It was extremely difficult work to chisel out and remove my pop-ups (which were cemented in by the other company) and took 5 visits to completely fix all 19 pop-ups, but Nick had a great attitude and ensured me that he will get my pop-ups working correctly again. I honestly thought that it was hopeless to even try to get the pop-ups working correctly again but Nick pleasantly surprised me. The work was completed without disturbing the new PebbleTec finish. He never gave up on my pool and always seemed very happy to help with pride for his work. He treated my pool with professionalism and competence as if he was working on his own pool. I was referred to Amergency Services from my Mom since Nick is her pool guy and she was very happy with his weekly pool maintenance. A month later I was having problems with my sand filter and once again Nick came out immediately to fix the problem and was extremely knowledgeable and is reasonably priced.
