We were riding around looking for dinner last week and came across this place. It was hard to believe that an old post office is now a restaurant! Once we were in, it was packed everywhere. Remember on Thursday, it's bingo night so come early. We went to the back to order our food. The gentleman at the bar was very helpful and gave us some good options. We ordered the August Asian burger and the Firecracker Heatwave burger. I strongly suggest if you're hungry, this is the place. The burgers are HUGE! The burgers were cooked to perfection. The burgers had plenty of flavor and the condiments that accompanied them were fresh. The August Asian had one of the best onion rings on it I've ever had. The bacon and the mango bacon jam took it over the top. The slaw on the Firecracker Heatwave made it a complete meal. Burgers this good need hand cut fries to go with it. If I had to complain, the fries were not that great. Almost $20 a burger should have a better potato option. If you are in Milton or just looking for a great burger, this is the place!!!! read more

Brewery #380 I really like a repurposed building (old Post Office turned brewery). I love a good pun or play on words (Prost Office...brilliant) and I really love good beer. I was passing through the area and stopped in for a flight to try them out. I got a PB&J Sour (really good and I don't ordinarily care for sours), a Belgian Blonde (just ok), A Prost Ghost (really good... trying to be similar to Ghost in the Machine from Parish Brewing?) and a Smores Stout (very tasty and my favorite of the 4). They all come on a flight board that looks like a postage stamp (again brilliant). It seemed like a fun place that I would frequent if I lived nearby. They had a bunch of pinball machines, video games and pool tables. I didn't try the food but maybe next time. read more

Really cool Old Post Office works perfectly as a Brewery. Beer Flights served on a Postage Stamp Tray with your Flight Choices written on a Postcard. Delicious Beer choices. Full service Brewery with Dart Machines, Arcade Games, Shuffle Board and a Pool Table. Great variety of seating areas. Order all food and beers from the bar. Awesome building. We joined two other friends and drove to Milton to check out this awesome building & business. Very open space awesomely decorated & make use of. It would be an amazing place to hang out or eat (bar food). Bring kids so they can play air hockey or arcade games. They have soda drinks & water which was good tasting water & a large variety of alcoholic beverages. Service was good with bartender & kitchen. Food was hot. I wasn't there to drink I was just hanging out. We all had a good time. The pictures below show all the different areas. Would go back. read more

We walked in from the back entrance and weren't super impressed. Looked pretty quiet and a little sad. Smelled like they just cleaned (bleach-y smell) which isn't appetizing. So we ordered the poutine and a beer on tap and figured we'd eat dinner somewhere else. But the cookie cartel on tap was super good, and the poutine was even better. So we decided to stay. Got a flight, a brat, and the pulled pork tachos. Everything was so good and came out right away. (Anyone complaining about pricing .... try eating out anywhere in California... prices are fine) Will be back and glad we gave it a try. read more

The Prost Office Brewery has quickly become a favorite! They really excel in the kitchen. I can personally vouch for the quality of their burgers--they're truly satisfying and you can build your perfect bite with a great selection of add-ons. Friends raved about the fish and chips, saying they were excellent. Seriously, don't skip the corn dog; it's massive and totally delicious! Beyond the great grub, the Thursday Music Trivia night is what keeps us coming back. It's such a fun time! The music selection is excellent, and it's a great challenge testing your knowledge in a really enjoyable, energetic atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit for both the food and the fun! read more

So misleading. Not very German at all. Pork Jagger schnitzel isn't not pounded, covered and smothered in brown gravy (not cream) and overly breaded. Red cabbage not good. Cucumber salad was good. The Bratwurst and Mac and Cheese a super overcooked sausage (leaving us to believe it was days old - Mac & cheese was basic. No German beers. The name of this was a nice spin off an older Post office but would not recommend. read more

We were staying at an RV resort nearby and wanted an evening out. We ordered our drinks which were beer and seltzers. Then we played music bingo and ordered our dinners at the bar. I like good food and this was very far from that. One person had a foot long corn dog but they charged us for the sides. Corn dog was fried in bad oil. One person had the macaroni and cheese with a "bratwurst" on it. It tasted like a bad version of Staffers with a small deep fried hot dog on it. Two people had the jaeger schnitzel that they had to pick the breading off it was so thick. The sides of red kraut and the "German" potato salad were a joke -there is nothing German about this place. The food deliverer had a grossly dirty shirt -the food was nasty. It's cute inside but needs a whole revamp of the menu. Don't go there. read more

Service is great. Lauren specifically. Love the live music. Food is pricey. Only reason I'm rating 2 stars is because i paid $15 dollars for some buffalo chicken dip and it was barely chicken dip. It's like they served me a bun with chips and a small side of chicken dip on top the bun. If they would just get rid of the bread bun and give a reasonable amount of dip. Just wanted to give a shout out to The Prost Office Brewery. We ordered DoorDash the other night, don't judge, we were lazy. She ordered the fish and chips, I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger. Food arrived and it was still hot and crispy, just as if we ate at the brewery. Fish and chips was amazing, my burger was so good too. Went to this place for the first time tonight. We have been here 2 times before when the location was run by other owners and would go once and not return. These new owners had an excellent selection of beers. They had Guinness on tap as well as wicked weed brewing company beers which is not common at all for this area. We ordered the giant pretzel with the bacon jam as recommended by our bartender and that house made bacon jam was the most delicious thing I have had in a very long time. The beer cheese was excellent as well that they serve the pretzel with. The wings were OK. The mild buffalo is definitely very mild. The drumsticks were big. The flats were kind of small. The prices are a little higher than Milton is used to but it's a nice space, good vibes, air conditioned, and very friendly bartenders. We will be back and definitely recommend. read more

Wonderful beer selection and games available. Music bingo was fun once they worked out tech issues. Had some food issues which were quickly remedied. Burger was good as were the cheese curds. Would always prefer fresh battered boneless wings and fresh cut fries at the price paid. Wasn't a fan of seeing staff vaping in the kitchen as we walked to our car. Will go back for sure but order differently. Seems to be a local fave. read more

Fun atmosphere! Good food. The only downside is the kitchen gets backed up and can take a while to get your food. It might be disappointing if you only go to eat. If you're there to have a good time all is good! We were there on karaoke night and ran into friends. read more

The atmosphere is definitely geared to and for all. Plenty of space for small and/or large groups, family's, or for couples. Plenty activities for families and adults to include billiards pool, darts, table top shuffleboard, and many others. Food was pretty good for bar room style, but the pulled pork sandwich lacked flavor so be sure to ask BBQ sauce. We ordered the German pretzel as well, the mustard dishes were standard bar room size, but sadly lacking volume as they were not filled enough for 2 people. Also, I would suggest ditching the bacon habanero dip included with the pretzel, the flavor profile is lacking and not German, but maybe putting another mustard would be a better idea; simple yellow mustard works. The staff were on point, very friendly, and we never had to wait for drinks or service. I gave a 4/5 stars simply because of the lack of flavor in the pulled pork, the lack of mustard variety / quantity in the already small sampler cups, and the habanero dip with the German pretzel. Otherwise a great place to hang out! read more
