I was torn by the bounty of options-- I almost said f*** it and got the Raspberry Chocolate Cake slice as well, but did the responsible thing and only got the Snickers Brownie. Boy did that deliver! It was huuuuge! It was decadent and utterly divine. They did not skimp on the caramel. It may have put me into a sugar coma, but it was well worth it! I'll be back!

Everyone who wanted a second slice got a second slice and the cake was delicious and not too sweet. We got so many compliments on this cake from our family from the design to the flavor. Yesterday, I placed an order for pickup after 3:00 p.m., and it was confirmed. When I arrived today, my order didn't exist. Instead of apologizing, the manager claimed it wasn't made because I "didn't prepay"--even though no one asked me to prepay when I placed the order. Then they asked me to prove I had called by showing my phone log. I'm not upset that a mistake happened. I'm upset by the complete lack of accountability and poor customer service. Own the mistake, apologize, and make it right instead of blaming a loyal customer. Customers have plenty of options in Las Vegas, and experiences like this are exactly why people take their business elsewhere.
