Made multiple excuses on why he couldn't get inside then got so frustrated by his own mistakes, threatened to call the police if I remained at the scene bc he felt so belittled by his own personal mistakes and I was expressing disappointment on his unprofessionalism. Also their physical location listed on google is a front, nothing there and the website is some type of email blast scam. Go look at their website and tell me is this a legit business? Id avoid this brand especially if Eric really is the manager/CEO of this brand it's obvious to see why they are unorganized and struggling.
