List of calls from one phone, not including the second that all went ignored.

Buyer Beware, especially if you have FOOD ALLERGIES. I have 200k TikTok followers to review this place for with recordings of our call. They don't bother to deliver the promised reason pavements for that matter if you pay in cash. Plus, as you can see from previous replies, they rarely take responsibility for their actions and opt to blame buyers for their mistakes. MAKE SURE TO USE YOUR CARD IF YOU BOTHER TO ORDER FROM HER SO YOU CAN DISPUTE THE CHARGES. AS THEY WONT FIX OR REFUND A THING, and will opt to blame you for their ignorance. The employees seem to think ignoring your order request due to allergies is comical and would prefer being sued for hospital bills instead. Luckily I always look to save myself. We had ordered not one but two sandwiches. Mine was a gyro that is merely supposed to come with LETTUCE, TOMATOES, ONIONS, MEAT AND SAUCE ACCORDING TO THEIR MENU WITH PHOTO PROOF OF THEIR MENU ATTACHED. I ordered it without onions and tomatoes due to a food allergy caused by Mast Cell Activation Syndrome associated with my Vascular Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. When it arrived, it had not one but both items I requested it didn't have in addition to cheese that wasn't even listed on the menu rendering it in edible. Nor am I able to pick it off due it being AN ACTUAL FOOD ALLERGY WHICH DOES NOT DISAPPEAR WITH CROSS CONTAMINATION. Mind you I hardly eat cheese period which is why I opted for a gyro; due to the same condition. Not to mention the fact that cheese being on a gyro, WAS NOT LISTED ON THE MENU AT ALL NOR IS IT THE NORM!!! In fact, he proceeded to claim, "we have done it this way for 30 years" but if that is the case why not ensure to update your menu?? Plus this person likely wasn't even old enough to speak on what has been the norm for "30 years" and either inherited this business or purchased it from someone else. I'll look into the dead to validate their claims regardless. Though I suspect any employee feels they can pretend to be an owner or manager due to lack of involvement. Beyond that, it still doesn't excuse choosing to ignore the request for no tomatoes or onions when I made it clear it HAD RO BE THAT WAY. My friend mistakenly assumed their Philly would come with provolone in the same way MOST OTHER LOCAL RESTAURANTS prepare it. He avoids all yellow cheeses and typically most cheeses due to the affect on his stomach. White cheese are much drier and have a know decrease in fats that the human body has to break down. However he was willing to eat it anyways regardless upon realizing it said cheese. At which point, I made sure to tell him it was his fault for not reading, rather than slander this restaurant for his mistake. Instead I opt to focus on the mistakes they did make, and their complete disrespect towards those with medical conditions. That alone is bad enough. The employee working tonight, rather than apologize said he thought it was "funny" to which I asked him "what is funny about a literal food allergy?". At one point he even asked me, "how do you know what is supposed to come on the sandwich?" despite there being an online menu we clearly ordered from. Did he assume we were unable to read as he had no issues making other rude implications? As I asked my friend if his sandwich was okay, which he said yes to. However, before even hearing his answer the employee had the AUDACITY TO INFORM ME, it's ridiculous that he will eat white cheese but not cheddar so he wouldn't replace it regardless. He then says he will replace my sandwich which I don't even need TWO HOURS AFTWR ORDERING, which likely will never even happen; as he actively made fun of my friend. I mean if I just waited an hour for food made incorrectly, why would you make someone wait another hour for it to be replaced? The best part is, that they KNEW THEY MESSED UP, and opted to deliver it anyways. This was confirmed when they ignored my call not one, but 6 TIMES, before answering my friends on the second ring. They merely assumed they got away with the equivalent of THEFT, had I have used my card, I would have disputed the charge. I'm not sure if this loser felt he had the right to disrespect me because of his culture and the fact I was a female or if he merely is an ass. Either way, MAKING FUN OF MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND DISABILITIES WHILE ACTIVELY STEALING MONEY IS NEVER OKAY. If you know you made mistakes and opted to serve it anyways despite a medical concern and refuse to accept responsibility for it while making fun of people, that is merely a form of theft. I type this as I have been waiting for replacement food, for over an hour as they close in 10 minutes (finally got them to answer from a different phone number after only 2 rings at 1:24 am) As of yet there has still been no replacement food. Thought they did expect me to wait AGAIN. Photo Proof Attached. I will update proof and can attach my video camera proof that they never bothered to redeliver the food w/ recorded proof otherwise.

SERVICABLE, BUT NOT GOOD Sometimes, you just need some pizza intake. There are times when humans must carbo-load, and pizza is the only solution. For the 30-40 citizens that live within walking distance, Pizza Palace provides the best answer. With a smile and a nod, they will take your order anytime(just kidding from 3 p.m. to 4 a.m. is when they are open). Inside Pizza Palace feels like a greenhouse, but you won't find many greens. Our pizza was decent. I'm okay with it. If you are within the Pizza Polygon and without a vehicle, this is your only option. God Bless. We did meet a nice gentleman riding his bicycle from 30th and May to 23rd and Portland. Despite his lack of direction, he was a nice guy.

I wasn't expecting much when placing my order over the phone. The person seemed to have issues understanding me and I was sure I was going to get a bad order. To my surprise the order got here in a timely matter. The order was correct. And the food tasted good. I'd give it a five star but they didn't have any milkshakes, I was really disappointed.

First time I ordered from here pizza was great! This time not so much. Ordered a late night special of 2 medium 2 topping pizzas. Pizza one was pepperoni and pineapple pizza two was sausage and mushrooms...what I received was a pineapple mushroom pizza and a sausage pepperoni pizza. Just a little disappointed.

We arrived and were promptly seated. My girlfriend immediately noticed that it appeared to be all 'locals' - that's a good sign! It's not a 'modern' restaurant. It's apparently been there for a long time. It's comfortable and feels like a nice Italian restaurant (I've eaten at many restaurants in Italy so I have a little bit of an idea for authentic ambiance.) We received a basket of bread - delicious seasoning along with an oil dip. I'm a bit of a beer snob so I was happy to see a good IPA on their beer list. We both started with a dinner salad. My girlfriend had the Tortellini and I had the Chicken Scaloppine. Both were delicious. The waiter and waitress were prompt, courteous and helpful. The prices were reasonable. There was plenty of food. We didn't have room for dessert unfortunately so no recommendations there. It was an enjoyable experience. My girlfriend said she really enjoyed it and was very happy with my selection (whew!).

The lighting was nice, the vibe felt a little upscale without being stuffy, and it seemed like everyone there was having a good time. I ordered the carbonara, and wow, it was legit. Super creamy, flavorful, and the portion was bigger than I expected. The complimentary bread and dips were also dangerous because I could've easily filled up on those alone. My friend got a cocktail, and after stealing a sip, I kinda wished I'd ordered one too. Service was great overall. The first thing that stood out was the atmosphere. It's not a huge restaurant, which actually made it feel more cozy and relaxed. The lighting was nice, the space felt inviting, and it worked really well for a date night or catching up with friends. Food-wise, everything tasted fresh and well made. The carbonara was rich and flavorful without feeling too heavy, and the complimentary bread with the dips disappeared way faster than expected. The cocktails were also really solid. Not the kind of place where drinks feel like an afterthought. The service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Our server checked in regularly without hovering, which I always appreciate.
