless establishment so only credit and debit cards are allowed and yes the tip screen pops up with a minimum of 18% tip rate. You also must use a scan code to order, but I noticed they do have some menus just in case. The price you pay for the food and beverage is pretty much commensurate with the going rate at this time. They do have a decent bar with a few good craft beers and mixed drinks to choose from, but everything comes in a plastic cup. Some other amenities you should be aware of are pickle ball courts, hiking trail, lots of flatscreens outside playing sports shows and lots of outdoor seating with a few fire pits. Love this place! It's close by to where we live, so much outdoor seating if you want to get together with friends and grab a bite or a drink from the number of restaurants and bars at The Pitch. I almost don't want to review this place - to keep it on the DL, since it's rarely ever crowded but I do hope this place stays in business for a very long time. read more

So excited to have this option in the area! It's gorgeous and I can see it getting really busy in the summer. Tons of seating options from small to large groups, inside or outside and tons of tvs. The lighting at night is lovely and the crowd was everything from families to groups of friends. Bathrooms are clean and modern and they have a water station for filling up your reusable cup. Love that the stands are open to the field so you can watch the soccer practice sessions. I'm sure this place is awesome during the day too, with the volleyball area and the walking path around the water. The Banh Mi from Ga Roti was delicious. I'm already craving another! 10/10. Hope they offer some more options in the future! Smoke Show's potato salad was really good and a great deal at $3. Their tempura vegetables were good, the spicy flavor was unique but the veggies were a little mushy. I'm 100% sure their brisket sandwich will be a favorite for some, it's heavy on meat and cheese, but we would have preferred it to be more balanced with the picked veggies. My husband highly enjoyed the Gold Keeper cocktail from the bar. They have a lot of options that I look forward to trying out. Just wish they offered some fun mocktails. NA options are pretty lacking across the board. I love their ordering system, so you can scan the QR code and mix and match. The north east side of austin has definitely been lacking cool places like this one. It's off tech ridge near a lot of tech companies (GM, Dell, 3M). Pros: - Huge Parking lot - lots of seating - plenty of options for food and drinks (frozen drinks, burgers, tacos) - there are some rooms with TVs so you can watch games - clean restrooms - fun place to hangout with big groups - there is a corn hole and sand pit for kids Cons: - they def will need some fans and/or more shaded tables because in the summer, it'll be brutal sitting outside - they don't have pizza :( lol Overall, this place is dope. I want to start by saying that this place has a lot of potential. It was our first time there so I'm not sure if we just caught them on an off day or what. I was surprised there are not more tables on the shade. It was an extremely hot day today and it felt almost unbearable to have to sit right under the sun. We were lucky enough to get one of the few tables on the shade. Otherwise I don't think we would have stayed. I ordered the brisket melt for myself and it was delish. It comes with chips and I ordered salt and pepper chips with it. When my husband went to pick up my order they said they had no idea what kind of chips I wanted so they just gave him whatever... BBQ chips to be exact. My husband ordered the burger and paid extra for lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles. The burger comes disassembled. They put the fixings in a different container for you to make your own which was a little weird. I ordered ketchup as a dipping sauce for two orders of chicken tenders and was given none. The cilantro ranch dipping sauce that I ordered for the fries was wonderfully spicy. I did not partake in any adult beverages but one of the people from our group said his mint julep was watery and did not taste good. His wife had a Moscow mule and said her was pretty good. From where I was sitting on driving my VIP motorcoach with an escort to the back and VIP parking spot" (that's how I roll). I was in ahhh, snapping my photos trying to figure out where was I when a gentleman approached me and broke it down to me. First off, this stadium field is brand new. Where I was standing was called The Pitch and bam it popped up on Yelp. The Pitch has only been open 2 days, The Pitch is where the Stadium has all the food, the gentleman also pointed out everything and explained the concept. The Pitch has 7 restaurants and my gosh just look at my pictures. Theirs a seating area w/tv's and tables. You scan the barcode and that's where you will find each restaurants menu. You order from app(I forgot the other name it's called) and it will text you when your food is ready. No standing in long lines and missing the game. You can also start a TAB from the app, genus! If you don't want to sit outside due to in-climate weather, they designed closed in seating at The Pitch. I ordered a Quesadilla from Taco Flats, I wasn't hungry and I'm trying to watch my calories but I had to try something so I can come back and report. The quesadilla was good, full meat and cheese. Amazing place to hang out with friends. We went on a Friday night and they had a 90s cover band that played Green Day and Weezer. The atmosphere was chill and laid back. There were so many nice places to sit with great views all around, including the lake. Dog and family friendly. The selection of drinks and food was very good. You order at the table with the QR code and pick up your food or drinks at each food place. The brisket nachos were HUGE and definitely made for sharing. The tacos were good too. We had the migas and brisket tacos. You can reserve a time slot for pickle ball using a credit card, which only charges you if you don't show up for your time. Great for families because your kids can run around in the sand area while you enjoy some food and drink. Not good for people with disabilities, all of the indoor seating is upstairs and there is no ramp or elevator. When we went it was very cold and you had to sit inside, I had a stroller that we had to lug up the steps. Luckily we were able to manage but I can't imagine how frustrating that would be for someone who is unable to get up steps. The food was decent and the drinks were made well. This place would be great for team parties, they need to open a pizza place, it would make a ton of money. I also think they need to add some outdoor games to the sand area, I think it would help bring in more people. Overall I enjoyed it and will be back when it gets warmer. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went with friends to watch the soccer game and final four games. I was prepared for a wait and some long line however this was ridiculous. We waited 30 minutes for our first round of drinks and then 30 more for refills. We tried to order food and ended up waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes for a burger and fries from Ranger Burger. Somehow the burger that took an 1.15 hours to come out was raw and cold with nothing that I ordered on it. They were also out of all of the sauce and toppings at 7:45pm. Service was nice for the most part, except when a lady told the worker guy that one of their umbrellas nearly fell on her, he just shrugged and proceeded to upright the umbrellas despite the wind. They had a good live guitarist/singer tonight. This place is good for casual dinners, meetups, or first dates. There weren't a lot of kids or dogs running around which was a nice change from the usual hipster spots. There are large TV's everywhere but they were mostly tuned to the same channel. I cannot vouch for the $13 brisket sandwich. It was overpriced, oversalted and thrown together. The veggie burger was big, but had no flavor and was not worth the $8. Paid $20 to reserve a pickleball court and online it said the $20 would be credited to food or drink but when I asked about it, the lady said they stopped that last week. I was so excited when this space opened because we live close by and I thought it would be a great spot to walk to, grab a beer, and hang out with some bites. The prices of their food/drinks are astronomical. It's so quiet on weeknights when I walk my dog by there and it would really benefit them to do weekly deals/happy hour discounts. The last time I got a draft Pinthouse beer the carb on it was messed up and it had giant bubbles in it. Really ruined the beer and for the price it just was not worth it. I noticed only about 4 people working and they were running kiosk to kiosk to "prepare" food orders. I saw a review on Google saying someone recently got food poisoning and I am guessing this is why. This space is brand new and feels like it already needs a breath of fresh air.
