Unfortunately, my overall experience has been overshadowed by repeated interactions with Daniel, who represents dealership leadership and management. Rather than feeling valued as a long-time, repeat customer, I have experienced what I believe to be a pattern of unnecessary personal criticism, confrontational behavior, and accusations that left me feeling singled out and unwelcome. One of the most disappointing accusations was that I was somehow interfering with motorcycle sales. Nothing could be further from the truth. The group of riders I regularly ride with and bring to the dealership on Saturdays has always encouraged fellow riders to purchase motorcycles, accessories, and services from Glendale Harley-Davidson.
