Not only did he explain what I needed, he offered to explain and assist if I needed anything while replacing the new motor. We decided we would just go ahead and pay the fee to have him replace the parts that are a little touchy; however, he was so accommodating and helped me learn the process right away. We also went ahead and purchased a replacement lateral assembly and sand so I could service the filter as well. I will never use another pool company solely based on the above and beyond attitude of Ethan today. I think our old liner failed due to ants as our pool is in a heavily wooded area. Nate was able to explain the pros and cons of different solutions to this type of issue and so decided on a barrier pad installed under the liner. We were pleased with the whole process and installation and highly recommend PoolSmart. We will be using him for all our future pool needs.
