Interesting to see others point out the grocery store chips! lol I thought the same thing My man and I stopped in for a drink and an appetizer while we were doing some Christmas shopping nearby. Service was great and friendly. I had a delicious spicy margarita and we shared a brisket quesadilla that was quite good . Ugh..... where do I start..... Ok so we came for a drink or two and some apps. I ordered the spicy link platter.. it literally was bar-s hot dogs from Fry's!! Yuck. My girl got the twice baked potato, it was horrible, literally thrown in the microwave for like what 2.4 seconds. We had to send it back! When we asked for the bill, it was 25 mins later... there were maybe 25 people in there, they had live music which was a plus. I've got a very split opinion on this place. The cocktails are pretty good but the pricing is at the very high end of acceptable; the smoked brisket mac was really good, but again, the price was a little steep. The bartenders were very nice and happy to make recommendations (that's how I decided on the brisket mac). There were only 2 other tables occupied but the service was so so so slow. Everyone was super friendly but not attentive. They had to take our water glasses somewhere else to be filled and that process was oddly slow. The sliders were good if a bit over-sauced. And they came with chips that were lower quality than Tostitos. Brisket Mac cheese was also over sauced with the bbq and not much meat. The salad had so much iceberg. But the flavor was good. Terrible iced tea. Maybe this place is really just a bar? Also the website has incorrect hours and states that it's in Arcadia - which is super weird since North Central is pretty proud of itself as a place that is not Arcadia. read more

Food : Wild West Nachos with brisket was so overloaded with house queso and hardly any brisket at all (even though we paid $4 for it to be added). Turns out it was because they ran out out of brisket (it was 4:30pm on Saturday). We settled for dessert (gf has a sweet tooth), which was pretty disappointing; cheap ice cream with unflavored pie. What a great second location!! The patio is amazing to have a great cocktail paired with some great food and live music!! They smoke their own meats and the flavor is delicious!! Decided to swing by for a night cap around 10:30p on a Saturday night and we were the only two people there. Drink recipes sounded good on paper and with the price of the specialty cocktails, I was expecting more. Not bad, but quality of the cocktails didn't compare to other cocktail bars in the area at the same price point. Maybe we picked the wrong time to go and wrong drinks to try. Staff was friendly, but more social amongst themselves then with us, recapping their night and discussing the low-tipping patrons that had been in that night. I can't say no to an old fashioned so we will probably try again some time when more is going on. read more

I'm not usually a review writer, but someone in ownership or management should be aware of what a sh**show this place is. Worst experience I've ever had at a bar. Bartender didn't get me a water or take a drink order for 15 minutes even though I sat right in front of them. There were 3 people back there making drinks and only 2 other people sitting at the bar. I got their attention to order the $19 chips & salsa with "skillet queso," which ended up being nacho cheese in plastic cups.
