Bacon Swiss Burger and a side of Corn Poppers
    John C.

What are great crew and a mighty fine burger. We have driven by for years but decided to stop in today. I had the Bacon Swiss Burger and a side of Corn Poppers. It was the exact meal I was looking for. As soon as we walked in the door we were welcomed and treated great. The customer service blew me away. I plan to hit breakfast sometime soon. I hate they I always drove by and didn't stop in.

The burgers are so good too! Add pepperjack cheese and grilled onions to the cheeseburger! Fries are so so.

Great local spot for an old fashioned burger!! Jerry's has been around since 1939 and has been a local favorite ever since. IFYKYK. Great service in an awesome atmosphere with local memorabilia covering the walls. If you haven't been to Jerry's you are missing out!!

Nice setting, not modern, laid back......waiting for the food.

Food is excellent, service laid back and good, comfy atmosphere. Welcome feel, no modern look. Food is good and fresh.

I was very eager to try this place based on years in service. Unfortunately it was not as much as I'd hyped it up to be. The decor is very cute and the place is very clean. The cheeseburger had great taste and was great value for the cost. The green beans and greens fell flat. The fried green tomatoes were piously frozen. They were soggy inside and you could see the doughy crust. Funny that it was the worst thing we had, and the most expensive. It was a 1st and last time for us. Just nothing was that good that I'd want to come back. I gave 3 stars for the price, not for the taste of the food.

Combo plate - shrimp and grouper, with slaw and fries
    Aiden S.

Cheap, frozen food with nice service in a quaint diner. Not expensive, but not worth it either. I got the fish and shrimp fried combo. The grouper was terrible. Mushy and kind of old tasting. Very obviously frozen, and very unpleasant to eat. The rest was just bland. The shrimp had no flavor, tasted like those battered shrimp they sell in supermarket frozen aisles, and oddly had the tails covered in batter. Nothing special about the French fries either - also the same you would find in the frozen aisle. Same with the hush puppies - bland and clearly made weeks in advance. And the Cole slaw had an odd, kind of old, taste to it. Service was nice. Very friendly people who clearly enjoy working here and have dedicated customers who love to come here because people love diners. Cash only - they have an ATM in the front. Maybe the burgers are good, I certainly won't try them.

This is *the* casual place to get grouper. They have a lovely little grouper sandwich & a fabulous grouper seafood platter. The Unsweet ice tea is very nice, the Coleslaw & fries are also yummy. The seafood chowder is the BOMB! Best seafood soup/chowder i've had in pirate'cola :).. Service is great. Support local. Cash only. Adding to my Favorites list. Queen of pirate'cola approved.

Shrimp sandwich that I disassembled to see if I could manage to atleast get the shrimp down- no go! In the trash it went!

Got a shrimp sandwich and mullet sandwich for my husband along with fried mushrooms... the shrimp sandwich was THE WORST I've had ... ever! Still had shells on the shrimp, and were so hard that I couldn't even bite into the things- I had taken the shrimp off the bun bc it was hard and thought "well- atleast I'll eat the shrimp"... nope! Trashed it immediately! Ever since Jerry's changed- their food went downhill in a huge horrible way! This used to be my go-to diner for fast greasy- but good food. Not ever again! You just lost two long time customers I'm sad to say! And for what I paid for those three items($32) I should also call them and complain! P

With somewhat dim lighting and a speakeasy's ambiance, The Burrow offers a great spot for just a drink or a full meal. For starters, check out their cocktail menu. Sure, they can make you your favorite drink, like a Manhattan or a basic Cosmo, but their featured drinks are outstanding. The Giving Tree is a smashing blend of pear & vodka, with a mint garnish, and it is seriously drinkable. The Burrow even offers CBD-infused cocktails for those that really want to take the edge off. The fare is beyond the standard bar & grille, though they do serve a fantastic burger. For appetizers, the Raclette Fries are a must-try with rich flavors that could captivate any palate, and bigger appetites can tackle the Pork Shank, served bone-in and topped with cabbage for that authentic German approach. If you want something lighter, then the Little Wedges (the only time I actually enjoy iceberg lettuce) could be a meal to many, topped with the usual bleu cheese & bacon crumbles - so good! Pricing is right on par with the value and the drinks themselves are simply outstanding. The bartender even made a previous 'seasonal' offering for my father-in-law, so you know the service is top-shelf. The space inside isn't huge, but the decor and layout is pretty well optimized. Great spot for any season, and with the biergarten space, you have plenty of options.

Great service and a great start with the Blushing Badger special drink. Good flavor and not overly sweet. Ordered the burger which was good (not the best I've had) and served on a brioche bun. My only criticism is that the bun was too thick and overpowered the burger. Ordered with sweet potato waffle fries, which were nothing special. While the food was decent, and the service and atmosphere very good, I think the food and drinks were overpriced. I don't mind paying for good food, but I think the burger was overpriced at $18 and the drink at $15. I may go back, but not real soon.

It's one thing to swing into a classy restaurant or belly up to a fine bar stool, but sometimes an old coot just wants a bun in one hand and the smell of grill smoke on his boots. That's where Brown Bagger delivers the goods, and then some. I pulled up to that truck on a sun‑soaked afternoon, and there was this fella let's call him Big Mike on the flattop slinging patties like he was born flipping 'em. Big Mike didn't just make my double Wagyu smash; he gave me a PhD in burger philosophy between laughs. "You ever notice," he said while slapping that sizzling meat like a pro wrestler body‑slamming a bad guy, "a burger's only as honest as the fist that builds it?" I tell ya what that man could sell sand in the desert and make you thank him for it. He stacked cheese, grilled onions, and that signature Bagger Sauce onto that bun with the sort of focus you usually only see from surgeons and ex‑wives signing divorce papers. Those burgers? Forget just good they're the kind of juicy, salty, glorious mess that makes you smack your lips and swear solemn oaths you never thought you'd swear in public. Smash‑style wagyu patties, fresh fixings, and just enough attitude to remind you that this? This is the golden era of eating food trucks parked next to bars, cold beer close at hand, and a butcher's apron of stories to take home with ya. So if you find yourself in Pensacola with a hankerin' for something that'll make you slap your knee and grin like a mule eatin' briars, roll your way over to the Brown Bagger. It ain't just a burger it's a roadside sermon in a bag, preached by a man who knows his beef and your funny bone. Amen.
