I had gotten extensions in the past which looked great, but extensions are uncomfortable, I can't sleep on my face without stressing, and they're a lot of maintenance. A lash lift isn't as life changing as extensions, but it certainly makes a difference if you have some decent natural lashes to start (the real flex would be using latisse for a couple months, and then getting a lash lift). I saw Annie and made an appointment a couple days in advance online. It's around $150 for a lift and tint which honestly feels like a lot. However, it takes the technician more than an hour to complete, and I could tell Annie was doing very thorough and careful job. The end result was great. I chose the L curve which is the most lift. All my lashes are evenly lifted and uniform. When I actually have mascara on I'm sure the results will be much more dramatic. It will last for 5-7 weeks - I definitely plan on adding this into my routine every couple of months.

The way it is done here is many tables set up so multiple people worked on at once. The woman doing my lashes was incredibly precise and detailed. She was excellent. I misread the website and believed first time users get a certain price but I suppose since I chose lash lift And Tint together I got the 79$ price. The choices can be confusing there are many. I was a first time client tho ? My lashes are still okay it has been 3 weeks. They are soft. When I got them done in LI they were harder (similar to mascara feel) and stayed really well for 2 months. Not sure how I feel about these I definitely have to add mascara for an event or evening out but for every day I think they are good. I prefer a natural look and typically come in every 2-3 weeks. Even my ophthalmologist recently complimented the quality of the application, mentioning that she sees many patients with retinal scratches and eye infections caused by poorly applied lash extensions...so that really says a lot about the skill level here. The location is super convenient in Times Square, directly across from the subway station, which makes appointments easy to fit into a busy day. They also offer other services like lash lifts and tints (which I haven't personally tried yet), but I've seen the results on other customers and they look great. Emma also does waxing and does an incredible job, though I can't get it done as often as I'd like due to my retinol use. Let me start by saying the technician does a fantastic job and I have been going there for over a…read moreyear. I have really contemplated about writing this review but I feel like I have to say something - first, I have never seen the tools being cleaned before uses. I was told the tools were cleaned with the alcohol pads but I have never seen or smelled any of those being used. Second, and I think this is the bigger problem - the technician often takes long pauses between lash applications, and I can hear her using her phone. This usually results in much longer appointment time than it needs to be. Obviously I don't like that but I also feel uncomfortable saying something to her because it feels like I'm confronting her. I've just sucked it up all this time until one day, she just left me on the table for more than 5 minutes because she was taking pictures of some stuff that she was selling. It felt very disrespectful and that really pushed me over the edge, after overlooking the hygiene issue all this time.
