I came here to get a fill on a Sunday afternoon. The lady didn't push my cuticles back or even fill my nails up to my cuticles. The gaps make it appear as if I've had a week to let my nails grow out. Not only that, but my nails are bumpy and uneven from her sanding them. Probably won't be coming back here... By the way, it was $25 The ladies were nice though. read more

HAD to leave a review for this gem of a place. Been coming here for the past few months and I absolutely love it. Every time they take care of me. They have so many colors and pedicure spa options. The only negative is parking Bc there is a fruit bowl place right next door that's always packed. read more

Great small nail salon. Pedicure is only $13 and you get a nice free sugar foot scrub! Its always busy but they are quick and good so max wait will be around 15 minutes. I definitely need to pamper myself more often and this place will make it easier to do so. I will definitely be back. read more

I first walked in there it was very crowded when lady asked what I needed I told her pedi She said ok I'll take you now! Hannah did a fabulous job on my gel manicure today. 5 of my nails broke from a previous salon within two weeks of being done so I stopped here as a walk-in hoping they could help me. I waited around 20 minutes so I def recommend appointments here. She properly soaked my gel off and then painstakingly fixed every crack and chip. Restored all of my broken nail lengths to look presentable. I like that the tools are in autoclaved envelopes and that you can wash your hands between Mani and polish. She meticulously set each piece of glitter on my ring fingers with a special tool. Gave a great hand massage. Nice conversation. I can't say enough good things about Hannah!!! I will be back to try the new powder dip for sure!!!. read more

Tina BEST pedicure I've have had in years, in terms of attentiveness & technique ... I don't usually like the 'massage part' of a pedicure because nail salons usually just 'go through the motions', but Tina really put in effort and skill into her craft. This review is way past due !!!! I love love love this place . I been coming here for 5+ years and I have never had an issue. I always try and call and make an appointment I do have my favorites! Linda does an amazing set of nails , as well as Tina !! There is times when I don't make an appointment and I do have to wait and that's ok , it's obviously busy and that's because they are that good. Everyone has their own opinion and well mine is I love this place and the service i have gotten .Thanks to the staff for always going above and beyond . read more

I have been coming to this nail salon for a year now and I love it! The staff are so friendly and accomadating. Today I walked in an hour before closing and the place was EXTREMELY busy. The wonderful ladies greeted me and told me not to worry. I waited 5min tops and was placed in a chair for a manicure and pedicure. My nails last for about 3 weeks, sometimes longer, because of the quality. read more

The price is cheap but the quality is horrible! Pay $5 more and be treated with diginity AND have your nails last longer. I showed her the picture before they started and when they cut my natural nails, they THEN realized that they can't do the original nails that i wanted. When i began asking questions about how it's going to look, Hannah literally yelled at me and said "I'm too picky" because i wanted my acrylics a certain way. In conclusion, my nails turned out lumpy and my nails HURT. STAY AWAY FROM HANNAH. absolutely the rudest woman i've ever dealt with. Every time she does my mails, they turn out lumpy. you've lost my service, as well as my family and friends from your horrible behavior. read more

Honestly Hana is the rudest manager !! No customer service her personality is horrible as a manager!!! She needs too treat people who are paying with a little more respect!!! The ladies who work there are all nice !! Do nice jobs !! Once in a while they do fast jobs like any other place!!! Best time too go is during the week so they can take there time and not rush u on the weekends !! My daughter likes this place we been going for a while but manager sucks need better personality seen her treat others the same rude and when they ask prices on something gives the price and u say no she looks at u all stupid !! This place is very clean and welcoming. I recommend you get here early in the morning. Evenings tend to get crowded. Spa is located right by Choc. They have more parking in the back. I love coming to Linda. She is an amazing manicurist. I love coming in and being greeted and taken care of right away. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Beyond shitty service! I went in with two broken acrylic nails wanting a refill - Lena who did my nails never removed the broken nails - one was barely hanging on. She proceeded to start to put the acrylic on and I asked "shouldn't you remove the broken ones?" She said "sure" and then removed them. Really? When she filed my nails down she filed them so hard that it was literally BURNING. I kept saying Ow that hurts and she would stop and go right back to it. My actual nails and nail beds are still burning even after leaving the salon. She never asked me how long I wanted my nails or what shape she just kept grinding and filing them down until they were short little squares. I used to have a nice shape to my nails (see beige nail pic) and now I have short fat uneven nails. She didn't even remove nail filings from underneath my nails. She could tell I was upset so the owner gave me a discount by still - shitty work here ladies. read more

Was welcomed at first by very nice people but... overall Decent service. They weren't very business when. Walked in. I had to ask for the technician to fix a big black dot on my white gel polish and received a less than two minute massage with my gel manicure. In addition they charge $1 to use the card machine. It was practically my first time getting this done and it was very painful. She made me feel bad about it. And she made the comment, "If you don't go through with it you're still getting charged." It was not cheap, and I feel your waxer should make you feel comfortable when you are getting this done. I don't remember her name, this was a while ago but she was brunette and curvy. I bet the other staff is great just leaving my experience.

I only trus the owner to wax my eyebrows as other techs have messed them up before and I was not happy with that. The gel will last up to a month so I love this place for that however they suck at nail art.... although I am very picky which is what they call me when I walk in the door...they do re do the design if i dont like it which is 90% of the time. so if you are going for gel or pedicure i recomend this place but dont get a design there. I sure hope they would practice doing their designs to offer a better service... to me is like dont offer to do a design if you do not know how to. read more

Came here today for the first time and got my first ever gel manicure. I was on my lunch break and was able to get one with no wait. It was clean, the ladies were super nice and helpful, and it was $23 (normally $22 if you pay with cash). Will definitely be back! I thought they did a great job. Parking can be tight in this location. I recommend going to the back of the building. read more
