Over a dozen visits to Express have been most trouble-free: their effectiveness in dealing with so many public concerns has proven them to be relatively headache-free. It seems obvious that this place is run by business-minded people, which in contrast to most government-oriented services stands out as special. As well, their multi-cultural staff all are courteous even with complaining customers, and efficiently keep focused on the task at hand while gently commiserating with the disgruntled ones. As well, they have to deal with all kinds of accents and troublesome immigrant concerns like learner's permits, licensing and registrations. Soothing... My last time there was this past week, and when I had to get some docs from my insurer in Edmonton, they made it so easy to receive a needed fax, and then told me I'd not have to grab another number to wait in line again, but just make myself known 15 minutes later. I did so, and in only another few minutes I had everything done. Cool, eh? As I see that some registries are not run as efficiently, perhaps we should help people go to this one rather than elsewhere.

She made me feel very comfortable behind the wheel, when it can be a little nerve racking. We even had a bit of small chit chat. My 2 sisters also ended up having her for their tests and they loved her as well. Thank you Michelle.. I also had Darryl when getting off of my GDL and he was great too. I must say it's been a life safer for towing fast if you're in an unsafe location. Where traffic is crazy or on the highway where no one stops to help. Now there is a downside and it's this, snow/ winter condition is always a factor in getting a tow. That will take hours to days, you're not the only one that needs help in these conditions on those days. Police get priority for tow truck to clear up accidents. Those are the days I stay home and don't drive anywhere. I have paid for my membership over and over with the services they supply. From movie tickets, travel insurance, travel agents, money exchange, motor vehicle registration, passport just to name a few the list goes on. If you look at what AMA offer it's well worth the fee for the membership. This location has parking and one electric vehicle charging station. It could be limited when busy.

My examiner today (who's name was not disclosed to me) failed me for driving too slow.... In a residential neighborhood... With children at play and vehicles parked on both sides of the street!!! The posted speed limit was 50 km an hour (excluding the free playground zones we went through) but as I am somebody with a child, I always am careful, no matter what vehicle I'm driving, when driving through residential areas. I maintained speeds between 30 and 40 km an hour, and the instructor tried to tell me that I was driving 25-28 km an hour. Impossible to even argue since I didn't have a chest camera on. He failed me on the premise of obstructing traffic, Even though he was driving three car lengths behind me and holding up traffic himself. I am absolutely astonished and would like to warn anyone going there for any type of road test to be wary, wear a camera, and be ready for the cash grab.

It's never busy, especially on weekends. - The people are really accommodating - they will even do a lot of my business stuff by fax. - No crazy people in line- they mostly deal with businesses (they are in an industrial park across from Road King) - Low prices (just as cheap as AMA Registries) - NO LINES! I mean I've never once waited more than 45 seconds. It's crazy! I think it's because of the location; no one thinks to go here except business owners who are severed by a separate counter for corporate registry.
