When we got there the cake was not ready and was told it would be about 30 minutes. We came back to pick up and I didn't looked at the cake. But when we got home the icing had ran off the cake it was a dark yellow, grainy and burnt. My husband put the icing back on the cake, but it continued to ran off. We tried to eat it but it was bad. The icing is amazing, and the chocolate, it's worth traveling for. The variety is more limited than a chain, but they make up for it in service. Also, I don't think they take cards. Cash or Check. There are booths where you can sit and visit, and they make fresh coffee. I haven't had the coffee, so I cannot comment there. I first had these when a friend bought a dozen, and brought them to work. We ate too many. Still, I go about once a week to get a dozen.
