I found Rebel Lounge through an Instagram ad for the SZA Dance Night 7/12/25 9pm-2am! Event description: SZA Dance Night brings the soulful, genre-blending vibes of SZA alongside artists like Doechii, Jorja Smith, and Summer Walker. With a mix of smooth R&B, experimental beats, and empowering anthems, this night will have you dancing to hits and remixes that capture SZA's raw emotion and bold energy. Expect an intimate, vibrant atmosphere where the music inspires movement, self-expression, and connection all night long. When we got there, it was relatively empty, which was disappointing since the tickets were about $20. Still, we had a great time. The most recent time I've visited Rebel Lounge was for the Cafune concert 10/12/2025! It was significantly more crowded, and given the small parking lot, I arrived an hour prior to doors opening. Of course, this varies by show/event, but in this particular case, I might've been a bit overzealous and could've just arrived 30 minutes before doors opened. Anyway, my bag, ID, and ticket were checked/scanned. There was a water station, and I didn't order any drinks. Overall, fun night! Solid music venue!

    Ouch, Clarion is loud.

Staff was so kind and helpful. The crowd were all mellow and friendly. The place is clean. When too loud, I sat on a stool in courtyard. I didn't get packaged snacks nor drinks.

The Rebel Lounge is a solid venue option in the valley. It's not overly large, has decent parking is easy to get into and enjoy a show. I have only been here a few times, last night to see the band WHY?. The sound was great, the bathroom as multiple stalls and is clean, which i appreciate. They have a full bar and patio in the back you are able to go in and out of as you please. In addition, they have a few tables and chairs sprinkled in the back, though most of the space is for standing room. Tickets are always reasonable for shows and overall solid option for a show!

I've come here multiple times for the ghost poetry slams and they are always amazing! There's always a line for checking tickets and IDs, but they don't search your bag. Ticket prices are very reasonable and I like the smaller venue size. There's rows of seats in front of the stage and some standing room in the back. They have a water dispenser and cups sitting out which is really nice. I'll have to check out a concert here sometime.

My wife and I went to see Jason Boland and the Stragglers First time there We were fortunate enough to be the first two in the door, and we snagged a table, which was good because my back was hurting Very small venue, a great place for a concert Drinks weren't terrible price wise, and we couldn't really see the stage, but we were there more for the music The sound was amazing, tho the crowd was pretty loud and inconsiderate Would absolutely love to see more shows here, would recommend

We came to see Alt Bloom and Double Camp on the last show of their tour. Surprisingly, we had been to a lot of the small/smaller venues in Phoenix but not Rebel Lounge. When we got in, we were id'ed and wristbanded for 21+. We weren't searched, didn't have our bags sifted through and didn't have to adhere to the small clear bag policy like other venues require. The room is split into general admission and stage in the front and the bar in the back. There was free water available which never happens at any of the other venues and was super appreciated. Bathrooms were clean and just right off the stage. If you like small, intimate venue shows, Rebel Lounge was an awesome experience. We were so close to the bands and they were super interactive with the crowd. It's a special feeling to see artists that close up and are a real part of the show that you don't get in larger venue or arena shows. We had a great time and immediately started looking to see who else was coming so we could come back.

So excited to hear some spoken word tonight! If you haven't been, Ghost Poetry Show at Rebel Lounge in Phoenix, the talented humans at this show are amazing every time! Such gifts and passion every time. Perfect chill evening out after a long day of work! Just what the soul needs. Love that rebel lounge hosts this awesome event, thank you!

Email from the magical "my name's Jeff"

We were there to see the very great Dead Hot Workshop. After the show, went to close out card, they couldnt find it. At first they said I came back up and signed for it, which I didnt, left my number. Took an entire week, 2 emails and one inquiry on their website to get a response from Jeff Taylor, General Manager / Talent Buyer (fancy pants). He then proceeded to tell me they found my card (a week ago, as it was charged after we left) and that I could come pick up any time after 630pm. No apology. If you go, bring cash, and hopefully, GM extraordinaire "My name's Jeff " won't try to buy your talent.

One of my favorite music venues in Phoenix. It's the best way to see your favorite artists: up close & personal. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because the bartenders and security staff suck. Bad attitudes, no manners and lack people skills.

We used the valet parking as the signage was a bit unclear, so it seemed the easier solution than going up and down stairs to find Geordie's. The entrance had the open feeling of a grand house, with the wrought iron staircase and the beautiful ceiling, terracotta tiles and wood furnishings. There was a wedding party in the large restaurant area that we passed on the way to our table in a separate area. The table was set with care and the rose petals were such a thoughtful touch! As a European I was pleasantly surprised by a small velvet covered stool, placed by my side, for my purse: these touches made the evening even more memorable. No rushing to seat more people or a check arriving while still deciding if something else was going to be ordered. I do enjoy a real meal in a real restaurant, with table linens, linen napkins, the proper glasses, the good silverware. Nick was taking care of our table and was very attentive to anything we may have needed. The cocktails we had were the " Ready, Fire, Aim" with rye whiskey, Drambuie, St Remy and bitters, and the "Dr Vincent's Penicillin" with scotch, lemon, honey, ginger and Laphroaig spritz: both were delicious. For the meal I had the Risotto made with Carnaroli rice, oyster mushrooms, truffle and asparagus; for me the risotto was just a bit over but it was creamy and all of it eaten! The Scallop Ceviche was fabulous, thinly sliced served with auicos, sliced jalapeño, leche de tigre : my chile allergy wouldn't let me taste this dish, but my partner ate it all so definitely good :) The main course consisted of the prime Filet for me, cooked perfectly!! to my medium-rare with emphasis on rare, served on pommes purée and enjoyed to the last bite; the other order was for the dry smoked Branzino (sea bass) with olive tapenade, artichoke and tomato: the fish was so moist and tasty, the skin crispy, and was presented beautifully. For dessert we shared the "Milk and Honey" which is a twist on panna cotta with brown buttercream and honeycomb. With dessert I had my usual after dinner espresso with a shot Sambuca to go with it. Thank you Nick for taking such good care of us. A perfect meal and ambiance for a special night

Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment. We arrived about an hour before closing and sat down as we normally do. While I was walking to the restroom, which is located past the kitchen area, I heard a server/bartender we've seen several times before ask the cook, in an obviously annoyed tone, if two people had just arrived. When he said yes, she responded, "Who the fuck!?" The cook then looked directly at me. At that point, I honestly felt extremely uncomfortable and wanted to leave. We decided to stay since my boyfriend had already ordered a beer, but the experience immediately felt different. We felt like our presence was an inconvenience simply because we came in an hour before closing. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for it. We ordered the beef skewers and a burger. The skewers were okay, but they were not nearly as good as we remembered them being. The burger, however, arrived completely cold. What makes this especially disappointing is that we used to really enjoy coming here. We understand that being close to closing time can be frustrating for a restaurant, but customers should still feel welcomed, especially when they are coming in well before closing and have supported the restaurant in the past. We really hope this was just a bad night, because we genuinely used to love coming here. But after this experience, we unfortunately left feeling very disappointed.
