They explained how to use some of the products that I was new to, and gave a bunch of free samples at checkout for kombucha packets (so good I had to buy a box later on!). There're Q tips and disposable cotton rounds for you to swatch their products on your hands/face/lips. I like to come here and restock on my stash of tinted lip balms, blushes, and eyeshadow palettes from time to time. Very fast customer service from patient, friendly and helpful staff. Located 2 short flights up, towards the back, you'll find yourself in a cozy K beauty shop offering a good size collection of products, from skin care to beauty items. It's organized and displays are clean - aesthetically pleasing! I finally bought the "Beauty of Joseon" to try... the sunscreen that was flooding my insta feed... like non-stop. (Good social team strategy I guess). I like how they let you browse w/o any intense sales pitch. That's a win for me I have a feeling it would get quite crowded if you go during peak times w the lunch crowd... so be aware; small shop. I hope they expand their product selection and can't wait to visit again!

I saw that they carried a nice variety of skincare and makeup in the store: some items were on the pricey end but they also had more affordable options available. The store was also very clean and well-kept. On my way out of the store, I spotted Nayeon's (a member of the popular kpop band, TWICE) adorable bunny hat for only $19. Many kpop stars have been wearing this hat, from IZ*ONE to Stray Kidz: I was estatic to see that this hat was being sold in Koreatown. I have received so many compliments on the hat too! There is a staircase on the first floor that leads up to a huge second floor filled with goods from all over Asia, primarily Japan. They sell a huge amount of imported goods. You'll find a lot of supermarket items - snacks, candies, drinks, pastries, frozen goods and more. There is much more than food though. You can also find manga, movies, beauty products, many household products, and a huge collection of plushies. There is something for everyone here if you are looking for Asian products. And I find that their products are cheaper than similar stores.

I want to report that this website continues to post and promote products that are clearly a scam…read more In my case, I placed an order for body creams on March 3rd, and the company that processed the charge on my account was a completely different one called MELIO. Right after they charged me, the order was canceled with the excuse that I had requested the cancellation, which is absolutely false. I never canceled anything. Since then, my money has been in dispute because: The company does not respond to emails. They only send automated messages saying someone will get in touch with me, but no one ever does. Meanwhile, MELIO claims that they already sent the money to the seller and is now asking me to either pay again or provide my card number so they can try to charge me again. Absolutely not! This is robbery. I should not have to lose my money like this. And who is going to compensate me for the damage? This situation is unacceptable. I have already reported this case to: My credit card company The Better Business Bureau The appropriate authorities here in California These two companies are working together to scam people. It's been my scent entre nous for at least a decade. No sneezing! This shop in Flatiron is so convenient and I can get my personal bottles in my rotation of the glorious Santal 33 scent refilled every time at 20% discount.
