There's a great range of both high-end (Hermes, Chanel, Tiffany, Carolina Herrera, etc) and affordable (Uniqlo, H&M) shopping along with both expensive and fast-casual dining. I love going to Marugame Udon for lunch and grabbing a quick bite, or Haidilao for hot pot if I want something a little nicer. There's also a VERY popular Din Tai Fung here. In addition, there's a food court with some fast food options, a Shake Shack, etc. It's a beautifully maintained and designed outdoor mall with plenty of space to sit and lots of kiosks where you can get coffee or small treats. Overall it's a phenomenal mall (maybe I'm biased because I haven't had to deal with parking though) and I'll definitely return.

My pickup order was significantly delayed, but that was not the main issue. Delays happen. The real problem was the way I was treated when I simply asked for an update. One staff member responded by pointing at the monitor and saying, "OK?" in a dismissive and aggressive tone. He did not check on the order, explain anything, apologize, or show basic courtesy. I raised the issue with the manager at Panini Cafe, and she was professional and said she would address it, which I appreciated. However, the staff member himself appeared to avoid the situation and showed no apology, accountability, or remorse. This kind of experience reflects poorly not only on the restaurant but also on the overall customer experience at the mall. When businesses inside a mall treat customers this way, it affects how visitors perceive the entire place. Customers should be able to ask a reasonable question about a delayed order without being treated disrespectfully. I left with a very negative impression and will think twice before returning to this mall for food or pickup orders.

It wasn't enough time for me. I found an interesting business: "Last Chance Store"... where customers have a chance to purchase Amazon returns at a low price. The lowest is $1 on Wednesdays! I also had a chance to buy shoes at the Sketchers store. My cousins got work shoes... and even shorts, using a $50 coupon... what a deal, right? I believe that they were happy with this productive outing! I'm looking forward to returning and exploring more stores!

Recently opened, the Beaming Super Food Cafe provides convenient pure organic foods. Coming soon is Le Petit Bistrot with Parisian home style cuisine this coming winter 2016. The plaza has a few shops already with more to come. The shops available now are Kenneth Barlis Boutique, Azzurra Capri, La Scarpa, and opening very soon, YOGASMOGA for all you yoga lovers! The plaza is three levels with stairs and elevators, has a quaint comfortable outside seating area, large potted Dracaenas, and with a Spanish and Moroccan architecture. I guess not too common nowadays. These outlets in general is pretty standard with pretty empty crowds so it's not hard to find a parking spot. The vibes here feel like more of a casual mall with the food and iced tea shops having more people in line for than any of the retail stores. However.. I was able to find a great deal at one of the stores! Still worth walking around to look and browse through some stores. Children activities.. they have a fun life-sized checkers board to play with and even a train ride.

I was here during Halloween and it was packed with people that night. The best place to park here, to me, is in the large parking garage next to Petco Park. The whole area is best seen on foot anyhow. There are also some nice hotels here to choose from. The Convention Center and the Trolley are also here, and the Embarcadero is just a short walk away!! High end sit downs, cafes, takeout places, bakeries, ice cream, to coffee shops. I'm probably not giving all the information about this area. There's parking garages. Off street parking is metered. That's hard to find. We parked in Seaport Village. It's a hefty walk, but we just walked and stopped to rest and take pictures!! Other times we just got dropped off!!
