After calling and complaining about my iPhone that was returned to me and wouldn't even turn on, I received a call from the company asking if I would please send my phone back in for someone else to check it. I was told that if they determined it could not be repaired, they would send me another iPhone at no charge. So I sent it back and in a few days received a call saying that my phone could not be repaired and a replacement would be sent. About a week later, I received a new working phone! It took a good bit of time, but in the end, Iresq went out of their way to make me a satisfied customer. I'm very pleased and would use them again! I called 5 times and was told on all separate accounts that a manager would call me back because they changed accounting systems and only a manager access the old system. I never once received a call back. After calling again three years later, I finally got an email saying too much time has passed and they will not refund me. How can they keep someone's money for a service never provided? This is illegal in many states and the business is suppose to report unearned revenue to the state or refund the customer. It's blatant robbery. Awful customer service!

    Dave came out here 4 times. The first time was to assess it to make sure warranty covered it…read more(which it did), the second time the manufacturer sent a screen in bad condition, the third time the manufacturer sent a screen that was the wrong part, and finally they all got it right and he fixed it quickly and it looks great. Despite all the hiccups with the manufacturer (none of which were his or Jimmel's fault, the blame was squarely on LG for all issues) he always remained friendly and pleasant to talk to. Once he had the part he got it repaired quickly and everything was great. Would definitely go back in the future and recommend for electronic repair.

Called Assurant and they located Jimmel's. I received a call and told him what was going on and he had me basically diagnosis the problem for him. Called back and wanted more information, I assisted him with that. Told me that he had to get approval and order parts and that would take between 7-14 days. Never heard from him again. I called on day 14 and he told me that he would call me back, never did. I called Assurant and they said that he had canceled the repair. I called him next morning wanting to know what was going on and he told me that I was not in his computer and he had no information and for me to call Assurant. I then told him I did and that they said he canceled the service he then cussed and hung up on me.

    Got my iPhone 14 Pro's screen fixed here 6 months ago and it randomly stopped working last week,…read morewhen I brought it in they told me it needed a motherboard fix and charged me $160 even though that wasn't the problem, then tried to charge me for a whole new screen. When I asked them why there repairs only last 6 months they added the screen for free. After a week I was able to pick up the phone and they said it was working fine, but when I was walking out I noticed the whole screen popping out of the phone. When I took it out of the case, the screen was out enough I could stick a finger nail under it. ON top of that the touch screen didn't even work and there was also huge black bars on all sides that weren't there before. I physically couldn't believe they would give me a finished product like this. All of this and I hadn't even left the parking lot, I went back inside, gave them the phone they just gave me and asked nicely if it could be fixed correctly, but they ended up calling me later in the day to cancel the order. So I had to go back the AGAIN the next day to pick up my broken phone that was literally in worse condition than when I dropped it off, they put all my old parts in but didn't even bother putting them on correctly, my old screen was falling off the phone when I got it and I found a total of 4 screws that just fell off when I took it out the case. I brought the phone to a real repair shop and they said I would be better off just buying a new phone because of the repairs. NEVER taking anything electronic here again.

I called Apple, worked through their suggestions and set up a Genius Bar meeting for a few days later since their bookings were full. Needing a quicker solution, I called Geeks or Us. Clyde answered and said that he would be right over to check out the problem. When he arrived, he had the screen working as normal within 10 minutes, and found that the machine was overheating. The fix was a pretty involved endeavor. So, he took my workhorse of a computer back to his shop. However, since I needed those files that I hadn't backed up locally in the past 2 months, he went above and beyond by extracting my hard drive and mounting it into an enclosure- allowing me to access all of my files while he repaired the heat issue. As a small business owner, with lots of irons in the fire, I need reliable and quick vendors that help me serve my clients. Geek or Us and Clyde are an amazing asset that I will use over and again. Skip the huge repair shops and go with Geeks or Us for the personal service and excellence that you need and want.
