Pros: It's a perfectly serviceable Italian, and much to my delight (and since I forgot to ask for extra black olives) what is apparently their regular amount of black olives is my normal (other local shops take note!). One of my pet peeves, however, is having to reassemble my sandwich when I get home so everything doesn't completely fall out.
