They make their own chocolates and I am the biggest sucker for salted chocolate caramels. I love that they have both dark and milk chocolate to mix it up a bit. I didn't get a chance to purchase their caramel apples as customers were buying them up, I will definitely have to try them as they must be a popular commodity. The shoppe is well organized with a wide variety of chocolates, gummies, peanut and pecan brittles and so much more. The young ladies that helped us were so friendly, welcoming and helpful they also mentioned their favorites candies. I will absolutely be back that's not a question. :)

The staff here is always friendly and welcoming and even when they're busy they're happy to answer questions and make sure you get what you're looking for. There are treats available on the shelves around the store, as well as an ice cream counter, and then chocolates and other treats behind the counter. Some of my favorites are the cinnamon hard candies, the honeycomb candy, and the mint chocolates. We love picking up our favorites plus a few new items to try. They make their items in house, so it's not rare to see them working on some treats while you're in store- and if you're lucky they may even offer you some fresh samples- YUM! There are some tables to enjoy your treats right away and if you're purchasing them as a gift they can wrap them up specially for your recipient. On top of their regular items they also make specialty items for the holidays.

I came to get gifts for a holiday gift exchange and they have a good variety of product to select. It includes candles, fudge, syrup, cookies, vinegars and much more. They also carry my absolute favorite Mandarin marinated salmon. It is amazing. Last time it was uncooked, and this time smoked. The owner is very personable and helpful and it's just an easy place to come and shop, and, again, it's supporting a local business. One of our agricultural type places we should support to thrive. It's a great place, GO!

The aroma fills the room with a delightful citrus scent that's both refreshing and calming. The Bundt cakes are moist and flavorful, making them a perfect treat. I felt like I was in an adult version of Willy Wonka! Everything was organized and well stocked which was aesthetically pleasing! Not only do they have someone at the door offering free samples to lure in people, but they will also let you try any kind of chocolate. I was in heaven! We took home an assortment of chocolate pieces plus these marshmallow type chocolates that came in dark, milk, coconut and even strawberry flavor! It is a great place to grab a gift for someone - they had lots of gift box ideas! I will be keeping them in mind if I ever need anything. You can even get little individual packaged chocolates as well - kind of like how Ghirardelli does it, only better! Everyone working at Laderach was super nice and knowledgeable! When arriving at the store to pick up my item, it was not available and the item was cancelled. When I asked how my gift card would be credited they told me it wouldn't be charged. When I returned home, the gift card balance was zero. I have spent a few hours online, a few hours in store and to date I am still waiting for my original gift card to be returned to me along with a small balance that was to go back on my credit card. I would not recommend using a gift card to purchase anything online. They have no idea how to resolve these types of issues and we are months into this with no resolution.

Marc welcomed me in, walked me around the store introducing various GF options, and even offered to share homemade recipes to use at home. I found the item and left with a few more new choices for my 8-year-old, who struggles with celiac disease. Marc also offered to let my little one taste-test items to avoid the "buy, try, and throw away" routine we've been enduring. This was an amazing first impression, and I'll definitely be shopping here regularly thanks to the service and selection!

There are two Sunrise Natural Foods. One is in Roseville and the other is this one, in Auburn. The staff here is engaging but not overly intrusive. The current staff does a walk about asking everyone if they have they need assistance. If one person doesn't know, they will get a coworker that can provide additional information. The shop also carries small but mighty inventory of grocery staples, fresh produce, prepackaged local meat and chicken, water filling station,makeup, and local made soap, Another thing to not is that they discontinued their purchase punch cards . But will honor ones that have not been redeemed yet. .
