After eventually figuring out the process, I went to the register to pay, where there was still no eye contact or conversation. I then returned to the machine to engrave the tag and nearly broke it several times trying to fit the tag correctly on my own. A second employee later came in, and when I asked for help, he was noticeably more friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the experience made it clear that consistent customer service training is lacking among the staff. I will be choosing PetSmart moving forward. I didn't feel like a valued customer at all.

I decided to give it another try but instead of taking him to the Kissimmee location, I would now take him to the St.Cloud Location. The day before his appointment, I received a call for confirmation to take him. I was mind blown because this was the first time a petsmart has called at all. The gentleman was really polite on the phone and reminded me to bring all his updated records to his appointment. Day of appointment: We had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. I arrived a few minutes lates because of the traffic and once I got there I realized I scheduled before opening hours. There's a bell that you can ring and they'll open the door for you so you can take them to the grooming section. First impression: I was amazed of how big and clean it was and how it didn't have that animal scent as other stores. Once I got in, I got greeted by a lovely young lady. She went ahead and asked me all the questions and then explained to me what they were going to do. Any concerns I had were completely answered and she made me feel comfortable on dropping my dog Zero off. I had voiced to both of the young ladies that at the other location they didn't listen and groomed my dog incorrectly. Pick up time: Time for me to pick up my baby Zero. Before I head out, they sent me a picture of Zero when he was completely ready and another email to let me know he was ready for pick up. When I got there, they were still in high spirits and gave me his paw report. He came out a different dog, different as in happy this time. I've never seen Zero come out as happy after taking to the groomers. He was looking so clean and so perfect. They even gave him an adorable bandana. Overall, I'm really happy with this location and everyone was really helpful and nice. I'll be back in two months for another appointment :)

Staff looked bothered to see me. Asked me how many fish were going in the tank and size. I said only one and 5 gallons. She said I needed a 10 gallon tank but she could sell me a shrimp or beta for mine. I wanted the fish so I told her I had a 10 gallon tank (for a $4 half inch fish). She asked me to point it out in the isle. Went and spoke to cashier and came back. Asked which one I wanted. I told her any in that tank that was alive. She struggled for 2-3 minutes. Got irritated and threw the net in the sink (check your cameras 8/16) then went to the front and grabbed a larger net. Struggled some more. When I went to pay was again asked about the size of the tank (for the half inch $4 fish). What's worse a half inch fish in a 5 gallon tank or 30+ in a half gallon tank. I should be the one scolding you ‍

The DNA results also showed genetic findings associated with chondrodystrophy and increased IVDD risk, which was not disclosed at the time of sale. I contacted the company immediately and provided the DNA results, microchip information, and requested the correct paperwork and a resolution. They responded once asking whether I wanted to keep or return the puppy. I explained that we were keeping her and wanted to discuss updated documentation, compensation, or another fair resolution. After that, they stopped responding despite multiple follow-up emails. We love our dog, but I feel misled and very disappointed by the lack of transparency and customer service. When I contacted the warrant dept their email has the following disclosure: Our department is not permitted to make outbound calls or receive inbound calls. This is to maintain a 100% transcript of all of our communications and to avoid he said / she said type situations, to protect all parties. FOX 13 reported that more than 170 puppies had to be removed from their Clearwater store, and they even failed to report over 70 puppy deaths properly. That's not an accident, that's cruelty. My own experience lined up with all of these red flags. They forced us to drive ridiculously far for the so-called "first vet visit," instead of letting us go to a trusted vet nearby. Then, before we even had time to settle in with our puppy, they pressured us to write a positive review right away. Who does that? A business that's desperate to cover up their shady practices, not one that actually cares about the animals or their customers. This place doesn't deserve your money, your trust, or even to be in business. They exploit puppies, lie to families, and gaslight anyone who calls them out. If you care at all about animals, stay far, far away from Blue Sky Puppies.

Most of the bakery items on the display table were hard, but a couple were soft treats, which we selected. The non- decorated treats on the display table went for $1.50/ounce. Just grab a bag, use the tongs, and pick out your dog's treats. The store was very clean and the two gals working the front were friendly and helpful too. I am very pleased overall with our experience and would recommend this location.

Ms. Annette Andrews (The owner, one of the groomers, and pet coloring specialist) showed my oldest pup extra love by doing what other groomers said they couldn't. She cut down my pups nails to where they don't hit the floor before the padding on his paws do. I never brought up what I was told by the other groomers. I am just happy I found a knowledgeable, and skilled professional that can do, what the others couldn't/wouldn't. Ms. Andrews has my fur babies as customers for life. When I read that Fusion Pet Stylez offers the type of services I've been looking for, I jumped at the chance to get my babies an appointment. The full groom, with the color add on is my favorite deal. I've been wanting to add color to my babies fur forever. She offers several fun (non-toxic) colors, (including neon colors) but I stuck with the basic blue, and green. I've always wanted to see my fur babies with temporary color on their ears, and tails, and now I can have it done whenever I want, or with each grooming. They look so cute with their blue, and green fur highlights. Now I can't wait to see if they will offer new colors for Halloween.

When I called a girl answered the phone politely and answered my questions, then giggled and said let me pass you on to the owner, which I thought was cute because it must mean they have fun and love their job. I took my German Shepard in, she was in dire need for a bath, and she came out beautifully! She smells so good and they brushed out all her under coat. They even put a cute bandanna around her neck, which she loves! My husband tried to take her bandanna off and she bit it and tried to put it back on. They must have made her feel like a princess. They even sent her home with a treat bag. My two children were so happy to feed her when we got home. Thank you so much! We will be back again soon!
