Regular sized poke bowl is $14.95. this is the first poke place I've been to with cauliflower rice, which is an extra $1.75. Krab salad is also an additional $1.75, which is unusual. So all said, total was $19.56 with tax. This place also has wasabi peas, which is unusual but a nice standard offering. Sadly, avocado and mango are also extra, which I did not opt for. Cream cheese is also an extra option, which I've never seen before. I assume all of these extras are $1.75. It can add up quick! The cauliflower rice had an unexpected flavor -- not sure I'd get it again (I usually opt for mixed greens). The place was clean but empty on a Thursday night. Management matters and the manager at this location is HORRIFIC. Completely clueless about customer service. I walked out two weeks ago after watching her explain the "nuances" of the menu to an older couple while taking no orders and other workers were standing around waiting. Walked out again this week when she informed me that it would be approx 5 minutes to restocl salmon - the primary ingredient in their food. Disappointing in that the food is usually very good. Bottom Line: I would recommend this to an average Joe, but not to another foodie like me. Very affordable but not great flavor. Atmosphere: Very comfortable. Not much artificial lighting but big windows bring in moderate natural light. Very spacious and plenty of AC. Food: I got the Regular Poké Burrito($11.95 without special toppings) with white rice, spicy salmon, The Company Sauce, avocado(additional $1.50), cucumber, spicy mayo, and masago. The burrito was cut in half but it was rolled up like it was whole, so I wasn't prepared when I opened it in my hands at home and dropped one half of it(luckily it landed on the table). Other than that, the presentation was nice. Everything looked decent and appealing. The ingredients tasted very fresh. My only complaint, which is a pretty big complaint, is that there was no flavor at all. It was very bland. I thought the Company sauce would be a hit or miss which is why I had Spicy Mayo added on because that's pretty standard. Service: I ordered to go about half an hour in advance and it was ready by the time I got there waiting in a fridge behind the counter. The plastic forks and cardboard bowls are another cheap touch which would be acceptable if they had put that money into food quality. Manager way too active. Vibe was hurried and stressed. The servers were friendly and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well taken care of as far as I could tell. I had an overall good experience. The food quality was pretty good, they're a bit heavy on the sauce which I assume is fine if you're using rice as a base, but I had a salad and it got a bit too salty toward the end. Visited for the first time and was pleased with the quality of the Poke Bowl selections. There were a lot of various selections to choose from for picky eaters to be satisfied. I ordered 2 regular sized Poke Bowls as the containers held enough for my daughter, my wife, and I. There was only 1 customer in line when I visited at 5PM so I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The location is on a corner of a building, and there are plenty of parking spaces available. I got the poke bowl!!! They have a nice selection of ingredients to pick from. I just wish they added more sauce because it was dry!! The resturant felt clean and safe for take out during COVID. There is social distancing, hand sanitizers, and I believe masks are required (as they should be everywhere!) I would go back and try those sushi burrito bowl looking things or something else's, but I don't think I would get the poke again. Parking is behind the resturant. The food is a 4-5 Star however, the customer service is a 1 or 2 at most. I have been twice now. Once where I stood in line to order and another time where I did a pick up order. My sister and I came to place yesterday at around 5:20pm and two teenage girls were sitting the silver steel metal counter that they prepare people's food. We stood inside and the store and looked at them for about 2mins before the noticed us. One of the girls was sitting in the counter on her phone, the other girl was sitting on the counter with her legs crossed, when they noticed us they asked if we needed help, my sister asked why are you both suiting on the counter where you prepare people's food, they said "oh and got off. We decided to leave. We sat in the car that was parked in front of the store. We say a young man come out from the back. Before he opened the door to leave, we could see that he was talking to the girls before he left, it was very clear they all knew each other. When he came out I asked him if he was the manager and he said no and that he didn't even work there. Somebody was lying and it WAS NOT ME, cause not on are employees sitting their behinds on the counters they prepare people's food, but they also have friends visiting them in the back would don't work there. My question is this...WHAT IF MY SISTER ANDI WHERE THE HEALTH INSPECTORS? Your restaurant would have been shut down. You really need to look at what type of employees you are hiring. Tried this restaurant on two occasions. First time was during their soft opening. Service was great and people were very friendly. However the selection for raw fish is limited. They only carry tuna, salmon and spicy tuna. I tried salmon and spicy tuna. As for sauce I asked for the basics - ponzu and spicy mayo. Due to great service, I was in and out quickly. I live about 2 minute drive away so I got mine to go and ate it at home. Within first few bites, I noticed that the fish was not fresh and fish quality was worse than most poke restaurants I experienced. The sauces were also off balance. I could only eat about five bites. As I predicted, I got sick that night. To give it a fair try, I went in the second time. Once again service was great. However the fish quality was still below par and the sauce they used didn't pair well with the poke bowl- this is strange since they have the basic sauce and condiments used in most poke store. I believe their version ponzu sauce is too salty and spicy mayo is not spicy enough and this combination does not help the taste. My biggest problem with this restaurant is the quality of fish. You can tell from the smell as you bite into them that it is sub par quality. read more

I eat here literally all the time, it's my number one staple food spot actually! I've had poke at other places nearby and it's nowhere near as good as the topping options you can get here. Me and my boyfriend probably come once a week or more. They have something for everyone and even the most novice in Poké will love. Try the soda from their soda bar, it's so good!
