Seahawks Pro Shop / Fanatics - Absolute Failure in Customer Service I am so sad, so disappointed & frustrated as I am a true blue 12th Man Fan! I was so excited when I received the email this morning that had play off t-shirts and all sorts of other items on sale today!! Then the worst happened..... This was one of the worst online shopping and customer service experiences I have ever had. I placed an order on December 19 using a valid promo code (STARS60) that WAS applied and showed sale pricing in my cart before checkout. After placing the order, I discovered that 3 of the 5 items were charged at FULL PRICE, resulting in an overcharge of $38.40 (not including tax). I immediately contacted customer service and spent over 45 minutes in chat -- first with a useless virtual assistant that repeatedly gave the same canned response, then with a live agent who clearly did not read the chat history and asked me to repeat everything. Here's what made this unacceptable: I was blamed for not applying the promo code -- even though I DID. I was told the promo code "works fine," implying the mistake was mine. I was refused a refund or price adjustment. I was told my only option was to wait for the items to arrive and return them -- for THEIR mistake. I asked for a supervisor and was ignored. Because they dragged this out for so long, I was told the order could no longer be canceled since it passed the 30-minute window -- a window THEY caused me to miss. To top it off, I was lectured about "professional language" while being talked in circles and denied a resolution. Eventually, a "back office ticket" was opened (after nearly an hour of wasted time), with no guarantee of correction -- just "wait 24-48 hours." This experience felt like a bait-and-switch, followed by deflection, blame, and zero accountability. For an official NFL team store and a company as large as Fanatics, this level of incompetence and disregard for customers is shocking. If this happened to me, I have zero confidence it isn't happening to others. I strongly advise others to screenshot EVERYTHING before checkout -- because if something goes wrong, don't expect them to fix it. read more

I live in Montana and have little access to Seahawks gear. I have ordered multiple t-shirts through this site (all a men's small) and until now have not had problems. The shirt I recently purchased and received is impossibly small and does not fit. I tried to exchange the size, however the only option is to return the shirt. Okay, fine. I can return and repurchase. HOWEVER in order to ship my shirt back, they require me to pay $9.99 in shipping. This is almost 50% of the cost of the shirt. I find this to be ridiculous as this organization can certainly pay to exchange a shirt. They also promised that I would receive my new shirt within 2-5 days of ordering and it took 15 days for it to arrive. If this is not resolved for me, I will never purchase from this company again and will find another shop who is more flexible with out of town shoppers. I'm so disappointed with this company that I just can't believe it. I love the Hawks and this is leaving a poor tase in my mouth. read more

What can I say other then this is the Seattle Pro Sports Team store where you can buy apparel, collectibles, key chains, stickers, magnets and other goodies all related to the SEAHAWKS, SOUNDERS and MARINERS. If you're in the area doing some shopping, why not stop in if you're a fan of this areas sports teams. Each time I've been in here, it's been really busy. It's organized as well as it can be for the kind of store it is. Employees are friendly and helpful if you need to get something off the high wall displays or to order something they may be out of. If you plan to hang out a while, go park over by the strip mall parking lot instead. It's just about another 30-40 yards further away with no time restriction whereas it's about 2 hours street side. read more

I miss the old staff - they were SO nice, friendly, helpful and always wanted to talk football. The new staff here is terrible. Always standing around talking while customers are looking lost trying to find an item but nobody seems to want to help them. I don't know who the lady is I've talked to the last two times I've come in is, I'm guessing she is the manager maybe, but she is SO rude, never smiles, never friendly. "No Purchase Necessary" means I don't have to purchase something to get the freebie you are giving away, shady that you forced me to buy something to get something advertised as free. Whatever. The Pro Shop - free posters today! - Sports Wear Near Me - Renton, Washington

It's nice to have a nice big pro shop in town that has ample parking near by so we don't have to deal with the hassles of stadium parking and madness. The new Renton location is rather nice. Always fully staffed with friendly folks always willing to help. They keep the store neat and organized. I will say if you do see something you like - you better buy it because twice already I've came back a week later to buy the item I pondered about for a week and twice it's been sold out and restocked with something else. NFL Gear isn't cheap either so if you plan on gearing up and out - bring money! read more

I was popping in today for a quick exchange on a jersey that I picked up downtown and was immediately greeted as I walked through the doors by a very friendly staff. The young gentlemen who helped me find the right size jersey was extremely helpful and polite. It didn't end there though! After the exchange the young man asked if I wanted a Sounders poster (heck yes!) and another guy asked me if I wanted a few junior Sounders scarves for free! Super score! This is the best Pro Shops. Unlike the other Pro Shops, the Renton location is spacious, clean, and new stock comes in daily. Every time I'm here I have a difficult time leaving empty-handed, or in fact, leaving without spending lots of mulah. They have SEAHAWKS EVERYTHING...and I love it! There is a parking garage conveniently located around the corner, plus, once you're done with all your shopping, you can grab a beer at neighboring World of Beer. read more

Nice, new shiny store and a true fans (since 01) dream. Small selection of Sounders gear. Employees were very helpful on the floor and behind the register. The selection is very good, as far as jerseys. I was extremely disappointed by the exuberant prices. For claiming to pride themselves on being the Seahawks Fan's store, they seem to me to be exploiting the Seahawks popularity with ridiculously high prices. Just opened last Thursday and definitely a lot smaller than the one at Century Link Field so rather limited on what they're selling now. I'm sure they will start transitioning more gear to the store once the season starts and still worth a visit. Only pet peeve is that there are no dressing rooms to try on shirts and gear. read more

I love the convenience of this store and how it offers something for everyone. The only downside is that there is no dressing room, but they do have full length mirrors if you are not too shy to flip a shirt on in front of everyone. The staff is great with helping you find what you need and letting you know about ordering products. read more

Better selection than at any Seattle Team Shop. Prices are comparable. Better toys and accessories as well. Customer service was good.

Let me explain a few things...we currently live out of state...every single time we come for a visit we come here and literally drop $500-$800 in Seahawk gear. Jackets...shirts...jerseys...stuff for our son, etc. So 1-2 times a year we come and shop here and have had a solid experience. Today that did not happen. The stores manager Chris was there with 2 other employees. The store was basically empty...we were there for about 40 minutes with a pile of stuff and adding to it. I just could not bare to be in the store with the manager any longer. He was making comments loudly like, "let's see how much money we are making!" When I looked over he laughed and was like "oh none, thank god we don't work on commission!" And then tells his staff "good job guys" sarcastically. He asked if I was ready to wrap it up and I said no that we were still looking to add stuff....his response, "oh good." Like really do you think I want to shop at an establishment who talks obnoxiously about their sales in front of customers? Still, I kept shopping. Having to listen to personal stories about his roommate....his trip to Hawaii....etc. What made me leave with NOTHING...Chris asking his employees if they are dating and then asks one of them if he's heard of Tinder. The employee responds that he's only 16...Chris starts laughing and tells him he should lie and be "18" so he can go on Tinder. Wow....how inappropriate for a manger to speak to an employee like that and how unprofessional for employees and customers to be subjected to this. I almost said something directly to him but my husband who also thought it was pretty unprofessional most of the time we were in the store asked me to leave without saying anything. So we left, and didn't purchase anything because of this experience with Chris and are currently looking for another Pro Shop to do our shopping at. read more

This place is horrible. Bunch of young kids work there that stand around and talk to each other and could care less if anyone is in the store. This is not the first time I've experienced this, it must be the way they manage the store. I also don't like how i have to show my id Everytime i make a purchase when the purchase is only 25.00. Love coming here for all Seahawks gear: for birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, and presents for myself. :) They do have a great selection for everyone and seem to have new products in every time I come in. This is a go to store for all Seahawks fan. I do wish they had coupons and more promotions. They do have a sales rack but haven't had success in finding anything awesome from sales rack. read more
