Within approximately three minutes of placing the order, I texted the company back to cancel the request before any driver had been dispatched or services provided. To my surprise, I was informed that I would still be charged a 50% cancellation fee. I explained that only a few minutes had passed since placing the order and that no actual service had been performed. Despite this, they still processed the charge. Charging customers a substantial cancellation fee within minutes of booking, especially when no tow truck was dispatched, and no services were rendered, feels extremely unfair and misleading. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company and would encourage others to carefully review their business practices before using their services.

He takes it to a shop real close to where he picks it up. by the time he gets that 10 miles the 4th tire that was not replaced had large chunks out of it. After getting another tire and lights fixed the driver drives 75 miles and one of the tires these people supposedly sold me blows out. Driver sends me pictures of blown tire and in doing so it was clear to me that lug nuts were not off of this trailer anytime recently. I contact MAC Mobile Repair about blown tire and wondered if they put tires on the correct trailer. In return, they email me pictures of the the correct trailer but NONE of the tires or the mechanic supposedly changing the tires. Just the vin# and unit # of trailer. I had simply asked MAC Mobile Repair to reimburse me for the cost of the invoice from the other tire people who had to replace his blown out junk he supposedly put on trailer @ 135$ only to be told no warranty on a used tire. Seriously? Not only are these people gouging the industry supposedly selling junk used tires, service fee's and labor fee's to supposedly put tires on. Stay away from these unscrupulous people! I also notified Ritchie Bros Auctions who in turn put a flyer up on the wall in office to not call these people for anything.

These guys are based out of India and I know it was them because they are the only ones I gave my CC details to and I don't save CC info on my phone. They send a link to prepay for the tow, but the link was not letting me process my payment after multiple attempts. She kept pushing to just give her the CC details, so I reluctantly gave her that info and it goes through first try without an issue. Two days later and all these charges are racking up on my CC. Fishy. Be careful. Edit: It's been 3 days since writing this review and they are now spam calling/texting my phone from different numbers and no caller ID's.
