One of the widest varieties of beers available in Salmon. We enjoyed fries, buffalo wings, and pulled pork sandwiches, all of which were excellent. In spite of the fact that we arrived right before they closed, the staff was courteous and attentive. Our ten-person party was promptly fed by them. Huge portions that taste incredibly good! This is a bit hidden from visitors to town because it's not on Main Street. But it's worth finding, just a block away from the park and the Bear. They have AMAZING food, especially their BBQ. Best in the region. They also have Sunday brunch that's to die for. It's a trendy spot loved by locals. They have a lot of outdoor seating and inside is like a ski and biking museum. Lots of IPA beer. Wednesday night is often a big game of trivia for anyone who shows up. Check it out! read more

This is a destination eatery in Salmon ID. The food was unique and delicious. We shared a smoked turkey BBQ plate and it was a generous portion that left us both very full and satisfied. That was not a good experience, they made us eat outside and we were freezing and there was no light, we got our appetizer after receiving our entree. The house salads were the only saving grace. It's been a while sine we went there but this Resturant has nothing going for it. It was under staffed, didn't have right silverware, the food was just plain bad, and lousy service. We only went there one time and don't care to go back again. I really hate to bad mouth a restaurant but I'm just being honest and you asked for my review. This review was from at least a year ago and I usually like to give a restaurant a second chance, but our experience was so bad that I just think it would be a waste of money. Maybe they've made improvements since then but currently it doesn't look like it from the outside. read more

We are visitors in town and have been to your restaurant 3 times in 4 days. The beer and food is great! Service by Richard was really bad! We dined there tonight and paid for our food. I even ordered a pickled egg and Richard took one for him right on front of us. We ordered another beer from the server with long curly black hair and she served it to us in a very efficient manner. This is where Richard interrupted our delicious meal and snapped at us and demanded to know what kind of beer it was and he needed our credit card right away. We gave it to him but he never gave it back to us for about 30 minutes. We approached the counter and he produced a whole bunch of credit cards and ask us which one was ours. Finally signed and left after a not so nice discussion. We noticed earlier bad treatment of the gal server. Not pleasant. read more

Came in for some breakfast and it was lovely!!! Very welcoming staff and I enjoyed the laid back mountain vibe. I ordered the special omelet which was a tomato and fresh basil with feta. Which was the best omelet I've ever had! It came with potatoes and an arugula salad. My honey got the breakfast burrito which he loved! The chipotle aioli in the burrito was his favorite. Brisket was excellent. Pork was flavorless and dry. 3 of us left the coleslaw mostly untouched. The drunken beans were pretty good and the cornbread was great. The ice tea was overbrewed or to old or something as it was bitter and not great. Really wanted to like the place as the atmosphere seemed like it could be fun. Devin and Sarah do an incredible job offering unique plates with a cool atmosphere tucked next to the local bike shop on a quiet corner with great outdoor seating! Stopped in on Superbowl Sunday after a hockey game in town. Sadly, the regular menu was not being served. But we ordered chilaquiles and a Benedict. Delicious! The pulled pork on the chilaquiles definitely suggests we should stop back in next time for the regular menu we're in town for hockey. The tortilla chips in the chilaquiles were somehow both saturated with a flavorful sauce and crispy. It's a mystery! read more
