There is a clear difference between customer service and being spoken to in a condescending or hostile manner. Unfortunately, this interaction lacked basic professionalism and transparency regarding pricing. I hope this business improves how it communicates with and treats customers going forward. My concern was that when I asked about the difference between the quoted price and the final total, I was not provided with a clear breakdown of the charges. The explanation regarding credit card fees and other charges is being provided now in your response, not in a way that was clearly communicated during checkout. Had the charges been explained transparently at the time, there would have been no confusion. I also stand by my statement regarding the interaction. Asking a reasonable question about a bill should not result in a customer feeling dismissed or spoken down to. Regardless of our differing recollections of the conversation, that was my experience. I appreciate your response, but the tone of both the interaction and your reply only reinforces my original concern. Customers should be treated with professionalism and respect, even when they are simply seeking clarification about charges.

They last over two weeks. I absolutely love the hombre. Also the classic French almond shape. My nails even became healthy again in their care. Lana always fits me in, connects with me, makes me feel like the best version of myself. Two beautiful thumbs up and all the stars to this hidden gem in Los Gatos! Lyn does the best pedicures... in fact she literally saved my life when I was developing an ingrown toe nail she fixed. I recommend this salon to anyone. They also have a wonderful lash consultant. She makes lashes look natural and is very personable.

Although I'm disappointed that my gel pedicure didn't last as long as it has at previous salons, also never had my nail polish split down the middle. The equipment is pretty run down and kind of dirty. Maybe I would return if I couldn't find anywhere else but it wouldn't be my first choice.

As I arrived to the area, she let me know that a salon worker (unclear if owner) proceeded to tell her to move away from the entrance cause her baby was disruptive (baby was not crying) and she had clients and she didn't want her around. She was rude to them and threaten in calling the cops. She sat down on a chair to adjust her clothing and she came out and yelled at her saying it was "her furniture". I have never ever seen such a rude behavior towards a new mother. Unclear if she hates children or was just having a bad day. There were no clients seen inside and the area is a plaza with other businesses . Needless to say, I will never set foot in this place ever again and will take my money elsewhere. As for the quality of their service, I can't speak because I didn't even get to enter their salon. One star for location. Zero stars for customer service. To the lady who threaten my friend who had her newborn in her arms... shame on you and please do better.

Her kindness meant more to me than she probably realized in that moment. And on top of that, she did an absolutely amazing job, I love my nails! The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, with refreshments and snacks that make you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. Decor and massage chairs were of older styles, but everything looked clean. Environment was relaxing and staff was nice. I had the $33 Classic Pedicure, which included a scrub, massage and hot stones. The technician did a pretty good job, and was very efficient. I was happy with the result. Would love the massage to be a little bit longer, but at this price point in Los Gatos, it was very fair and I had no complains. They took Zelle as well.

I had such a wonderful experience at this nail salon! The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The massage chairs were so comfortable and made the whole visit feel like a mini spa getaway. Tammy was super sweet, funny, and caring -- she really made me feel at ease. My nails turned out beautiful, and I left feeling refreshed and happy. Helen is always quick and precise with her application, but takes her time to make sure it looks fantastic. The dip powder I used is color changing and I always have fun seeing the switch in between. The pedicure was also wonderful and I picked another mood color changing gel - but a blue color to match my car this time. It's so pretty! The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet. It's usually only three ladies working, but Helen is usually on time with her appts. While I was there, there were a few walk-ins and everyone was able to get what they wanted - although there was a little bit of a wait time. I'm so glad I made an appt! Dip powder usually lasts 5-6 weeks on my nails, so I'll be back. And the gel pedicure - 8 weeks at least! I'm not the type to get my nails done regularly, but love them when they're done.
