If I could give this place zero stars I would. First: No name brand liquor; I mean really? I'm not even talking fancy stuff, even bottom, bottom, shelf - nope, not even that. Whatever brand they have, no one in my party had ever HEARD of; Brought in from Mexico? Made in someone's bath tub?? Who knows... There were no other options. We ordered beer in a can, in a brand we had heard of. Second: Put in a food order for a grilled cheese sandwich and fries, that's it. Over an hour and 15 minutes later, still no food after asking 2 different staff members about the order twice; on the 3rd try asking a different guy, he goes back and 15 minutes later (so now over 1-1/2 hours since the order went in) he brings out a TINY amount of cheese melted on 2 biscuits. Biscuits?!? He said they had run out of bread; ok, so when were you going to ask if the substitution from what I 'actually' ordered would even be ok? The fries were 1/2 cooked, limp and swimming in a pool of grease (they obviously had tried to get them out fast after it taking so long.) They did offer to refund my money for the order (which they did) but kept the 20% tip I had added on (I had to pay first before getting the food); so I ended up paying a 20% tip for horrible food and really, really, bad service. So save yourself time and effort; go ANYWHERE else. Trust me. read more

The place was not extremely busy and she didn't give any explanation but she did apologize for the wait The burgers arrived after 1.5h. I've been here twice and I really wanted to like it but I didn't. I thought the first time was a fluke but it wasn't. The food is almost average. But not quite. It is actually slightly below average. Both times they were out of things and the waiter was unsure of what they did have. Both times I ordered a burger and both times they were HORRIBLY over cooled to the point of shoe leather. This time they didn't even serve it on a bun. It was on toasted bread which they didn't even tell me about before bringing it out. Went on a Sunday after a big event on Saturday. The place was out of almost all food and paper products. We were recommend to get take out. My burger was undercooked almost raw and the chips were in a paper sack. The Bartender had an apathetic attitude and was eating a bag of Lays potato chips behind the bar. This place is a complete ripoff. I ordered a Bloody Mary and it had no salt or anything else on the rim. It was full of vegetables (red bell peppers, asparagus, carrots and cauliflower! Yuk) and it had no flavor and I could not taste any booze. I should have returned it, but I decided to be nice and just drink it. I could not believe when the bill came and it was $16!! And my husbands can of beer was $10!! I complained to the waitress that it was a terrible Bloody Mary, especially for the outrageous price and she just said sorry about that. Made me pay the whole bill and said have a great weekend! We won't be back. The place is really rough around the edges and needs a deep cleaning as well. This place has the best food for miles around. Today I had their Biscuits and Gravy and that's a dish for which I am a connoisseur of. I've had Biscuits and Gravy at restaurants and diners all over the country. Often I'm disappointed, but The Quarry's Biscuits and Gravy are with out a doubt the best I've ever had. Their Bloody Mary's are also the best. The staff is friendly and attentive and they get all the great musicians. Their shows are not to be missed. The music varies to satisfy all tastes in music from Jazz to County, Bluegrass, and all types of Rock. Don't miss their Drag Shows. I've often been at the bar when a tourist who has just come in from dinner somewhere else sees my meal. They say "boy we should have eaten here". Don't make that mistake. Just come in for the food and stay for the entertainment. One warning though. They cook each meal from scratch with love in their tiny kitchen. Don't expect "fast food" in any sense of the phrase. We intended to eat here before attending a comedy show. It took 10+ minutes before they gave us menus. They also never brought us silverware or napkins. The water they brought was room temperature and they only have custom condiments, which were terrible. The food took a long time to come, and was not good. The chicken salad sandwich had minimal chicken and was 80% flavorless iceberg lettuce. Also, they charged us for fries after asking if we would like it as our side, without letting us know it cost more. Furthermore, they charged us for splitting a sandwich, again without letting us know it would cost more. We ultimately missed our show (had 80 min buffer before) because the service was so slow. This place is awesome! This is rock n roll at it's coolest. Everything is done in house by the beautiful and kind Dana. We played a show here and had the opportunity to sample her cooking after. The food was made with love and organic, local and nearby sourced ingredients as well as home made ketchup, aioli, bread, hand cut potatoes for fries etc. Extremely affordable and you will not leave hungry. Charming bartenders and all the staff are super friendly. This place is a must to hang for a drink and to support the live music she has as entertainment. Talk about a surprise... So for my daughter's 20th birthday, we took a trip from our 25 acres off grid homestead to Tombstone and Bisbee... While in Bisbee we decided to too at this little cafe/pub The Quarry in downtown Bisbee... At first glance this place was a little off putting, if I'm honest. It's very hole in the wall vibe was so far from the level of professionalism and care taken in the food we were served, we were amazed. We all ordered their signature Quarry burger as it was easy. The menu was very easy to work through so you didn't have to stumble over multiple options that didn't make sense. This was by far one of the best burgers I've had out at a pub, in a very long time. The fries were fresh and cooked perfectly. Major compliments to the chef for our amazing service. We couldn't have been happier on my daughter's 20th birthday with the food we received. I am really surprised it was not more packed when we were there, as this place is a hidden gold mine, and the kitchen staff really do know what the hell the are doing... BIG PROPS GUYS! read more

What a terrible experience. the restaurant was not busy when we were there on Friday May 26th for dinner. The food took over an hour to arrive. They were out of multiple items on the menu and made us change our order 3 times. the fries were burnt and the chips were soggy. We could see into the kitchen and the cook was feeding a large dog in the food area. We were told to pick a table. half way through our meal they made us pick up the table and move it because it was blocking the sound board for the band. the decor was hideous artwork and the bathroom was disgusting. my feet stuck to the floor and it looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The burger is supposed to be served in a brioche bun, but that wasn't so. Now, if you really think about it, a brioche bun is NOT what you would want to nestle your burger between, because brioche is notoriously crumbly. However, if you're advertising a brioche bun burger/sandwich, then you should serve what you charge the customer for. I ordered a Bloody Mary. Their in-house mix tastes good, but has no spice, no kick, no heat, no zing, no fire whatsoever. Heard only good reviews about the food here so we were excited to try this place for a friend's birthday on Friday. We met up for lunch, walked in and got attitude from the waitress from the start. No big deal, everyone is entitled to a bad day. Sat down and one of the ladies in our group just asked the waitress if it would be ok to order a side salad before the others at our table as she had a bit of a time issue. She was very nice, no attitude, no demanding at all...just asked if it was possible. Waitress snapped...said no, she'd be served with the rest of the table...then proceeds to go to the back, apparently talked to the manager, comes back to the table and says she isn't going to deal with people like us today, we weren't going to be satisfied and that we could get our stuff and leave. Seriously. She kicked us out for one of us asking if she could put an order in early! Her attitude was unbelievable. And the fact that the manager/owner didn't even bother to come talk to us to see what the issue was...just told the waitress to go ahead and tell us to leave...we couldn't believe it. We were so excited to try this place and celebrate my friend's birthday, but poor management and possibly the worst waitress we've ever encountered, completely ruined my friend's birthday lunch.
