I called them and they were rather dismissive, saying that there was nothing to fix. But I was passing by anyway so thought I'd try asking and showing them in person. They asked if I had my stamp card (which shows who my nail tech had been) which I did. They asked me to wait a couple minutes and then told me that they would do extensions for free on the broken nails. They took their time to explain that I should take a break from gel next time and do regular polish and were quite nice. They weren't expecting any tip but I tipped a small amount. Given that they were willing to redo my nails for me I'm revising the review.
