Yes I made sure our bikes were off the path so pedestrians could get by. This lady walks out her Import store and asks my kids to point their knees away from the sidewalk so a lady could walk by with a stroller, in which we did. I don't think she was the owner as she said "I'll have to talk to her about it" assuming she meant talk to the owner about displaying pricing as one thing and trying to charge customers more.
