Had a great experience at Red Llama! They started us off with samples of their passion fruit juice and a drink they called "Christmas in a Cup," which was so good. I ended up ordering the Chilcano Pisco, and it was delicious. The service was excellent and very prompt. Our server was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We shared the Chicharrón Mahi Mahi app, and Tallarín Saltado, and everything was flavorful and well-prepared. The portions were generous, making it easy to share. Great food, great drinks, and friendly service. Highly recommend!

It's definitely a surprise place for our family. The service was super good! The wait event was telling us jokes and very welcoming. The dish portion is huge. If you are not that hungry, you can order a dish and appetizer to share for 2 people. Everything tastes amazing! Everything has a strong flavor. Nothing is plain. The restaurant even has photo wall for your ins pictures. Super cute.

Delicious food all the time! Their dishes are consistent with lots of flavor and tenderness. I appreciate the upbeat lively music they play, cause with each bite you take, you want to just move your hips and shoulders and feel the whole Peruvian vibe inside and out. Our meal consists of the Peruvian tamales, Pollo à la Brasa, and their Maracuya juice. It's the best filling combo ever! Even with splitting the meal with two, you'll have some leftovers to take home. The richness of nourishment fills you up so quickly. So dont get fooled by the price. It's way worth it!

I have been wanting to try this place since lomo saltado is a bit hard to find in Colorado. I only tried their lomo saltado and it was average to above average. I liked that the beef was tender but the sauce felt like it was lacking a certain umph. Their menu is also on the pricey side, so I'm not sure I would go back although their passionfruit cheesecake does sound good. Parking was easy in their lot. Staff were super nice. They have Andes mint chocolates by the door!

Super delicious; try anything and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised and happy! There wasn't a single dish that wasn't good here and service is superb. We got to try their ice cream on the house too. I will definitely be back when I visit Denver-land area.

Peruvian food done right. You can tell there's a lot of care and intention behind the menu. The ceviche was fresh and well balanced, with all the classic accompaniments that make it feel authentic. The lomo saltado was flavorful and comforting, with perfectly cooked beef and a great balance of fries and rice. The causa mash was bright and fresh, and the octopus anticuchero had bold flavor and was grilled beautifully. Everything tasted true to Peruvian traditions without trying too hard. A solid meal all around!

My first time here...such a memorable experience. Great food and service. Portions were huge and had great flavor. The staff provided samples of food and drinks. Everything was delicious! The restaurant itself was adorable, from the photo booth down to the details of the bathroom and the energy in the restaurant is great. Music, birthday parties etc. I highly recommend! I can't wait to come back.

We've come here several times and the food is always fantastic as well as the service. It's always great when the owners are in the restaurant as they come around and talk with their customers, .

Found a gem!! Lomo and ceviche was incredible! The vibe was fun and modern, service was great too. I hadn't found almost any Peruvian restaurants here in Denver when I moved here from Miami so I am ecstatic to have found this place. Safe to say we'll be back!

A Peruvian restaurant that goes beyond all expectations! We were in Colorado on vacation and fell upon this restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised!! So much so that we went two days in a row. The food was outstanding of this work and the staff was amazing. The owner Giordano was great and very humble guy. Everything we had was amazing and the Pisco sours were absolutely amazing. We can't wait to return and try other things. We had the Chaufa, ceviche, pollo à la brasa and huancaina noodles with the Lomo saltado. Then had the lucuma ice cream. Too full to have another dessert. Best restaurant in Colorado

We need more Peruvian food in Colorado! I love the flavors and ingredients they use. What I don't love as much is the price tag. The dishes average $30-$40. I appreciate exotic food, but I don't understand the value of the ingredients are not high end. Our tab for 6 people was $400 with 1 drink/person. I did enjoy the anticuchos - beef heart. Don't be scared fellow Americans... it's worth trying new things. We don't need to always eat chicken! Ask the server for recommendations if you have never had Peruvian. The juices are soooooo good! Cocktails are excellent too. Solid dinner for suburbia. Great date night spot.

Happy to report that this is still one of my favorite places! The food, ambiance and service are always absolutely the best. The owners are the kindest and super talented people. The food is beyond delicious. Plus it's very authentic! Please support this local business and enjoy the best Peruvian food!

Often. Have you seen how often I check in??? For client meetings. For get togethers. For coffee. For cocktails. It's neighbor is Cranelli's, my other fave spot for Italian. Just look for the bright yellow umbrellas and you know you've arrived to coffee heaven. Parking can get nuts during the busy hours but there's always one available if you just exercise patience so you can get the aahhmazing Vietnamese coffee. I adore the owners Tracy and Q who are usually on site and welcoming guests or working the counter. They invite you in with their warm smiles and happy soul. Staff is always friendly and ready to serve you the caffeine fix or in my case the cocktails. I am head over heels on the Lychee Peachy, Espresso Martini or Afterwork Refresher if I am not getting the coffee flights. Trust me, you can't drink just one Lychee Peachy. The coffee flights of chilled coffee are customizable (four options you can choose from a rotating list of regular and seasonal flavors). The flights are so Instagram swoon worthy and art itself. I also can't get over the incredible baked goods like the cream cheese cruffins that I won't share. There is such a selection of breakfast items like the lox and bagel that will taste so good with your coffee. The light bites are so yummy and a meal itself. I highly recommend the steak bites, the shrimp toast and the banh mi board if you had to start with anything. I learned that they have a similar concept at the Golden Triangle where Q's brother is the owner. It's on my list though I am partial and loyal to this location. May all your to-do's turn in to ta-da's! Peaky Peak makes me look forward to tomorrow's coffee.

We were immediately sat on the patio around 5:45 PM. We were greeted and given "welcome bubbles". What a nice touch. After about 5 minutes, we were finally given menus. Other people were sat around us, so we waited to ask for the happy hour menu. We ordered the chef's choice charcuterie, a cocktail, and a glass of wine. The drinks and board were yum, but not quite a wine bar as there were very limited option by the glass. Also, we had to ask for plates and silverware where this is a basic item. While deciding on dinner, we were approached a couple times by the 2 servers in the section. One was friendly, the other, not so much, rather indifferent and made us feel a little uncomfortable and not very welcome. This kind of set the tone for the rest of our night. We ordered the "family share" chateaubriand. We realize this is an expensive cut, but the portion is definitely not a sharing cut, around 4 oz. It is closer to a single entree. When it arrived, the plate was cold, like the meat was lukewarm and the cauliflower was ice cold. Again, we had to ask for silverware and plates for this "family style shareable" plate. We brought the cauliflower temperature up with the server and got new cauliflower after we were done with the rest of the meal. Also, I sat with an empty wine glass and no one stopped to ask if I needed another glass. When the servers did stop by, it was a short interaction and we never even had a chance to ask before they were already walking away. We saw so many people come in and out that they must be doing something right, but for us, our experience was mediocre. If our meal would have been the correct temperature (it was well prepared, just cold) and better execution on the service, we may have had a better experience.
